Description of Work: Replaced lock on front door. I felt price was fair for a service call and new lock. Repairman was polite and professional. | |Due to inclement weather, repairman could not meet 2-hour service window, which I learned when I called to check on status. It would have been preferable for them to notify me rather than me having to call, but overall I am satisfied and would use them again. My jamming door lock problem is solved :)

Description of Work: Replaced an old door lock with a keyless entry lock. When the work was done - it was good. However, I had a hard time confirming and getting a response to get the job done. The repair was originally schedule for 9 Sept and had to be rescheduled twice. Also - after the work was accomplished the repairman was going to email me the instructions verses leaving a copy. I had to call twice to actually get it.

Description of Work: Purchased the 'big deal' very nice and professional guys. He informed me that my lock was mastered! Pretty scary considering I chgd my locks year and a half ago by a different locksmith in McKinney. He fixed it, changed 6 cylinders and was finished in no time. No mess to clean at all.
