Quick Gutter Solutions

Description of Work: Messy, disrespectful, spent time on cell phone while talking to. Sold me on fixing pipe vents on roof only showing me pics of the good pipes so he could seal them. Had a roofer out the next day I got off Angies List he showed me the sloppy work they did and showed me that the pipes needed to be replaced or it was going to leak in my attic. He showed me pics of all the pipes. The gutter guy stood right there while talking to me and texting on his phone and hacked a huge SPIT right on my front porch. I'm not happy at all. I feel taken advantage of and he charged me $250.00 for the job he did very poorly that he shouldn't have done at all. He's a lier, again I feel very taken advantage of by a rude kid !!

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters on a Angie's deal. Tried to up-sale a lot of little things, they said need repaired on a year old house.

Description of Work: Company does not return calls nor is responsive in scheduling the service.

Description of Work: I have made a number of attempts to contact this company to provide the service I paid for. Talked to them the first phone call and they were in the process of working on another job and stated they would call me back to schedule an appointment. Never received a return call and I have made a number of other attempts to contact them via phone and email with no response.

Description of Work: I received an e-mail for me to contact them to pick a date for service. The number was a cell phone and call quality was poor. We agreed on a date and I gave him the address, again. (They already had it from the on line order form.). I told him we would not be home for much of that day but he said that was okay. I gave him my cell number, in case of any issues. As we were heading home that afternoon I was he had called. I returned the call and was told they had left my house because I did not answer my cell. The reason for the call was, they said, was to confirm that they were at the right house. (The house number is painted on the curb and prominently displayed on the house.). They said that they would call on Monday, after checking their schedule, to pick a new service date. They still have not called. I have therefore hired another, much more responsive service group. They are $20 more expensive but reliable and provided a high quality service. I have used one other Angie's list service group (Rick O's Remodeling) and was totally satisfied, but these Gutter people are obviously not customer focused. Not a great batting average for Angie. Now my challenge is to get my money back.
