Rekeyed all the locks in my house to all a single key. Required replacing some cylinders, but they worked with me to find the cheapest way to price it . Got there about 15 minutes late, but he called to let me know that traffic held him up. Did a great job and all the locks work smoothly now. Would definitely recommend for anyone, and will be sure to call them the next time I need help with locks.

I had never used Aaron's Locksmith & Security, but there was a deal that benefitted me, so I thought I would give them a try. The whole process from first call to being handed three [3] sets of keys was wonderful. I happened upon Aaron's by chance, but I will definitely call them again for any security needs. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 today and due to traffic the locksmith didn't come until 9:30. Outside of the locksmith coming a little late, everything else went smoothly. You can tell these guys are very professional and are really good at what they do. The locksmith that came worked really quickly and efficiently to get all my locks rekeyed because I needed to get to work. ALL 9 Locks were rekeyed in about 30mins and they gave me 4 keys with the service. NO QUESTION about it....i will reuse them and tell all my friends about them.

Robert from the start was on time courteous and fast. The vehicle that showed up at our home was clean, labeled with the business logos and parked appropriately on our street. Robert was very kind to my family and provided and for the service which I paid for on the Angie's list to repair rekey home only. I would recommend their service again.

Initially making contact with the company and scheduling the service was a bit challenging. On the day of the scheduled service, the individual arrived later than scheduled due to unforeseen traffic issues. After waiting an hour beyond the scheduled time of arrival, we contacted the office to confirm the date and time. The technician was reached and his estimated time of arrival determined. A call from the technician himself when he realized the appointment time was going to be missed would have been greatly appreciated. He did show and performed the work. A few complications delayed the estimated length of the service visit but the job was performed with care and regular updates. As issues arose they were brought to our attention and resolved to the best of his ability. Immediately after departing our home a problem was found with 2 of the deadbolts. He was contacted and immediately returned and made the necessary adjustments. Aaron's Locksmith performed the services requested with pride and care. They did so at a fair price and courteous manners. Issues can and sometimes do arise with projects. What matters is how they are handled and getting the project completed to the customer's satisfaction - Aaron's Locksmith did just that!

I called the company on 4/17/2013 to have my locks in my house re keyed. They came the next day, on time, and re keyed my house for a reasonable price. I will use them for my future locksmith needs.

They were very prompt in arriving, and very thorough and quick to get all six locks rekeyed. The only thing was that he couldn't make me any extra keys, but overall I would say that it was good service.

Used a big deal special to rekey five locks for the price of four. We just purchased this older home and wanted the locks changed and keyed the same. They arrived a little late but I was told of the delay by their office calling me ahead of time. The tech listened to our wishes and compleat the work very quickly. He asked how many keys we wanted and made them in the Van. The keys have their name and phone number on them. A very good idea. They will be my first choice for any future locksmith needs.

I purchased a big deal to rekey 4 locks for the price of 5. He actually rekeyed 7 total. I called one day, they scheduled the service the next day. They called ahead to set an appointment time and the tech also called ahead before he came. Really nice, clean and extremely fast service. Everything was done in less than an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by the great price and the great service. Would highly recommend

Needed to come back next day to fix one but did it promptly.

They were very easy to work with to schedule the appointment and the service man showed up right on time. He was quick and efficient and, when we figured out that 2 of my doors had extra lock ... cartridges? He he threw in the extra keys for free since I would need 8 locks replaced instead of the 5 that payed for in the original deal. I just had to pay for the additional lock replacements! I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of all involved.

I like the fact that they send you an e-mail right before the service person gets there to let you know who to expect. We had several vendors coming over that day and I was by myself because my husband was with the movers at our old place. That safety factor was well thought out and appreciated. Matt couldn't have been nicer or more professional.

I discovered that someone might have stolen the key to my house and I immediately knew I needed to have the locks re-keyed. I didn't want to go through the same awful experiences that others have faced with unscrupulous locksmiths, so I turned to Angie's List. I searched for a locksmith in my area with lots of good reviews and happened upon Aaron's Locksmith. I liked that they had Saturday hours and they clearly explained what they charge for and how much they charge for their various services. By the time I hung up the phone from my conversation with Aaron's, I had an appointment window within the next 3 hours and an estimate for the services I would receive. The service provider showed up on time, was extremely professional and performed the service exactly in line with what I had been told on the phone. Aaron's Locksmith made a challenging experience much smoother. I'm so grateful to them and will absolutely go back in the future.

Great job -- super friendly -- made two trips due to delay on our end and didn't even charge for the second trip out!

Just bought a new house and needed my storm door, front door and back door locks switched out -- they were gold and quite ancient. Looked up Aarons on Angie's List and they came with an A+ rating and they didn't disappoint!! ... Scheduled my appointment with Jared and he answered all my questions and told me exactly what to get. Was even honest enough to share that it would be less expensive for me to buy the new hardware myself -- Much appreciated Jared as I'm on a tight (new home owner) budget! Day of install -- Brandon called to reconfirm and arrived right on schedule. He replaced both front and back door locks, added a much needed deadbolt and even fixed the crazy storm door lock that was poorly installed. Best of all -- he keyed everything so all I need now is ONE key!! All said and done -- he completed the job in less than an hour, cleaned up and gave me a break on the deadbolt work!.... Would DEFINITELY recommend Aaron's to anyone looking for professional and quick lock work done!! Thanks guys!!

I called on a Thursday with an urgent situation. They came Friday morning. They were prompt and professional. Their work was excellent. I will always call them when I need service. I will definitely recommend them to others.
