That was great. He came out and he did a good job to rekey the locks on our rental home. He did have trouble with one of the locks, but he stayed to make the sure the job got done. He was professional and friendly.

Locksmith arrived on time, was very friendly, quickly performed work and explained everything he did. He also fixed a door handle on one of the locks he was changing as he did it.

I booked this service under the auspices of an Angie's List special offer of five locks for $105. When I spoke to the dispatcher on the phone, we discussed how many doors we have in our house and the approximate cost given how many extra keys we wanted. I was very happy with the price and also how quickly Aaron's could perform the service. I called on a Friday and they were there on Monday afternoon. Excellent. Also, the technician arrived right on time at the beginning of the 2 hour window. We received an email and a phone call that he was on his way. Very well executed. When Jesse arrived, he was courteous and professional. He began by asking if I realized that each side of each lock equals "one lock." I think he said each cylinder equates to one lock relative to the $105 special offer. I was surprised and said so because that's not what I understood from my conversation with the lady on the phone. My ignorance, surely, but not great communication from the dispatcher about what the total bill would tally up to. We needed the locks changed and so I asked Jesse to just go ahead but that I was not pleased with what seemed liked a bait and switch on this deal. In the end, of his own accord, Jesse helped us out by not charging for every single cylinder and the bill was higher than $105 but still not crazy over what we originally thought we'd be paying. In the end, I am extremely happy with every aspect of service except the original communication on total price. Jesse was an excellent technician. He was prompt, fast, professional and gave great customer service. He was in and out of our house, changing all the doorknob locks and deadbolts in probably less than 45 minutes. If we ever need our locks changed again, we will definitely call Aaron's.

They were excellent. The cost was for all the work they did. It was not very expensive.

Jesse was great, changed the locks quickly was very professional. He did an exceptional job on changing the locks. Even pointed out that I could lock my glass door on the front of the house and rekeyed it. AND he fixed a lock that was sort of sticking, not locking all the way which wasn't part of his job but he took care of it quickly.

It went very well - - Aaron's was very responsive and professional in responding to our request. We called on a Wednesday morning and Jesse arrived around 3 PM the same day. He was very courteous, quick and efficient and completed the projects in less than 45 minutes. They honored the Angie's List deal and sent me an electronic invoice. Very quick and easy. I also asked him to lubricate a couple of the locks that were dragging and he did at no charge. Overall, a very good experience.

The technicians were great. They went above and beyond. Their service was excellent! Being a handicapped person, I can't put or pull the doors to lock/unlock. They made sure it was all perfect!

They were fine. They had to actually come back and redo them because I was having a lot of problems with the locks after they redid them the first time. They came back and redid them and everything is fine now. I would recommend them to somebody. They were very customer service oriented when I called back the second time. They were very accommodating and came out very quickly. My only concern was that the tech that came out reeked of alcohol but he did the job. The first time I wasn't home and he wanted to come early so maybe he stopped off and had a couple of drinks. He was very nice and I didn't think that he was drunk. He had beer on his breath. It was around the holidays so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It didn't bother me. My package was for 5 locks and I paid additional because I had 6 locks. The only reason I gave them a B for overall was because they had to come out twice to do the work.

Bought deal on 11/24 and had service done some time between then and first week of December. We had a few problems getting the technician out to our home due to varying scheduling and other issues on their end. When they finally made it to our home, the work was done timely and they made adjustments on price to cover the inconvenience. We had several locks to change and all work well with new keys. One lock was put on the door in the reverse way but overall the tech was very friendly and certainly tried to make things right despite our tough beginning.

The installer, Chris arrived on time. He was very knowledgable and professional. He did an excellent job. I found this provider on Angie's List on a deal saver. I did not need the service they were providing but contacted them to see if they would install a new lockset and deadbolt for me. They said they provided this service. I am very pleased. I was going to have them change another lockset on a storage building but the installer, Chris told me that it was working fine. Apparently I was not aware of this. It saved me additional expense. They are very honest, dependable and reliable. I would certaiinly use them again and would recommend them highly to my friends.

Overall, it was a good experience. He was reliable and his price was reasonable.

Technician they sent was very professional and very knowledgeable. I am very please with the service and would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.

The mistake I made was not checking with my husband first. Aaron's was very nice in understanding. They also scheduled me promptly, unfortunately, I had to cancel.

They did fine. What I needed to be fixed was a problem and they won't be able to do it. It would cost me more and they would have come out again. They did part of the work and it was just a frustrating situation but it was not because they were not a good provider, it was just something that had to come out.

It went fine. However I just received a call from one of their installers telling me he was on his way to my home to pick up a payment. I had purchased the work done through the Big Deal and this was months ago. I tried to tell this person that I had paid and he became irate and frightening. I just spoke to the Arrons Locksmith and he told me it was all a dispatching error. I have to say I let him know how unhappy I was with how his employe treated me over the phone.

Tech was on time and cheerful. He went right to work. In less than an hour (I think) he was done and we had the new keys in our hands. Great job for the price. With contractors in an out doing lots of work on house that day, it is hard to remember if anything special happened with the re-keying. I am fairly sure that if it had, I would remember though.

After a very bad experience with another locksmith in Arlington, I called Aaron's. They said they could do the job but to check with them before coming in. I called the day before I was planning to go and they said they had the key. We agreed on an approximate time for me to be there, When I arrived, Mike started working on the key and was done in less than 45 minutes. After the bad experience I had with the other locksmith, I asked him if I could check it before I left. He didn't have a problem with that and I checked it and it worked perfectly. Aaron's is quite a bit farther from my home than the other locksmith I tried and the cost was a bit more but there's no doubt than I will use Aaron's in the future. They did the work professionally, quickly and competently when they said they would and for the price I was quoted. What more can you ask for?
