Excellent worksmanship, service, timeliness, and price. I'll hire them again. I bought an Big Deal for a $55 service call. Scheduling was so easy. They came out within a few days, installed the three deadbolts, and even fixed one existing deadbolt that was flaky. One deadbolt did not work out initially because our door was very thick. Brian, the locksmith, ordered the part, came back the next business day, and finished the job. He took payment only once he was completely done. I'm very pleased with the service that Aaron's Locksmith provided us. We recommend them.

Technician was very friendly but charged an additional labor fee of $40.50 on top of the deal saying $55 service call valid for labor. I feel the ad is misleading - it says $55 "valid for labor"

Aaron's Locksmith were very quick about replying. Also, they provided a next day appointment to come out and help me figure out why the locks were not working. The guy that came out was very professional and came at the appointed time without delay. They diagnose the problem quickly and changed out the locks with reasonable cost since I called a few other locksmiths and they couldn't come out till two weeks when I contacted them. I would definitely use Aaron's Locksmith again.

I purchased a deal to have 6 locks re-keyed and received a confirmation message in my Angie's List inbox the same day from Mike. We arranged a date and time. On the day of service, my time slot was 0830-1000. The tech arrived a little after 0900 and was finished before 1000. He was professional and courteous and went about the job efficiently. Before starting we did a walk through and confirmed which doors and locks were going to be re-keyed. There were more doors and locks than covered by the deal, so we discussed the cost for the additional work upfront. The pricing for the extra work was consistent with the information in the fine print of the deal. Aside from removing cylinders with a power drill, the work took place on the truck, which was parked out front. This was nice because cutting keys is loud; I couldn't hear it over a neighbor cutting their grass, but probably not something you want going on too early or too late. I received four sets of keys. They fit well into the locks and the motion on all the locks is smooth. I'm satisfied with Aaron's Locksmith & Security and would use them again if I had a similar job in the future.

The locksmith arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his work, and provided extra keys at no charge. He also checked all the locks to make sure they were in working condition. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend Aaron's to anyone.

I called when they opened at 8:30am. made an appointment. technician was punctual and very professional. they fixed my car.

My dog ran out of the house and I gave chase. After 10 blocks he stopped, but I found I lost my car keys, and had to go back to work. I called Aaron's and they sent someone immediately. My car was not the easier to get in, but the technician - in the 98 degree weather - finally got it to open, and then made me two keys so I could get to work. Can't thank them enough...and can't thank the technician enough for doing such great work.

The locksmith was very professional and efficient, made it a good experience. My only frustration was the scheduling. I had scheduled (earlier in the week) a time of 11am, and they ended up arriving late that afternoon. When I called around noon to see if they were still coming, the dispatch I talked to said "there's not really anything on the books" but could send someone later in the afternoon. He said someone would call when they were on there way, but I never received a call either. I'm still leaving a good rating because the tech was great and got the work done as expected. The lack of organization and follow-through was disappointing though. I got the impression they were understaffed (at least on weekends), so maybe that was part of the problem.

I love working with this company. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They maintain excellent communication on the day of service. Are most agreeable to accommodating my schedule. They also ease any concern about having a locksmith in your house by sending a photo of the locksmith who will be doing the work. Brandon kept me posted on his arrival time and was kind in calling me when he was 20 minutes from arrival so that I had time to drive over to the house where the work was to be done.

Aaron's Locksmith & Security was a truly professional outfit. They provided a call 30 minutes before arrival, dutifully attended to their task doing quick work of re-keying all locks in the house.

It went well. We paid for 5 extra keys that ended up not fitting in the door (they were the wrong size for the keyhole), but the original keys worked fine.

Called a couple days in advance to schedule a lock change for a specific day. They were able to accomodate it and I received a call early the day of service saying the job had been completed and they were able to take payment by credit card over the phone. This is the second time I have used them in the past 6 months and both times were quick, painless and professional. I feel the charges are reasonable, but admittedly did not do any price shopping. For the level of service, I would say it is a great value.
