We love Air Depot's maintenance plan because it includes 3 visit's (Winter, Summer and Spring Cleaning) instead of the 2. That third visit were they clean your system is while worth it.

Not good long term. Every conversation I have with them they want to sell me a service contract. Just before one year warranty ran out they realized the Freon was low, it had to have been low since install as it seems to have held the full charge since. 16 month old condenser unit fan needs replacing and by the way labor before discount was going to be $341. And they have to order the part and I won’t have ac for a while longer. I’m getting the feeling all they want is my money for the service contract and a chance to come by 3 times a year to mess something else up.

We did have some challenges with the equipment that was first deployed, but they worked through the challenges and even replaced the repaired unit with another new one without my having to ask for that. Due to the hardware challenges the installer felt bad about how long it was taking, and rather than leaving me without downstairs A/C for the weekend, actually came out with a service tech on Sunday to correct the issue at no additional cost or charges, and was able to get the downstairs until working until they could continue work on Monday. I've always said it's not that everything goes right on an install or service work that generates 5 stars, but how challenges are dealt with in process. These guys went above and beyond, did fantastic work, were very communicative throughout the entire process so I knew exactly what was going on and why, and were very good at minimizing mess and cleaning up after themselves while working in the house. I would strongly recommend and would definitely use again.

They nearly blew my house up. They didn't connect the gas line correctly and then told me the smell that I was smelling was; when you put in a new unit there's always a smell that comes out of the new condenser; it'll just have a smell. I called them back out and asked them to look at it again. The guy came in, in a smarty pants way, and says that's not gas. I said, well tell me what it is since we slept in it all night. So he goes in the attic and calmly comes back down and tells me, well yeah it is gas. I said, do you think maybe we should react to this, since my daughter is sleeping in the room right below it. He said, well yeah just open the windows. He fixed it, but; I haven't had but a couple of units installed in my life. My take is that they are probably a good company, but the sales person should have come back and verified that the job was done. And they should have had somebody that was qualified to verify that everything was installed correctly, and not Jesus who is just somebody they pay are probably paying minimum wage to haul that stuff around and come out and do it. The two young men that came out to do the job where very nice, polite, and helpful, but I don't think they were skilled or trained well enough to realize the mistakes that they made.

They came out first & did an assessment due to coil leaking and determined the evaporate coil was in bad shape & that's why the a/c unit not working.They replaced the evaporate coil they did a good job and the unit works great. Paid $49.00 for the first assessment visit.

The technician performed the inspection and that was all.

It was not cheap. I used them again only because something went wrong and they did the work. It is dependable if I will use them again because the contract is over and I am looking into another place.

Its a very small little company. We have a contract to come out and do an A/C check up. They do it 3 times a year. Its around $315 a year. He just checked. They give you a time and then they call ahead of time. Would I use them again? I would say yes.

The guy I talked to over the phone is excellent, every technician I have had. They have pretty decent employee retention. Everyone has been very professional. They call me to remind me when its time to service my air conditioner and heater.

The services were done exceptionally well. I was immediately contacted after purchasing the offer and an appointment was setup that worked with my schedule. Numerous courtesy calls were made informing me about the appointment. Technician Frank performed a thorough job on my AC unit and provided easy to follow recommendations on how to maintain the appliance. Well definitely use Air Depot in the future.

I have a yearly contract with them to come out three times a year to maintain the unit and make sure that there is no problem. They apparently do an adequate job. Knock on wood, my unit works fine. They are usually pretty good about not replacing something that does not need replacing. So that is good. The $180 a year I think could be a little bit less expensive. It is a little bit more money that than I wish it was. My interaction with them is always good. The workmen come and they are professional. There is no issue. They do the job and leave, you know. I have never felt uncomfortable around them. What they could do to improve is to lower the price of the yearly contract. I understand most companies only come out twice a year and they come out three times a year. In the long run I am paying for that visit. It is not free.

Air Depot is the company who installed our new AC unit in 2008, and they have been servicing it ever since. I purchased a $49 deal for a check-up and to install the new air filter I had bought. I was contacted right away to set an appointment. The service man called when he was in route to give me an ETA and was right on time. He checked out the unit outside and in the attic, installed the air filter, advised me of the type of filters to use inside the house in combination with the one in the attic, and filled out a certification that the unit was in good working order for listing the house for sale.

The unit quit working again during the night. We called a commercial contractor my wife knows and they sent their start-up tech out. After checking the outside unit, he then went into the attic. What he found was the condensate drain line was stopped, and the water level was high enough that it was tripping the float the then shut down the unit. There wasn't anything wrong with the circuit board.

They did a great job, were very quick to respond, which was welcome in the June heat. Very professional and were easy to communicate with.

Air Depot was wonderful. Dispatch called to let me know that the technician would be running late today (due to the weather) but they were still were within the time range they promised. They called again to let me know that Frank was on his way. Frank was very professional and helped me to understand exactly what was going on and what was wrong with the unit. He was able fix both units and get my system back online. I will use them again.

This work, as all services of this provider went without a hitch. Have been using Air Depot for close to 30 years for all of my HVAC related work and don't foresee any changes. These folks are prompt, professional and all technicians are well trained and polite. Services seem quite expensive but from what I've seen are comparable to other quality service providers.

Frank from Air Depot serviced our heating system and was fantastic! He did a thorough inspection of the heating unit and identified a couple areas of concern. He identified the capacitor was not running in the ideal range and that one of the drainages from the drain pan was missing. He offered solutions to resolve these issues, including suggestions on how to get my home warranty company to take care of the capacitor (it didn't work, but appreciated the suggestion). Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use Air Depot again.
