The painters did a very good job on this large project over the 5 days in my home. They were very respectful and made sure to cover and protect furniture and the floors. Brian was also very responsive and flexible in working with our schedule. He was also very professional and conducted a quality check walkthrough with us to identify any areas needing to be retouched. Overall a good process and beautiful job.

They were on time in each instance (bid or painting), provided detailed bid, got to it quickly. I had quotes from two companies and they similar but each bid different. Paint cost was an add on charge for this bid. Texture match was good. I would use them again.

Brian is really customer focused person. He showed up a day later in time and gave a verbal quote. The same day he sent me the bid quote via email. The quote was very clear and straight to the point. Somehow I have a 2nd though on the project as I still like my wainscoat and have other area to fix, so I ended up using my old painter. If I don't change the project most likely I will pick Brian than others as I can see thru review on AL many customers praised him.

Painting went well. They either broke or picked up a dowel used to open/close my blinds that I had left on the floor. Didn't notice and they didn't mention it.

Work completed in one day in good manner.

Brian did an excellent job on my home. The bid was fair, the work was done on time and he used quality materials. I had to have his painter come out and address a few things but all was done without complaint. I'd hire again. Good man.

Brian Brandon was very helpful with getting me my cost estimate even after I changed my mind on colors and what rooms I wanted painted. His painters did a great job and cleaned up well. I am a happy customer!

I entered a review for this company a few months ago and saw the company's response to that review and it said they never did any work for me. Well, I have his invoice in my hand right now that we paid so he must not keep very good records. We had him paint our kitchen cabinets but didn't like the look so we had it redone by another painter and it is now really nice.

Brian was great to work with and very understanding of scheduling issues and difficulty with finalizing colors. He went above and beyond to accommodate and please us in painting our new home. Thanks!

During both jobs (a few months apart) they did excellent work. The drywall repair was flawless and the painting was excellent--both inside and outside. Brian breaks his bids down so you can really see what each item will cost and he came in either at or lower than the other bids I received. I would definitely hire him again. The cost of service I listed was for pressure washing and painting the outside of the house since that was the most recent work completed.

Brian Brandon and his work crews are top notch professionals. They protected the work area during the repair and made both of my parents very happy. Brian also offered senior discount for the top quality work. He is a good listener who will do your work correctly in very fair price.

The work was all completed as required, in a timely and professional manner. What we really appreciated, is that the crew always takes care and attention to tape and cover up floors and furniture prior to painting, and cleans up the work site when the work is completed. Brian is always responsive, and communicates well during the project. All it takes is a quick text message or email, and he responds quickly. All jobs were completed as quoted, whether or not the quote is written or verbal. No extras.

ABC’s Brushes Company really came to the rescue in the fifth hour. We originally contacted another painter that was supposed to paint our home on Thursday and Friday. I had taken off of work, and he never showed. After reading the great reviews about Brian, I decided to call to see if he could paint our house on a short notice. And much to my surprise, he was able to accommodate my request. Brian was very professional and you can tell that he has a passion for his business. We knew right away that he would send professionals that made us feel comfortable with them being in our home. Now let’s talk about the painters for ABC’s Brushes Company. Marvin and Mauricio did a great job! I watch them pay close attention to detail and made sure the job was clean before they left. Needless to say, my accent walls and media room look great. Brian even made the trip out to our house to introduce himself. He is an all-around great guy in my opinion. I would highly recommend ABC’s Brushes Company, Brian, Marvin, and Mauricio. ABC's Brushes Co. did the painting, the owner came out and introduced me to the painters who were going to paint. All three so pleasant and easy to work with. Painters did an excellent job, would definitely use this company again.

I contacted Brian after buying a house with beautiful paint colors except in the master bedroom and bath. Those two rooms had 3 different shades of green including the ceilings. I sent pictures to Brian and he was able to meet my last minute work request and sent a painter out on a Friday. Marvin the painter was at the site prior to my arrival and was prepared to work. Brian stayed in communication with me on the project and upon his arrival I found him to be professional, friendly and easy to work with. Due to my budget and their time constraints on a last minute job request, we compromised and had the ceilings of both rooms painted as well as the bathroom walls for the same agreed on price. Brian even accommodated my request to buy extra paint so that I could complete the bedroom walls in my own time. Marvin did an excellent job on the painting and left a very clean work area. Of course, after I completed painting my bedroom walls, you can tell which room was professionally painted and which was not. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them for future projects.

This company was fantastic, all work done promptly, on schedule, as promised and a beautiful job done. Very responsive, prepared the space properly to avoid issues on existing flooring, cleaned up great, excellent job. Would highly recommend to anyone and yes, would most definitely use them again.

I purchased the coupon on Monday and called the company the same day. The owner Brian answered quickly and luckily for me they had an cancellation and was able to schedule me for the next day since I was in a rush to get my house painted. Brian was courteous the entire interaction and suggested I buy paint through his account at Sherwin Williams for a discounted price. After a run of bad contractors that show up late, it was refreshing for me when their painter showed up early on the day he was assigned to start. Again after having bad previous experience with Angies list painters, it was nice to see this painter take the time to cover my tile, carpet, and protect my furnishings. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished a little earlier than the 4 hours he estimated. He did a fantastic job at the corners and edges and just used his paintbrush without taping. I was especially very impressed with the edges of the ceiling work since my two story walls are so high up. It's nice to see there are professionals who still take pride in their trade and the excellent work the painter did was the result. They were on time and did some minor repairs to the wall. Then they painted walls and ceiling using the paint provided by me. They did a very good job.

Had ugly mustard yellow color that came with the house. The team was fast, very professional and did amazing job. I have three other rooms I was going to do myself but may just call ABC's brushes!

I had a very bad experience and I cannot recommend Brian Brandon (ABCs Brushes) and his worker Pino. They did a very poor job on my house. I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. Don't be fooled by his Angie's List promotions which are not accurate or a true reflection of the job cost. There are two major issues I had with ABCs brushes, one is the poor quality of the work performed, the other is that they charged me for work that they did not do. Untrustworthy: Brian sent me a refund check for $140 for unfinished work listed below and work needing re-done due to poor workmanship (I stupidly paid the full amount for job). I refused to accept this refund for what I calculate to be well over $1000 dollars worth of work. I ask Brian numerous times to refund me a fair amount but he has not done so. Unfinished work included prepare, primer coat and final coat of paint of the following: 1) Bathroom (door, trim and crown) 2) Two bedrooms (door, trim and baseboard) 3) Hall and Staircase (4 doors, trim and baseboard) Work not performed correctly and needed re-done: 1) Pino painted the original antique varnished doors with maintenance paint and without preparing the doors (i.e. sanding as agreed with Brian Brandon. As a result I could strip the paint off using my fingernail with ease. I had to strip the 6 panel doors back to wood, sand, prime and paint. I have photos and videos of the doors ABC's painted and video of me peeling it off with my finger nail. Brian has seen the video and in real life and admits it was not done correctly. Yet he will not refund me. 2) I actually ended up paying another company to have the whole job redone because of the poor quality finish Quality of work: 1) Pino and the other painter painted the walls in the upstairs bedrooms and left thick smudges of paint and a totally uneven finish throughout. I asked him what happened (already knowing that it was due to him being sloppy and rushing) and he told me it is because I chose eggshell finish paint. This was the first major clue that he either knows very little about paint and painting or he is a liar and can't be trusted. The downstairs (same eggshell finish) was applied correctly. Brian and his crew partially sanded down the messy work and reapplied the paint but the result was still sub standard. 2) The painters were suppose to sand back any rough patches that were found on the walls from skim coat. This was not done 3) The doors and trim were painted directly onto the thick varnish original finish. It was agreed with Brian that the doors would be sanded prior to primer and painting. This was not done. I was able to easily scrape the paint off with my finger nail. I have videos of this. Brian has seen these and agrees the work is not how it should be. 4) I had to hire another contractor to re-do all of the work that ABC's brushes did plus all of the work that they charged me for and did not perform.
