Excellent. The two guys who came out were thorough and very polite. They were on time for their appointment and did there work quickly. They also pointed out an area needed some attention and made a suggestion for how a DIYer could handle it, which is the option I choose.

It went good. They upsold me but they had the $99 deal that they were willing to put through.

They told us we needed roofing done too, so we had it done. I'm not sure they really knew what they were talking about when they were talking about the roof. I would use them for gutter cleaning again.

I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out well. I was very pleased with what they did, but I did not have much guttering to be cleaned. They did show up when they said and they did the job. They just didn't have that much to do. Once I looked at all the guttering on the house, I was kind of thinking I should have done that myself. But it was no problem. I purchased it, they did provide the service and cleaned up afterwards. They did what I asked them to do. They also cleaned some debris off the house. There was a little bit left on the roof, it wasn't horrible. They got most of it off, but there was a little bit left up there. What I needed done I needed it done immediately. Looking back on it for the amount of work they had to do I thought it was a little pricey, but it met my need for what I wanted done. I thought it was a little expensive, but it was not bad and I certainly was willing to pay it. We did have to reschedule quite a few times. It seemed like it was three or four times we had to reschedule, but this was back earlier in the summer or late spring when we were having a lot of rain. Not all of that was their fault, but it seemed like I had to keep calling them to reschedule as opposed to them contacting me. It would had have been better if they had contact contacted me. I might get a call on the voice mail that said they were not going to be able to be there, but they did not say here is another time that we will be available, please call and confirm. This was just about like they were putting the ball back in my court instead of taking care of that themselves. When we finally got the date set they were there right on time. I did not feel like I was working with the owner. I felt like I probably was working with the guys who were doing the work, whereas the owner might have been a little more professional.

Would not return calls. Nothing done. Reported twice to Angies list and Angies list did nothing done. Have not received my money back. Just a big expensive mess!!!

The service turned out just fine. I do not think that there were additional fees to the $79 Big Deal. Everything was fine. The cost of the service was good.

It was okay. We just paid for the deal, whatever that was. We would probably use them again.

I called and e-mailed several times. The first time that I called I left a message and no one called me back. The second time that I called I talked with someone who took my number and said that he would call me back. He didn't call me back. The third time that I called the person scheduled the appointment. From the beginning of the date that I purchased the service until the service was performed was approximately two months. I felt that the service performed was very good once the company scheduled me.

It took me a number of emails and phone calls to get scheduled and out to the house... I would try someone else next time...

Despite paying up front on the $79 special for gutter cleaning, the work has never been performed. I followed instructions in the company's email reply to provide dates and times they might complete the cleaning, but they never arrived. I called several times over the last two months to set appointments, but either they didn't answer and therefore I left voicemail messages to which they never replied, or they answered but said they were on a roof and therefore couldn't take my information. In short, they've stolen my money. Buyer beware. This is not a legitimate company.

This was an offer through Angie's List for $99.00 I paid the full $99.00 through Angie's Website BUT did not receive the services. I was able to speak with the owner once or twice to schedule his company to come out and do the job BUT no one showed up. This is the second time I have been burnt on Angie's list... I am beginning to wonder about this website... Please issue me a FULL refund ($99.00)

I never received a reply. The service was scheduled and they just didn't show up. No call or message. I have even reached out since and no reply...

I did have a scheduling issue. I had an appointment for a specific day but they called that morning and told me they needed to reschedule. Setup appointment for the next day. Called me about 1 hour before they arrived. Used leaf blowers to perform the actual cleaning. Did an okay job of cleaning up the mess created on the ground once done. The did leave some footprints visible on sections of my metal roof, not sure if that would have been avoidable. For my 2 story house (3250 sq ft) it took them about 30 minutes. For the price and work performed I would use them again.

It turned out really well. Very nice young man. The work was done a week after purchase. I ended up paying more for two areas where the gutters needed adhesive. They put a screen over it and adhesed the spots. They cleaned up around the home as well. The gutters seem to be doing fine. I just felt like they were two young men trying to get there company started and doing the best they can.

They called ahead as we had discussed, and arrived promptly. Did a great job, very fast and efficient. Cleaned up and they were done. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Good communication, although had to reschedule. Good clean up, pleasant, professional demeanor.

They did a great job. Found squirrel bites on my pipes and took pictures for me to see and told me what could be done about them. Hired them to fix them - very professional, polite - I would hire them again.

They called me 20 minutes ahead of time, and did the job in only 10-15 minutes on my 2 story home. They bagged up the debris and took it with them.

I've had 3 appointments and they've cancelled all of them. I've tried calling and they never call back.

They were on time and very professional. They explained everything and pointed out problem areas with my roof that they could fix for an additional fee. I opted to have them fix the flashing on my roof. But overall they did a great job. I highly recommend their services.

Quick Gutter Solutions was fast as advertised. They did a thorough job and recommended some helpful repairs. Friendly service.

The rating above says it all. I am busy too. You ask too many unnecessary questions. I paid for this service don't think I even owe you an answer. Quit pushing for answers.
