Air Conditioning unit went out. They responded THAT DAY with a person to provide an estimate. They provided the work THE VERY NEXT DAY! The price was fair. They called one day after the service was provided to follow-up asking if the service men's clothing were clean and deoderized, did they respond promptly, were they friendly, etc. They truly wanted Customer Service feedback. I could not be happier with their service!

I had started by calling three companies to get quotes on getting our air conditioner replaced. Air Depot came in at the lowest price with the highest quality product. We were able to get a two-stage system at the same price a competitior offered a model with less options. They were able to scheduled the replacement for a week later and indicated it would take a day and a half. I made sure to let them know that I was heading out of town the afternoon of the second day and that the work needed to be completed by then. The day of the install they came early in the morning right on time and got to work. They spent the whole day working (8:30 - 6) and had the air conditioner up and running. I confirmed with them that they'd be back the next morning to finish up adding an additional air return and finalize some electircal work. However, they didn't come this morning and I didn't receive a call explaining why. When I called the office I was told that they had been sent to a different job and then received mixed information about if they would be able to complete the work before I had to go to the airport. In short, they could not. Normally, I'm very flexible in these sistuations, but since I had made it very clear I would be going out of town I was upset that somewhere the communication had fallen apart. I worked with Air Depot to get the follow-up appointment setup and was able to receieve some compensation for the inconvience. Overall, I would refer Air Depot, because so far we've been very happy with our purchase - however I was dissapointed with the particular issue with my installation since I had worked so hard to try to avoid it.

When John Burg of Sugar Land's John Burg Service Company (originally recommended as a troubleshooter by Lennox) retired and sold his company, we "inherited" Air Depot as a successor. Compared with larger, corporate competitors, this company is family owned and operated, has been in business since 1977, and is top-rated "A+" by the BBB. According to their website, Air Depot technicians are factory trained, experienced, licensed, and fully insured to service and install all types and brands of air conditioning systems. From the beginning, we have been very happy with their service (although they are not the cheapest) and their technicians have always been timely and professional. It's ironic that we had to schedule a return service call when a critical part failed just 2 days after they serviced our system as 1 of their 3 service calls under the annual service agreement. But they guaranteed same day service and fixed the problem with no trip or labor charge and a 10% discount on the replacement part. Highly recommended.

It went fine. They came out and checked everything. The guy came over and checked out everything. I will be using them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were very professional, and very clean. They were very good about explaining everything. They took my calls at any time and answered any questions. They did not leave any mess at all as they cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

It went great! They were very prompt and started the job immediately on the day they said they would. It took them the entire day, but they performed the job right to specs as they said they would. They were clean and very nice and easy to work with.

He is not the cheapest but he does great work. I have never had any problem whatsoever.

It took about two hours to complete the job, and they only came once. They did good work and we've had no problems since. The workmen were very professional and nice.

Air Remedies answered my call right away and came around to give an estimate for installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. Their prices were very reasonable and they explained the warranties and advantages. The installation was scheduled as soon as possible and the technicians were right on time. They removed the old units and took them outside and brought in the new units to install them and hooked them up. They checked out both units before leaving and there weren t any problems. They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well.
