Description of Work: Aaron's changed out the the locks on my rent house. I actually had to cancel the first appointment and left a message with them. They still sent a locksmith to the house to make sure everything was OK. I was impressed by that. I rescheduled and they were on time and able to get the work done quickly. Excellent company to work with.

Description of Work: I got the special from them. It was pay for 4 lock changes and get 5. The guy did the 4 and did a good job but then I told him about the 5th one and he said we can't do this lock. Also he said he was going to the truck to get my original keys to give back to me but he left. Never got the 5th lock.

Description of Work: I used this company to replace door knob and deadbolt lock, to repair a deadbolt that wasn't locking correctly and to rekey two locks to the same key. I had asked that the work be done between 11 and 3 several days before the selected day since I was home during that window of time waiting on a furniture delivery. By 2:30 I had not heard from them and called to inquire, since I had plans to return to work at 3:00 and that didn't seem likely at that point. I was told that they were on the way and would be there in 15-20 minutes. The arrived at around 2:50 and completed the work by 4:00 (so I returned to work over an hour late). unfortunately, later that evening I realized that the latch replaced does not "catch" on the door and my dogs can easily push the door open if it is not locked-- which is a pain if I am working outside and don't want my dogs inside (also, they do not know how to shut the door behind them!)-- yes, I can lock it, but its kind of a hassle if I'm going in and out. Also, locking it is a two handed operation since you have to pull the door toward you while locking the deadbolt or it does not catch. Neither of these two problems existed previously. I emailed them from their web page Friday evening explaining the problem. As of Tuesday the following week, I have heard nothing back from them regarding fixing these issues and am very disappointed.
