Description of Work: In the midst of house guests, the locksmith was quiet, efficient, and gave me a deal when he realized I had miscounted the number of locks to be changed. I highly recommend Aaron's Locksmith!

Description of Work: They re-keyed 5 locks on 3 doors and then provided additional copies of the keys as we requested. The service was good and everything went well.

Description of Work: I had Aaron's rekey several locks as a safety precaution since I had moved into a new home. The service person was polite, friendly and professional. The only problem I had was that I discovered after he left and I tested the locks that the key didn't work in one of the locks. I had to set up a follow-up appointment and have that lock re-done. But they took care of the problem once it was reported.

Description of Work: He arrived promptly and installed the new door handle and lock set that my husband had purchased from the hardware store. He confirmed whether we wanted to use our original keys or the ones that came with the new set. So far, so good with communication. However, he then proceeded with the installation. We had assumed that the new handle would be installed where the original one had been. (When our handle got broken, my husband attempted to buy one as close as he could to the original.) Perhaps my husband should've questioned him before paying for the work, but I didn't personally know until after the man left that the handle was put in another spot. We are having to re-stain areas of the door. It would have been nice if he had confirmed that we knew it wouldn't be in the same spot before installing it. Surely he didn't think the misaligned handle looked right and if he had asked, we would definitely have asked him about other options.

The locksmith arrived within the timeframe scheduled, was very courteous & professional, and the service was fast at an extremely fair price. My hat is off to Aaron's. Description of Work: Unfortunately, the day scheduled for service was the day the guy assigned to our home did not show up for work. I waited around from 9-12:55 when I finally received a phone call that the technician was an hour hour. I waited until 2, when another phone call came saying that he wouldn't be able to make it until the next morning between 9:30-10:00. He showed up at 10:05, thankfully, because I was out of patience for waiting. Otherwise, he did a great job of changing the locks in a timely manner. It would have been nice to have received a phone call earlier on the day they were supposed to come so that I didn't waste my day waiting around.
