Description of Work: 50 yr old front door look was worn out and had to be replaced. Tech was responsive, returned with replacement lock 1 day later. That evening we found that new keys did not work so tech had to return. Further calls to tech to help standardize key for other door locks has gone unreturned.

Description of Work: schedule an appointment form 9-10am, He arrived a 8:45am I was not there, called him at 9am, he was on his way to another appointment, we rescheduled for 10am, I called at 10:30am to see he was on his way. He arrived at 10:52. I wanted a keep made for a cyclinder lock for my security door. I removed the lock that was on the door and put another on and made keys for that lock, not the lock on the door. Long story short the keys he made do not lock the security glass door. So I am still without a security door that locks.

Description of Work: I needed to have the handle of my door to function so I could use it. It was done in just a few minutes and the handle/lock was repaired not replaced. Workman was professional, on time even though I had to reschedule. This is now my "go to " locksmith. Outstanding service.
