Excellent, I would recommend them.

Set pins as required. Took about 10 minutes. Work performed at shop. Called first, appoint not necessary, walked in. No wait.

My car ignition lock had seized up in the driveway at home (luckily), and I couldn't get the key in at first. I tapped, beat & eventually drilled on the lock to try to get the steering wheel unlocked. I researched on line & other sources to no avail. I called Aaron's in desperation after sharing my wife's car for a week. Mike showed up at the prescribed appointment time & went to work immediately. He was somewhat put off by my "hack job", but soon showed me how a Pro does it! He was worth the high cost, for my wife to get her car back & for me to end my frustration with an inability to correct the problem myself. I'll call them or refer friends next time a great locksmith is required!

They charged me $160 for their service. I really wasn’t there when they did the work. My fiancé was there. She just said they did a good job. If I needed to, I would use them again in the future.

I needed a lock put on a curio cabinet and he said they would get back to me. I have called twice for an answer, but still, nothing

This is the second time I have used Aaron's Locksmith. I called them the second time because of the outstanding service I received the first time. When I bought my new house I needed the locks changed and to rekey some of them. After I finished with the cleaning and painting, I wanted new hardware so I needed a second service call. Both times, the technician was very professional and respectful of my home. The technician even gave me a few security tips about door locks and hardware. The installation and work was excellent and my locks and keys perform as they should. The price was reasonable and worth it. I would not hestitate to call them again if I needed any lock services, wouldn't call anyone else! I was very impressed the first time, and the second time was no different. Hire them!

I called Aaron's locksmith to repair a borken deadbolt, within an hour (Robert) was at my home, he was very professional and knowledgable, replaced my lock and identified the reason for my door sticking problem that I have been having for the past (3) three years. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The deadbolt on my shop broke on a Friday afternoon. I had no way to lock it (with all my shop tools inside) and was anxious to fix it before the weekend. I called Aaron's and they had someone at my house within an hour. The technician (Robert) knew what he was doing and was able to quickly repair the lock as well as rekey it to mimic another lock on the house, thereby eliminating an extra key. One hour later with 4 new keys and I was set and he was out of here. Great job!

I called, explained the problem (a deadbolt which was hart to throw) and they told me how they would repair the problem. The tech arrived on time, did the repair exactly as described, and explained how long it would last and the nature of a long term repair, if we chose to do that in the future.

I was locked out of my house (my fault!) and once they arrived, they did a fantastic job springing the lock, re-keying our glass exterior door and being polite to my entire family as we waited in the dark. Nice job!

Mike was the installer and re keyed all of our locks. He did a wonderful job. He called me to tell me he was going to be a little bit late. He did a super job and was very clean. We were very happy with he did and I would recommend him to everyone!

The technician was on time, polite, fast with his work. The keys were made in his van, a complete office with necessary machine was in there.

They did an excellent job and made some suggestions that will save us money in the future. We had some storage doors that had key locks. They suggested pad locks because we'd have to rekey those locks in the future with each tenant. It was a great suggestion. They were fast and very friendly.

I felt that the price was good for the work they did. They showed up when they were supposed to. They were punctual and polite. For the work they did, the price wasn't outrageous. They were very helpful and nice.

I called on a Saturday afternoon to have some locks rekeyed. The locksmith himself answered the call, it did not go through a dispatcher as with some companies. (I prefer that because I had called a different company first, and their dispatcher kept telling me "He's on the way" but he never showed up.) The locksmith very courteous on the phone and said he would arrive in about an hour. He came right on time and changed the locks and made some extra keys. He took the time to make sure all locks, even those that weren't being changed, worked easily. The service call was $55 and it was $10 per lock for the rekey. I will use them in the future.

After calling Aaron's Locksmith and describing what was needed (car unlock & new key) the call rep gave an estimate of 20-30 minutes arrival time to the CostCo parking lot I was stuck at. Their locksmith arrived in 15. He was very professional and courteous and quickly set to getting the job done. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I wouldn't be surprised if I were told that the rep was also an Eagle Scout. The price estimate was given ahead of time and he stuck to it. The job was not a simple one - a 1999 Acura - but it was completed again, very professionally. The price did not increase due to any difficulties encountered. In fact, because the keys were not as smooth as the rep expected an Acura key to be, he cut $10 off the price total. The keys work fine. They just weren't as smooth as he expected. Aaron's Locksmith provided the best service I have ever encountered with a locksmith, period, in my 40 years.

This is the third time I have asked a locksmith to permanently repair this particular bolt lock. Aaron's took less time than any of the others, fixed the problem, and was less costly. In the week since the repair, the damp weather would have caused the problem to recur if it had not been corrected permanently.

The technician showed up as promised, completed the work in a timely manner, and was in every way both personable and professional. I was very pleased with the promptness and quality of the service.

He got our car unlocked, and didn't charge us for it. He even made an extra key for us and didn't ask for anything. He was very friendly and we would highly recommend him
