Description of Work: They did a wonderful Job installing my laminate floors. Home depot would not install them citing the floor wasn't leveled, but Brown Flooring and they leveled the floor and installed my laminate. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Randy Brown owns the company. He came out personally and did the estimate. This is a family owned company and service is friendly and personalized. No commission sales guys to deal with. I like that. Don't expect guys in uniform to show up. This company operates on a practical basis and shows up with the guys and tools for the job. They did a quality job with material that we selected.We selected porcelain plank tiles about 12 x 24. These tiles are thick and actually weigh about 10 pounds a piece. Several of the cuts were complex. They are probably more difficult to work with than other tiles. Randy, himself, helped finished the grout work. The floor looks great.

Description of Work: Installed porcelain tile on side & back patio. The only issue was getting them to the house to get the work done. This area just had a major flood so the company was super busy & our job was not that big.

Description of Work: Wood floor and carpet removal. Installed wood look tile. Randy and his crew did a great job installing tile and quarter round in our house. They worked every day until the job was finished. It was a little more clean up for me than I expected but totally worth it with my new floors! I would hire them again. They are trustworthy and hard workers.

Description of Work: installed laminate flooring in my living area, dining room, hallways and tile with mosaic inlay in front entryway. It went very well, they were very nice and informative and did a great job. The only issue was they had to leave their tools in my garage from one day to the next and we already pressed for space in the garage since we were also redoing the kitchen cabinets.

+ -1 moreRandy came out as scheduled to view the job and give a bid. It was a small job and he was willing to work it into his schedule because we were in a time bind. On the first two days of work, he arrived ahead of schedule but on the third day he had truck problems and never came. He finished the following day. He did a great job and I would recommend him but suggest that you check his measurements (we both measured the room independently). He said I hadn't purchased enough flooring (I had), and the measurement he gave me for the trim was not enough (which I fortunately realized before I bought it).
