I would never use them again. He didn't show up 4 or 5 times. He did the work eventually after 5 times I called. It was a special at that time so I can't remember the cost. He just did the work and it was not that hard, but I don't like it when people make an appointment and I stay home, but then they don't show up. It was only one of the employees that came. The quality of the service was okay.

Ultimately, I chose to have the hardware replaced instead of having the rekeying done. The people at Aaron's were, however, very friendly and professional during our interactions and assisted me with getting a refund from Angie's List.

My experience with my two phone calls into their office was very professional and prompt. I received an estimate over the phone and it matched the actual cost when the work was completed. I was able to get a technician to my house within 48 hours and would have been 24 hours if I had been available at the first time slot. The technician was very prompt and friendly when he arrived at the house. Further, the work was completed in an appropriate timeframe. I gave a C for quality because he did not install the keypad lock correctly. The cam was installed in the wrong position so the "Turn Lock" feature didn't work. This feature is designed so you can lock the door from outside without having to input a user code. It was not worth the time, effort and being away from work to have them come back out to fix the work. Therefore, I took apart the assembly and fixed it myself. The re-keying of the other locks was all performed correctly and worked just fine. As there were mistakes, I couldn't give an A for overall score so I decided on a B. I would give them another opportunity if I needed more work done. Mistakes do happen.

They were on time and quick. They came out four days after I purchased it. They did good service and were courteous. I would use them again.

The young man who did the work was very industrious and completed the work well, inspite of some unforeseen obstacles.

It went extremely well. I called that same day and due to my address, they were able to dispatch Matt in the early evening around 6 pm or so, and he was able to get my lock fixed within 15 minutes.

He did change the locks but not the door knobs. He wanted to charge me again, even though I had already paid through Angie's List. He ended up charging an extra $60, because he had to do an extra lock. It took him about three weeks to get here because they were backed up. It was okay, he was professional and nice. After I told him that we had already paid, he was fine. I would probably recommend him. The quality was fine and they were here on time. I would not use him again.

These guys are wonderful. My interaction with them was professional, understanding, prompt, and the cost reasonable. Excellent, excellent service. I will recommend Aaron's Locksmith to friends and family. And I will definitely use them again.

Although the new hardware is the same brand and visually looks the same as the old, the alignment on the door is different and I will have to have a painter come in to refinish the door to cover up the marks from the previous handleset._x000D_|

We thought it would change door knobs, too, The add could have been more clear. He tried to charge us again, when we had already paid thru the list. He was polite. We did have to pay extra for something, but can't remember what right now.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It didn't work out well. According to them when I purchased it, I really requested more and I was charged another $100. They said I got more locks but I don't and they put in writing but I don't see what they did. I had a couple of doorknobs but I didn't have keys for those. I requested that but they didn't do the doorknobs. It still didn't make sense to me. I just paid them to get them out and I told them I will never use them again but the guy was great.

They had a deal to re-key 5 locks for the price of four. It was such an amazing deal. Moreover, Jesse from Aaron's Locksmith was awesome. Speedy, friendly, and professional. He reduced 5 keys into 2 for me.

I had an appointment for some other work to be done the following day, so I called up Aaron's Locksmith to see if they might be able to schedule me an appointment for the following afternoon. They were quite willing to accommodate. Their service guy called me half an hour ahead of time and arrived promptly, within the promised time slot. He was very professional and handled the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them and will use them again if or when I need a locksmith.

Bought the deal to have 5 locks changed for the price of 4. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did a great job in getting all of the locks changed and keys made. Would not hesitate using them again.

The installer did a very professional job. We had purchased a coupon on Angie's List and had not understood the services. The technician honored the coupon as we had interpreted.
