Their price seemed reasonable. They were fine and everything that they did was fine. Their demeanor and the quality of their work were good. Everything looked very good and it has been holding up well. They were great.

Ron was quick and professional in responding to our phone calls, setting up estimates, showing up on time for appointments and being completely up-front with what things would cost and such. His estimate was roughly 25% more than all the others we interviewed but we have gone for the lowest cost contractors in the past and paid dearly for it.The crew was delayed 1 day from their start appointment but finished a day earlier than they expected, so that was fine. All the workers were courteous and professional. The painter who was assigned our trim was somewhat careless and we are still finding gloss white paint drops around the house 2 weeks later. He also cut a few corners we did not expect: not painting the sides of door trim where it would be hard to see and not painting both sides of all our doors. They did a small amount of trim repair that was adequate. I am a real stickler for quality woodwork, a good seam is one you cannot see and so on. Overall though, I would say they did a much better job than any other contractors we have had in our house. They showed up on time, did 95% of what we expected, finished early, cleaned up and came back to fix all of our major compaints. We would gladly recommend them and hire them again.

The experience was very positive. The crew supervisor came to us promptly when a decision was necessary. He offered good alternatives as we discussed what to do. In the course of repairing a sofit, he discovered some roof damage, including shingle and roof panel replacement. After consideration, he decided he and his crew should not attempt this repair because they were not experienced in this type of carpentry. I judged this as a real positive, since I would have been very unhappy if they had attempted this repair and not done it correctlyl. All the other carpentry work on the sofits and fascia panels was well done and attractive. The walkway carpentry repair work was also well done and attractive. The crew worked aggressively and finished the job ahead of schedule. The woodworking was more than originally estimated. Carnival adjusted the price in what I judged to be a fair amount. The only area where I was disappointed was some drips on paint where they were not wanted. However, this is a minor compared to all the positive comments in the previous paragraph. I would definitely use this company again.

No one ever called me back to make an appointment to give me an estimate to have a nursery room painted.

They were the second highest quote. I actually went with the highest quote because I got more bang for my buck. I don't think their quote was as thorough as the company we went with. They were prompt in giving the quote to me.

Expert work on drywall repairs and refinishing of badly deteriorated front door. A little pricey even with special Angie's discount but well worth it!

Our iron fence was chipping and in poor condition. They came out and sanded and painted the fence. It looks brand new, even now many months later. They were professional and did nice work.

I initially forgot about this event until revently, and I wanted to make sure I added it to Carnival's reviews. It shows how much Brian cares, and that he is willing to go way out of his way to ensure that his customers feel satisfied. I doubt another paint company would have done that for me on so short notice, and certainly not for free. However, it did make a huge difference for us in keeping our home water-tight until we could re-do the siding.

Overall the siding was applied well, and my only concern is that the caulk that was applied was applied ALL over the seams and onto the new siding, and it wasn't wipped away, so that when they painted it, you can still see goobs of caulk where it shouldn't be. When the sun hits the back of the house, which is for most of the day, you can see it really well, and it bugs me. It doesn't look like a very professional job, which bothers me, since I know this company is usually very professional in their work. The crew worked hard under less than ideal circumstances, and Brian was good about getting back to me when problems came up. I'm not sure if I would use them again, even though I did have a great experience with them before, so maybe this job and the stresses and problems that came up were a one time thing. I would recommend trying them and seeing how your experience goes.

They came on time and spent a lot of time. They talked to both me and my husband. They exceeded our expectations. They have many branches. We are very happy with them. They also gave us some good suggestions.

They started when they promised and did a thorough, professional job. Couldn't have aqsked for a better project.

I had earlier obtained an estimate on my paint job from Carnival Custom Paint and called them the day after Christmas to see if they could go ahead and schedule me in. They came out and started the job the following Monday (2 days later) and completed it on Saturday (with 2 days off due to rain). I believe that while they were probably not the absolute lowest price I could have found, but they were very professional and worked very hard. In my estimation, the quality of the wood repairs and the paint job was excellent. I found the clean up to leave a bit to be desired. They painted my doors (4 of them) with a color that did not come close to matching the existing color. However, after pointing this out, they happily got the right paint and did them again at no extra charge.

after the power wash work was requested to terminate due to lack of confidence, especially after provider came back indicating more money required. paid for power wash and requested refund. refund promptly returned. best part of the experience. get communications in email.

Very well. I called & spoke to Brian who said he could be out the next day to do a bid. A bit of confusion when he had not shown up by mid afternoon. When called he said he did not have the appt, but was able to come the following day (Sat). He showed up promptly. Did the bid for the painting. I found out the company does interior painting and ceiling/wall repair, so I also had him do a separate bid for interior damage from the hurricane. I was on a deadline to complete the fence install & repaint it for the POA. Brian was willing to work with me. Once I had a date for the fence install, he said he would come the next day (Sat) to paint. Even though the weather had some chance of rain, he arrived on time, they primed & did 2 coats of paint front & back as requested. The color match was great. They finished 2 hours before the rain started but the paint was well dry and we had no issues. I hope to use them again for more painting/repair services. The quote was for cash/check, credit card was slightly higher amount but I appreciate that they can offer a cash discount & I used it. During the painting of the backside of the fence, the wind below some of the spraying paint onto nearby windows. Brian personally scraped the paint off of windows, then had them covered over for the remainder of the painting.

All work was done as agreed. Our townhouse had very tight spaces in which to work. The crew developed a safe way to work in these spaces and managed to paint all three floors which was not easy considering the tight working conditions. The crew arrived on time each day and finished in the estimated time frame. All debris, etc. from the work was cleaned up. Our house has never looked so good!

Brian was the 5th quote I got, & I am SO glad I went with him! From start to finish he was exceptional! All work was done as proposed, and the results exceeded my hopes. His crew was always prompt, professional and meticulous in their work. They were always polite and considerate. Brian was very interactive in the process, and didn't disappear during the actual work. He was always available to me if I had a question or request. They were quick to respond to my requests, and always did so cheerfully. They never made me feel like I was bothering them. They were patient with my questions and took time to explain things to me so that I felt I really understood each stage of the job. Jesus was outstanding in all areas of his work. He truly knew his stuff and was great about sharing information with me. His attention to detail and willingness to continue working until I was absolutely happy was so refreshing!
