Technician arrived on time. Located the problem with the dryer. Stated that he needed to order the broken part. He returned the next day as promised to install the new part. Cleaned up area. Very professional. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repair needs.

The technician as well as his managers determined that the expense to do the repairs on an over 10 year old washer would cost more than buying a new washer - very honest so our cost was just the service call - would hire this company again and highly recommend them
