Overall was a great experience. Seemed a bit expensive considering how long it took and how quickly he did it, but considering how long it would take me to replace 5 locks myself and the cost of buying locks at a home depot or lowes, it was well worth it. I explained what I needed done, where the locks were, and that I even needed a strike plate adjusted on the back door and he was very quick to get the job done which I appreciate with everything going on with other things being done at our new home. Thank you again and would highly recommend you again to others!

Brandon was awesome he rekeyed all the doors and made us new keys. He was very nice and would use him again.

The price was $55 for the service call and the new lock was about $25, which I paid to the locksmith. He was friendly, competent, and I would call them again.

Service Provider wanted to come same day I purchased the deal from Angie's List. I could not schedule that day because of other appointment I had made. Said he would be back in town in a couple weeks and to call him then to reschedule. When I called several time to reschedule the voice mail was full and I could not get a hold of them to do the service. I purchased another deal for Angie's List to replace this one.

I called Aaron's locksmith on November 11th and they came out the next day. The serviceman was prompt and curteous and did the job quickly and efficently. He even took away the old hardware. I was happy with the work done and would call them again if it was needed.

Went perfectly. Was on time, completed work quickly. Definitely recommend.

First, they showed up an hour late. Were supposed to be there between 2:15 - 2:30 PM but showed up at 3:20 PM. The Locksmith informed us that the Angie's List Deal ($55 for a Locksmith Service Call) applied only to them showing up at our house - not performing any work. We were told it would be an additional charge to actually install the deadbolt even though their deal specifically states: Here's the Deal: $55.00 for a locksmith service call Valid for labor only; member must provide materials Includes the re-keying of one cylinder; additional cylinders are $15.00 each Example services include: new keys; installing deadbolts; re-keying existing locks Includes home lock and security inspection The Real Deal: Schedule a locksmith service call to install deadbolts or re-key existing locks! We questioned the deal but again were told that they could not install the single deadbolt on the door without an extra charge. We were anxious to get it installed so we told him to do it. He was there 34 minutes and charged us an extra $38 bucks. I would have been happy with the service if it was truly $55 as advertised. Thanks Aaron's Locksmith! Thanks Angie's List for allowing this company to make false claims on their deal page! Buyer Beware! Don't buy their deal without calling them and getting the real quote first or you will be disappointed!

The provider responded quickly, was prompt for our appointment, and quickly rekeyed our locks on our new home. We had no concerns and they scheduled us very quickly after we purchased the deal. No concerns at all.

Arrived late, but gave me the new keys for free which I appreciated.

I had recently moved and I had 3 doors, but only 1 key to one door that did not work for the others. I bought the $120.00 special for 6 locks re keyed on 09/14/2015, I heard back from them on 09/16/15 and service was done on 09/17/2015. Randy was very professional and friendly at the same time. Service was exceptional. Would definately recommend and use them again if I need locksmith service. Great Job!

Locked my keys in my car which is an Audi. I called this morning. The locksmith showed up when they said he would. He couldn't use his preferred method because my car is a convertible. Another way could have left scratches on my tinted windows. He went back to his van. Brainstormed or something and then came back with an alternative method that worked. And all of this in about 10 minutes. I was so thrilled it was all I could do not to hug him, but I was able to restrain myself. Seriously though, these guys are good.

Needed a door drilled for a lock set. There was an existing handle. Door was drilled, did not meet smoothly with the hole he cut for the slide of the dead bolt. Had to have it redone. I don't hold being 2 hours late against them, I was leary of an Arlington offer coming to Mckinney at 4 pm. The offer was 55.00 , i was charged additional.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED. These guys are totally professional. Prompt. Did a quality job. I called them on the phone first and they set up an appointment for the exact date I wanted. I just moved into a pre-owned home. The installer rekeyed 5 locks and replaced the hardware on the front door for only an extra $25. Terrific customer service.

I was scheduled for a 12-4pm window. I called at 3:30 just to confirm that a technician was on the way and I was then told they would arrive at 4:30pm. It is now 5:39 and no one is here. I called at 5:20 only to learn that they are actually closed for the day and that "they have no idea what happened". I have wasted time and money and took off work to have the locks set up for my first home purchase. Very unprofessional, not to mention unsafe as I now have to scramble to find another company who can do the work. I will be disputing this charge. Update: The next morning I called again at opening and the manager apologized. He sent Brandon out right away and he was very helpful. He installed the locks then rekeyed them also to match at no charge due to the mixup. He even was able to remove a padlock on the garage door that was left behind. They did seem sincere in their apology and effort to make up so I would use them again if needed. Not sure what happened with the original tehnician Mark not calling back but Brandon was great.

They were late, but not too late. We had to call to remind them about the appointment, but they were here within 30 minutes. They gave us extra keys for the inconvenience, which was nice. The locks work extremely well. The keys fit and turn sooooo smoothly. We'll call Aaron's again next time we need work done on our locks.

Service technician very quickly and efficiently opened a safe that had inadvertantly been locked without a key. It was a bit unnerving to see how quickly he could get into my "SAFE!" Regardless, he did it for a very reasonable fee and offered suggestions for the next time it should happen.
