THEY INSTALLED DEAD BOLT ON ONE DOOR. CHANGED THE LOCK ON ANYOTHER AND KEYED ALL THE DOORS TO THE SAME KEY AS PER MY REQUEST. CALLED MID WK AND WERE ABLE TO COME OUT ON SAT.

The service was alright except that they left me with a key that does not work. They left me two keys that worked on two different doors, and they left me one key that does not work at all. I called the guy back who had been here, and he would never call me back. I called him multiple times.

On Sunday the key for 2002 Jetta broke in the trunk lock. We were able to retrieve the key and now had 2 pieces. Even though a portion of the key would go into the ignition and the car would turn over, the car would not completely start and we assumed it was becuase it needed the programmable portion also. We called a locksmith for emergency service and they said they could help and it would cost approximately $250. We tried and tried to reach them again to schedule, but could not get an answer on the phone. Well, THANK GOODNESS they did not answer! This morning we went to the same locksmith's retail space and they said they could not help and that only the dealer could help. We went to the dealer and they said they could help but car would need to be towed to their location and again the cost would be about $250. I found Aaron's on Angie's List and called and spoke with Caleb. He said he thought they could help as long as we had both pieces of the key so we drove to their Arlington location. Praise the Lord! They were able to make a key and the car started!!! And all for a cost of $22. It was an answer to prayer. I am now a firm believer in Angie's List and in Aaron's Locksmith & Security!

I just purchased this condo and had left the key under the mat so various workers could go in to make repairs/up grades. The locksmiths were very accommodating to my needing to change the date of service twice. I would use this company again.

They forgot to do the lock on the garage door but came back the next day to take care of it.

We called to have Aaron's give us an estimate what it would cost to re-key our house once some construction work was completed. Two employees came out to the house and was very courteous. They replaced a broken door knob, which was satisfactory. They also charged us for a service call, which I initially hadn't expected so they said they wouldn't charge us for a service call next time. But they never did get back to us regarding an estimate of the work that we initially contacted them about, despite me contacting them on a couple of occasions about it. In summary, we just don't know enough about the work that we initially wanted them to do for us, since it never happened, so we can't recommend them.

Arrived on time. Professional and pleasant service. Will use this company again.

There was a mix-up with our appointment so they didn't show up as far as time but once we got it rescheduled, they were very good. They were very professional and friendly.

It turned out well. I had expected a little bit quicker response for them to contact me to come out and do it. I had to call him and once I did that, he came out immediately and he did a great job. I purchased it on a Sunday and he was out here on Tuesday. The price was a good deal, the big deal was for five locks, and I only had four. He had multiple keys for me. I have not had any problems and all of the keys work. I would use them again.

They did not get back to me promptly after I purchased the deal. It took about 3 weeks for them to get out to my home. When they did arrive for the appointment, 2 out of 5 locks did not work so I had to call for them to have them come back out to fix it. I have not heard back from them since. However, the technician that did come out was professional and friendly to work with.

I called Aarons Locksmith mid morning on Friday (after seeing they had the most reviews with an A rating) and asked if they had any appointments for the upcoming weekend. They told me they were available later that day or we could schedule something for the weekend if needed; I opted for same day service. I agreed to a 3:00 pm appointment and when I showed up to the house at 2:55 pm Jessie, their service tech, was waiting in his truck. Jessie was quick, polite, professional, and he got the job done. I couldn't ask for anything more.

All went well. The locksmith stopped by, rekeyed 5 locks and provided keys. Very fast and efficient!

Serviceman was very professional and showed up on time. The job went quickly and efficiently. The re-keying process is actually very simple with the newer locks and the service was good but a bit pricey for what was actually done.

The worker was very polite and got the job done quick. There were some problems with one lock which took longer, but he was able to fix them quickly and get it rekeyed. We had four locks rekeyed and it went great. Would definitely use them again.

He was fabulous. He did exactly what he needed and was able to come out quickly. He was able to do the work on a Saturday. He was professional, introduced himself, conducted the business and left. It was a really easy process. I would highly recommend him.

Very smooth, set an appointment, the technician showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Locks were rekeyed quickly and 4 keys were supplied that worked well. All you can ask for in a smooth effective transaction.

It was great; he was here for a couple of changed all of my locks. It was exactly what I wanted.

The main contact was very professional in setting up the appointment for a locksmith to re-key our entire house. Unfortunately, the locksmith never showed, so the appointment needed to be re-scheduled for the following day. I was assured there were "no pressing jobs that would interfere w/honoring our appointment time". Once again, my wife waited for the locksmith who once again could not make it during the agreed-upon time. We were then assured that a Friday morning appointment would be honored by the original locksmith, "or if he cannot make it, we will schedule someone else". No surprise--not only a no-show, but no further follow-up from the office or locksmith. Three days, three strikes. I noticed some similar reviews on this locksmith when I initially did my search, but I liked their prices and ignored the bad reviews. Save yourself some time and call another company.

The rekeying process went great. Before I purchased the "Big Deal", I called Aaron's to find out their availability and pricing structure. The "Big Deal" covered 5 locks for the price of 4, but I had an additional lock rekeyed for $12 more (I believe). The process went as expected. All the locks and keys (the tech cut 3 new keys for me), work flawlessly. No hangups or jiggering needed to open any of the doors. I'd definitely use/recommend Aaron's again. I called on a Thursday, they came out the following day and did the job. They also cut a combination lock off an exterior gate for me at no additional charge. The tech forgot to cut the lock off while he was at the house, so I called Aaron's and asked if they could come back out. They told me I'd need to reschedule a day for the tech to come out again (which was OK with me), but when I returned home later that afternoon, the lock was already cut. Great customer service! Use these guys!
