They were excellent. All 'A's'. They ended up re-keying 4 doors for us.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and it turned out fine. The deal was for five locks for the price of four. This was the first time I used them. He came; he was quick and came on time. I ended up needing more than five locks so he just prorated it for what I bought so there was no additional charge. He gave me the number of keys I asked for. He was fast, efficient and came on time. Overall he was good. I had to call them twice to schedule.

Not only were they professional, but showed on time, was quick and explained the process. We had a little trouble with the door jam.... probably not due to the locksmith... but they came back out after hours and corrected the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company!!

T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. They were lazy, irresponsible and unreliable. I was scheduled to close on a new home on 8/2. THREE weeks before closing I scheduled Aaron's to come out and change all of my locks on the evening I moved in. Well today I closed and they were a NO SHOW. I called near the end of my scheduled time (between 600-700 pm) and left a message on the machine. Someone called me back about 20 minutes later and said I had been marked "complete" on their board...huh?!?! Instead of offering to come immediately, he asked if he could come tomorrow since he did not have the proper tools on him. Are they serious?! HORRIBLE SERVICE. As a result of their irresponsible laziness I had to call multiple locksmiths until I got one to agree to come over between 900-1000 pm. It is now 1045 pm and they are still here....this should have been done during my 600-700 pm appointment which I booked with Caleb 3 weeks ago!!!! I am having to pay a ridiculous premium to have a last minute, Friday late night service call because of these irresponsible fools! T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. They do not deserve to service your home! Do not give them your business...they CLEARLY can not handle a simple request even with ample advance notice.

Other than being late for the original time ( we had to reschedule). Everything went great. 12 locks were re-keyed the way I asked. Pleasant young man. Very personable. Offered to give me plastic "caps" in different colors to ID different keys. Very pleasant experience.

They were fantastic. I called them; they showed up that day and did exactly what we asked them to. They were very dependable and very responsive and pleasant to work with. I will absolutely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them. They were clean, professional, on time, informative and quick.

I forget the guy's name who I dealt with (I think it was Caleb), but he was great. A previous locksmith company had installed a new lock for my backdoor and re-keyed all my locks. The back door would not stay closed without the deadbolt and it was incredibly difficult to use the key to open and close the back door. I had the original company come back out and their assertion was that the door would have to be replaced to fix the problem. I lived with it like that for a couple of months, but got frustrated and called Aaron's. The technician was early for the appointment and got right to work. In about 20 minutes he took the lock apart and realized a part of it was broken. He replaced the part, dealt with the door that "needed to be replaced" and in about 30 total minutes the door and lock worked perfectly. I've added them to my contact list on my phone and will default to using them for any locksmith needs in the future.

I bought a new house and wanted to rekey all my locks. Bought the certificate from angie's list and got all my locks rekeyed. It was breeze to set up the appointment. Locksmith arrived on time and did the job professionally. If any thing i have to pick as negative i have to say tech was little gruff and not polished but other than that every thing went smooth.

It went well. I ended up having them do a few other projects while they were here.

My experience with them was very good. He did everything that was asked. The only thing he did not do was he did not have a door handle that he could replace, one of them so we could have all the doors key does the exact same, but he was excellent. He explained what was going on. He said why there was a difficulty with the door handle. I would recommend him to anybody. There were no additional charges than what was offered in the big deal. It was exactly what they said. In fact, I actually got more than what I paid for. It was outstanding actually because any other locksmith you talk to, we are talking anywhere from $350 to $500, and that does not cover their fee just to show up on site. It is like $35 for them to show up, and they have not done anything. This guy is dynamite. You pay a hundred bucks out of the door and you are done. He called me. He was out here early. He was in the vicinity and came by early.

Everything went perfect. They called to say they were running early and could be there 30 minutes early if that was ok. It was great! They re-keyed all 8 doors. The front door lock was different and in pretty bad shape. They advised getting a new lock soon. They made extra copies of the keys. (the price was cheaper than Ace). Very nice and knew what they were doing.

Andrew called on his way at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. appointment to give me a heads up as I had requested when I set the appointment. He arrived promptly at 10 a.m. and was very professional. He worked quickly and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

First use of Angie's list referral and could not be more pleased. I took advantage of coupon offer on Angie's list to re-key 5 locks for price of 4 so already knew price was good. Serviceman did excellent job and let me know of issues to fix on my own to save money. A+++++

I was very pleased with Aaron's service. I received a prompt response to my initial email. Appointment was set and confirmed. Arrival for the appointment was prompt. The locksmith had 5 years of experience and was very professional. I was most please when he adjusted a door that was not lined up and I could hardly open it.

I called Kaleb Friday and he was going to schedule someone to come out that day; however, I scheduled them for Saturday. I only gave them a B on punctuality because he was a little late; however, I understand that in any service business things can come up during the previous job that can hold them over. Just as it did in my case. He would have been finished in about 30 minutes had it not been for the fact that I didn't have a key to my backdoor so he had to pick the lock and it was giving him trouble, but he stuck with it until he got the job done. At one point I went out to check on him and he had all the other locks changed except that one. I'm sure that made him somewhat late for his next appointment, and I hope whoever that person was understands the nature of the business. Everyone at Aaron's was highly professional, responsive to my needs and courteous. I would highly recommend them! Thanks Aaron's!

The only reason I scored them a 4 on punctuality instead of 5 is because the guy was actually about 15 minutes early! Normally I'd say that was a good thing, except it was first thing in the morning and I wasn't quite finished getting ready. (Maybe that 4 should be for me!) But then he got right to work and got almost everything done I needed, including rekeying locks and changing one to a double deadbolt. For some reason, he was unable to key the one on my storm door, so that was a slight inconvenience that I will have to find and install a replacement myself. I will definitely use Aaron's again if needed, though. They were responsive, polite, and professional. (Not to mention VERY punctual! :) )

We probably had 4 keys for the locks and it was frustrating to have so many different keys. Because of all the different manufacturers' devices, we had multiple keys. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Quick service which is how I like it!

I called this afternoon, and the technician arrived 30 minutes later. He finished the job in about 30 minutes. I had thought about re-keying the locks myself (using Ace or other hardware store), but it would have taken me a lot more time, and I couldn't have done as good of a job. Used an Angie's List coupon so a reasonable price.

They did what I needed, and took care of my needs with the locks. They were very friendly and great at communicating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good locksmith. I will use them again in the future.
