+ -1 moreJesse from Aaron's Locksmith came out to change the locks on our new home. He was scheduled to arrive at 9:30am and showed up right on time. He was extremely swift and professional and did exactly what we needed him to do. He left us with two new keys that worked on all locks, and even warned us about a potential issue with the non-key internal lock of one door that might present some sticking issues down the road. Overall, I don't anticipate needing a locksmith again for a number of years, but next time we do, we will absolutely look to these folks to help us out.

+ -1 moreThis visit was spread out a bit. Once we had the locks re-keyed (a quick job well-performed by the technician), we decided to have another deadbolt installed on the front door. The technician didn't have the same lock in stock, so we agreed on a price and set a new appointment. When it was time to install the new deadbolt, a different tech came out. He did a great job and brought a lock that matched the color of our existing hardware. He did the job quickly and charged us the price we had previously agreed upon. All in all, great service at a reasonable price. We'll be sure to use them again!

+ -1 moreI bought the coupon but also requested extra locks re-keyed. They arrived on time and the work was done quickly and the keys work great. The ONLY thing I'm disappointed in is that we have an older home and some of the door hardware is newer, shiny brass, and some is older, dark and worn. The locksmith replaced the key cylinders into random locks and didn't match the finish so I have some dull brass with shiny cylinders and vice versa. I didn't complain or give them a chance to fix it as I didn't look at EVERY lock until well after they had gone. I am CERTAIN they would have fixed it had I asked - I just wish it had been considered first. I'd still call them again, albeit with slightly more oversight.

She was wearing shredded jeans which in my opinion was inappropriate for service techs.This same lock was repaired in Apr 2013 by same company, same problem. I thought they would be able to repeat previous repair. She said she had 2 locks on truck, tried 1 that didn't work. Seems to me they would carry new complete replacement locks but that was not offered. Told to go buy one and bring it to them to rekey. Charged a $55 service fee for call which I expected. Not sure if I will use them again. (Note to owner...provide your employees some khaki pants).

Description of Work: I went to see Martin Locksmith about replacing the keypad on my safe. They quoted me $125.00 for the service call and $200 for the new keypad! They said they had Tuesday opened and would call me when they could come out. Luckily, I checked for the Best Rated Locksmith in Arlington and found Aaron's Locksmith & Security were highly rated!!! They quoted me $200.00 plus tax for the new keypad!!! And they said they would be at my home between 12noon and 2pm! I cancelled with Martin Locksmith and rescheduled with Aaron's and I'm glad I did! Brandon with Aaron's called about 11:30am to advise me he would arrive at 12:30pm. He showed up on time and proceeded to change install a new and better keypad on my safe, then explained to me how to set the codes and had me practice changing the codes! Brandon was very friendly and professional and answered all the questioned I had, even recommending buying particle boards at Lowe's for my my shelves! I am so happy with Aaron's Locksmith!

+ -1 moreThey scheduled the date and time, and then kept calling to reschedule that day. We agree to reschedule it to Monday between 9 and 10:30. When no one showed by 10:30 or called, I called and reached Aaron. He sent someone out that afternoon. The work took about 20 minutes, which is fine but having to take 2 days off to get it done was unacceptable.
