Description of Work: I was very pleased with the very professional young Men who came to my Home. They were respectable, clean cut and very polite. I don't see them on Angie's Lust so I have cancelled my subscription to Angie's list. I am now using home advisers they have a much more respectable group to work with.

Description of Work: I couldn't say anything better about the whole experience. From the call to set the appt. and the guys that showed up. We were very pleased and definately would use them again. They were on time, picked up everything they clean out. Very pleased from start to finish.

Description of Work: They came out to the property on a Deal of the Day for cleaning gutters but also checked the roof and found some areas that required new sealing around vents. They showed photos to illustrate the issue and then additional photos after fixing the issue, although it was not clear that they were the last photos on the phone. They did also make us aware of additional services that they perform, in case we were interested in those in the future but they did not pressure us to use those services. All in all, pleased with the service and the professionalism of the team.

Description of Work: Work was very sloppy. Tons of garbage ended up in my pool; not what I was expecting at all. It took weeks for my cleaner to get most of it up. Also, several dirty spots on my home where there's a spout/opening. Looks like mud exploded on my house. They did not clean it up at all. Will never use again. In this sense you get what you pay for.

+ -1 moreI set up an appointment for Saturday and had a small time frame when I was able to be at home to have this work completed. The scheduling agreement was that he was supposed to have completed the work by noon. He didn't show up by 9 or even 10am. I texted the contact and he said he was on his way and then by 11am no one had shown up and I texted him again and said he wouldn't be able to come that day at all because he was at the sheriff's station because his car was stolen the night before. Had he been forthcoming about his situation, I would have been more willing to reschedule.

Description of Work: Cleaned out gutters and increased our service to have hangers installed on front existing gutters and flashing fixed on roof. They were honest enough to tell us that we really don't need gutter guards on our gutters. Did not try to up sell.

+ -1 morecrew came out and cleaned and repaired my gutter system. originally came out for a gutter cleaning, after they finished the gutter cleaning they went over everything they came across an showed me pictures. they informed me i i had some leaks in my gutter system that was cause some rot on the fascia board. they went over on how they would reseal it. very polite men. satisfied with work would definitely would use them again.

+ 0 moreThey were 15 minutes early and they waited in the truck until there promised time. They were very well spoken nice young men who knew exactly what needed to be done. We told them what we wanted and did not want any add on. My Husband is a stickler for that the first time he uses a company. They gave us a bid cleaned our gutters and repaired broken ones. When they were done they asked my Husband if he wanted to inspect the work and he did. The other Man was still on the roof and said if you want I'll sweep the pine needles and my husband said how much? The guy said nothing you said you didn't want any add ons I judy think it would look nicer and keep your roof stronger and I'm already up here with a blower it will just take me a minute. He blew them the other guy cleaned them up and they billed us for the original quote of course my Husband was so happy he paid them for the oditional work. Probably because he was happy he didn't have to do it.

They cleaned everything off of the roof and in the gutters.They did a super job and also cleaned the yard and patio area of all debris and hauled it off. The guys were very polite. When they were finished, they knocked on the door and gave me written and verbal inspection of my roof and gutter system. They took pictures of their work so that I would have a eyes on view of all of the work that was performed. We are very happy and will definitely use this company again.
