Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

Zack did not follow the permitted stamped architect plans and was provided feedback. The ceiling framing was off by 4' and the kitchen framing off by appx 9". Tell was made aware and still could not follow the plans for the kitchen. The original parquet in the large closet was demolished. It is estimated $800 for materials and labor. I made numerous calls, some not returned. Many meetings. Elizabeth Meisel assured me I would not be charged for work not completed. I sent a demand letter, no response. She is not returning my calls, now. I am now forced to pay the fees associated with ownership of the property and rent as I sold property to purchase this one. I am 70 years old and am forced to go back to work full time to cover housing expenses. Now I also have attorney’s fees."

We chose Texas Fence because we could charge it, times are tight for all and $3800 isn't just lying around. The only negative I can give in regards to Texas Fence is the lack of follow-up and communication after you agree to have them perform the work. We had to reach out to get an ETA and even then it took a few times to receive an answer. Communication is a lost art! I told him I wouldn't pay $200.00 he requested to replace two poor quality posts that were causing the bowing. I researched the quality stamp on the wood, and I found out the wood, made in China, had high moisture content, excessive knots, and some splinters- and the rating said, " do not use in high humidity areas." Note: He previously did a section of fencing for me, and it had a higher quality wood rating."
