I called in a lock change request at 9am & by noon, they were already at my office. The tech called before coming & promptly showed up at our office building. He walked me through everything that was going to be done, so there were no surprises when it came time for the bill...he even fixed an error from a previous locksmith.

First of all, I called the company immediately after my purchase. They actually answered the phone (no voice mail message) and scheduled my service for two days later at my request. Their customer service for scheduling is great. On the day of the service, they called to confirm my appointment time and the serviceman arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. He was professional, neat in appearance, worked efficiently and quickly. I purchased a special deal to have 5 locks rekeyed for the price of 4. I thought I had 4 locks that needed re-keyed. When the gentleman arrived, he educated me that I had 2 locks that had two cylinders each so I need to pay for 2 additionally cylinders to have everything re-keyed. He was thorough in his explanation, professional in his explanation and not pushing in my decision making. The additional cylinders were only $12.50 each which is more than fair price. Called them for a locksmith due to inability to lock front door. Deadbolt would not enter channel. I was told that the serviceman would arrive approximately 4 PM. He arrived shortly before 5. Installed a new deadbolt and was gone by 6. I was delighted.

Arrived within the 1 hour window quoted and was very professional and friendly. The re-keyed locks work great, the broken lock is fixed and the final charge was less than expected. We'd certainly use these guys again.

They came as promised and on time. Tech/Serviceman was clean and professional. Performed work as expected and went a bit beyond by increasing the size of one of our deadbolt jamb receptacles that was no longer in alignment due to shifting. Tech also was gracious and more than willing to do a couple additional locks I had failed to count initially. There was, of course, and additional charge but in line with what was expected. Would definitely use again.

Update - as I said earlier, I had one lock that could not be changed by the person who came to my house. He said he did not have the correct tool to do so. He showed me how to remove it and told me to take it to have it fixed. I have never been able to find anyone. I tried to email Aaron's and received no response. The person who came did a good job on all the locks except that one - but having the one lock that won't work - is very disappointing. I feel like I have been left "holding the bag."

Only took 30 minutes. Tech very professional. Only negative was almost 2 hours late. Said due to traffic. Did call to announce the fact. However my daughter had to sit in her car for that time. Like the fact that they sent picture of vehicle to expect and of tech. Also emailed completed invoice.

Everything went very well with no suprises. Felt very good about the services. I would have them back anytime I need their service.

I used Aaron's locksmith to rekey 5 locks on a rental property. I was no longer in town, and they worked great with my Realtor and over the phone and by email with me. Their price was half what some competitors were charging. I'd use them again, and my Realtor said the same.

The quote was less than the finished price. However, at the time of the quote I didn't realize I would need an additional hole drilled in door. The deadbolt I had purchased from another vendor did not fit right in the old spot due to knob on glass door being in its way. I also needed a few extra parts that added on as well. Overall I was satisfied.

I needed to re-key all the locks on a rental. I called around for pricing. I bought the Big Deal of $105 for 5 locks changed. It ended up I only had 4 locks to be changed so they gave me extra keys for free, which is nice since it is a rental you do need extra keys. They were on time and professional. Would use again.

I moved into a new condo and needed my front door re-keyed. They also provided me with non-permanent window locks so I could leave my windows open a few inches to let air in without leaving my home vulnerable to break-ins.

It was a great experience. They are great to deal with. The job was completed in about 45 minutes. I would most definitely recommend these guys.

I called three different companies (from Angie's List) yesterday, for different services ranging from fencing, to electrical work, to locksmiths.. Aaron's Locksmith was the ONLY company that answered the phone promptly & professionally. They said I could pick ANY TIME for immediate service.I chose the next morning. They said they would arrive between 10:30 & 11:30. They arrived on time, BUT, my husband & I had a miscommunication & neither of US were at home.The gentleman from Aaron's called my husband & happily waited 15 minutes for my husband to return home. He then performed the work necessary & an additional lock change that we did not even know was broken. He repaired that with NO extra fee. Overall, the service experience was EXCELLENT.

I selected them based on their high reviews. They performed excellent work, arrived on time and delivered exactly as requested. My only complain is that I called twice and was never informed of the $55.00 Service call fee. If I had known I would have used an ongoing coupon, but was unfortunately never advised when pricing was discussed. They should have mentioned that first.
