Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and repaired one section. Checked roof and replaced a vent |damaged apparently by squirrels. Later we decided to replace this vent due to |its unattractive appearance on the front of the two-story house. Overall, they |were pleasant and appeared to be hard workers.

Description of Work: Attempted to make appointments at three different times. They do not answer phone, call back, or when they answer they tell you to call later. The job has not been done. They dont even have to make appointment. Just come out at they availablity and clean out the gutters.

Description of Work: 1st contact I advised what dates would work but they responded to call them to set up an appointment. When I did try to get a hold of them they would never answer or respond. I took a day off of work on the day of our appointment and they never showed up and never called; when I reached out to find out what happened they said they went to the wrong house. They are unreliable and not professional.

Description of Work: Very difficult to get in touch with Company right from the start. Finally able to contact them, after no help from Angie's List, and set up an appointment for 5/12/15. They called and said they had to reschedule for 5/13/14 because of rain (very little rain in our area on the 12th, none at all on the 13th). They were to call me the morning of the 13th with a time. I waited home all day, no phone call. I called them at 1:00 pm and left a message, no reply that day or the next. Obviously, since I've already paid, no one has any interest in fulfilling their obligation. I want a full refund immediately.

Description of Work: I purchased the gutter and roof sweeping from Quick Gutter Solutions. Quick Gutter Solutions seems to be fairly new, just starting out. The job had to be rescheduled twice due to jobs ahead of mine taking longer than planned. On the 3rd reschedule they arrived on time and performed a great job cleaning the gutters and sweeping the roof. They cleaned up the leaf/pine needle debris from the deck and porch. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They blew out the gutters for the most part after getting on the roof -- not the way I have ever seen done before. Could have cleaned up a little better -- slightly sloppy.
