I had an older dishwasher that I really did not want to replace. Jonathon arrived promptly and performed a quick but thorough diagnostic of the problem. He ordered the part and had it installed the next business day. The only thing that could have been better would have been if he had the part with him when he arrived that first day (Hah!) That would have been worth a 6 out of 5 stars!

Steven was extremely knowledgeable about my refrigerator problem, very nice, and very efficient. He was also very neat - after the compressor was replaced, I had very little clean up work. Jonathan with Appliance Solutions has excellent communication skills and offered me next day service. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to all my friends! The price of my repair was competitive.

Jonathan and his team did a great job replacing our stove yesterday. They initially came to repair my old stove, but quickly realized it could not be repaired since the nuts were so badly corroded. They were able to find a comparable stainless steel stove the next day and installed it just in time for the weekend. We will definitely be using them again, as needed.

Over the top great service. Same day service by decades experienced tech John on a Saturday to fix my freezer. Even came back at night with the part to complete the job, and save the meat.

Appliance Care came out on the same day I called, a Saturday no less. John gave an immediate and correct diagnosis, fixed the problem immediately with a temporary 5 day fix, and cleaned up. So my freezer went from 30 to subzero degrees F, saving all my food! Then he found the part at his home in his other truck, and returned that same Saturday night to quickly implement the permanent fix!

Each person that I spoke with and John the repair service technician were on the problem from start to finish. And the most pleasant to work with, came out in the pouring rain and got the job done. Will definitely use this company again.

John connected the water line to my fridge, and connected my washer and dryer. We needed a new electrical cord for one of the older appliances, so John had to go get it at Lowe’s. He came right back and simply charged me what he paid without an increase for the part or an additional trip charge. I highly recommend John and his staff.

In what seems to be a saturated market of â handymenâ and maintenance companies handling micro and macro services, I found a gem with Appliance Care Solutions. On a whim (actually a recommendation from a co-worker), I called John to take a look at my washing machine as it suddenly stopped working. He was extremely professional, cordial and didnâ t make me feel intimidated about not knowing what the malfunction was. It turned out the dial had a broken piece which John immediately replaced and my washer is now working like new. I donâ t usually write reviews, but I was about to buy a new washer out of frustration and now I can put that money to better use. Thank you so much, Appliance Care Solutions!
