He did a good job. He was a very amiable guy and easy to get along with. I really like their security method. The company sends out a picture of the technician that is going to arrive prior to the visit, which is smart.

I liked them. Before they send someone out they send a picture of the worker to you so you know who is coming and what they look like, I really liked that.

I phoned Aaron's Locksmith on 7/13 to schedule an appointment to have my keyless lock and the door handle checked. The deadbolt wasn't clearing properly and the thumb press was sticking. I sent a pic of both to the tech. I said I had both serviced by another firm several times and they would work for awhile but then the problems would return. I even suggested that I may need a new installation. On 7/16 a tech came out and redrilled the door frame for the deadbolt and lubricated the door handle thumb press. He stated that the thumb press just needed to be lubricated a couple times a year and there should be no problem. I asked how long the work was guaranteed and he said 30 days. Several days later, I had the same problem with the thumb press and lubricated it again myself. It worked another day and then was stuck again. I phoned and the same tech came out on 7/23 and this time made an internal adjustment. He said he would call the manufacturer when he returned to the shop and see what they suggested as a possible replacement for some internal parts. He said he would call me with the info. I had not received a return call by Friday, 7/27 so I called the shop and spoke to the tech. He said he would pull my file and call me back. As of Tuesday, 7/31, I had still not received a call back so I called yet again. The tech answering said he was aware of the issue and would do some checking and call me back. As of this writing 8/2, I have yet to hear back from anyone and continue to have a problem with the thumb press.

I called around 2 this afternoon, and though I was out of the way (Keller) of Euless where Robert was working, he came in a timely and prompt manner to attend to the locks, that had been re-keyed once before. He replaced the cylinders and made sure to simplify matters by keying the new cylinders to my existing keys. A huge relief!

When I contacted the office to schedule the appointment the customer service representative was friendly and able to accomodate the desired appointment time and date and I received a reminder call for my appointment time. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a specific appointment time rather than a two or more hour window. The locksmith, Brandon, arrived on time and went straight to work. It took slightly more than an hour to complete the task and there were no problems whatsoever. Brandon was friendly, professional and efficient.

Technician showed up on time, went right to work on the door and screens. Everything working great now.

They were great! We just moved into the house and I wanted to replace the locks. I called and they came out that very day and did the work quickly. It cost exactly what they told me it would over the phone. The gentleman was professional and efficient!

They called, the person showed up and identified himself. I explained what I wanted and he explained that he could key two of the doors the same because they had the same type lock, but the garage he could not because it was not a Slange (sp?). He said I could stop by their office when I got a new door lock and have it keyed with the rest for $10 plus tax. He keyed three doors (they were suppose to be 12$ each and the home visit and with my angie's discount, I was not sure why it was 80+$, but I was pleased with the work). I put 90+ because I did stop and get the other lock (the new one I just bought) keyed with the others. The guys in the shop were great too and very friendly. I would use them again.

They were prompt, were in and out, and charged a reasonable amount.

Having found them on Angie's List after 5PM, I expected to have to wait until the next day to reach them, let alone have them come out. Fortunately, they're open until 9PM and were able to send a locksmith out within a very short time. Less than half an hour after he arrived, we had newly rekeyed locks and high quality corresponding keys.Maybe more companies than I know about operate this way, but the locksmith was able to process our payment (via credit card) with his mobile phone and nearly instantly emailed us a receipt (it was in the inbox before he started his truck to leave). I wouldn't hesitate to call Aaron's Locksmith again.

He was very clean, very polite, and had very good customer service quality. They were a great price. He called to tell me he would be a little late but he was only ten minutes late so that wasn't bad, they were pretty prompt. He was very quick while he was here.

I called Aaron's at around 1425 and told him what we needed. He gave me a quote of $60.00 and said someone could be at our house within one hour. The tech arrived in about forty minutes and had our van unlocked without a scratch in about seven minutes. Caleb was very punctual, professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their vehicle unlocked.

It went very well. Locks installed as well as sliding glass door bar. Robert was a true professional. Even gave us some security tips.Would recommend this company anytime!

They were professional and did what they had to do. They charged me much more than I was expecting. I would use them again in the future if I had to.

They explained their pricing and timeline very clearly on the initial call and were able to send somebody else to do the job the very next day (on a Saturday). The tech arrived a little late because of car trouble but he called us to let us know so that we wouldn't be waiting which we really appreciated. The entire job took approx 45 minutes and the tech (Robert) was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions. Our old house was broken in to and he talked to me about different options (i.e. strong strike plates, etc) that we could install if we liked. I would definitely use this company again.

When we recently bought this house, we were told there were only two keys to the house, but that several neighbors had keys and that it had been rented out, so other unknown people could have keys. Yikes! I called Aaron's based on several positive reviews and their location to our new house and was pleased that they could come out to re-key the door locks quickly. I appreciated the call the day before confirming my appointment and the one on the day of from the technician coming out to the house letting me know he was on the way. He worked very quickly and I feel much safer in my new house knowing that we're the only ones with keys to the doors! Our technician was also very professional while working in our home. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone needing a locksmith.

He is very good. It works and I don’t have to call him back to say that it is not working. I would recommend him. I don’t quibble about the price; it's okay. He is very professional.

I'm disappointed with the service from this vendor. I called requesting a locksmith to come help change the lock on my mailbox. I just purchased a condo unit and the seller had lost the mailbox key. I needed a new lock and key because I am renting the unit out and I needed to get the new tenant a mailbox key. I explained when I called that I did not have a lot of time because I was leaving town the following day. I requested the last time slot for the day. Caleb scheduled me for 4:15p. I arrived early with my 3 year old nephew at 4p and sat in the parking lot waiting for the locksmith to arrive. Around 4:20p I spoke with Brandon who informed me that he was given the wrong address by dispatch and it would be another 20 minutes before he would get there. I had my 3 year old nephew with me and it was too much for us to sit and wait in the car when we had already arrived early. So, I left. Around 5p, Brandon called me and stated he was there. I gave him direction as to where the mailbox was located and by the time I had arrived back, he had finished the job and changed the mailbox lock and gave me the new keys. I received the bill, which was $92.01 ($15 for the mailbox lock, $15 labor, $55 service charge, $7.01 tax). What disappointed me the most about this bill is: the locksmith was late, which pushed me back significantly with all that I needed to do before my trip. There was no offer for any discounted rate for my inconvience and for the mix-up on their part. I would not recommend this locksmith. The only thing they did correctly was change the lock, but another locksmith could have done it. If they would have told me they could not accomadate me in the short notice time that I gave them, I would have found another vendor who would have.

The overall experience went well. No complaints. Worked timely.
