Description of Work: This was my 2nd Red Rooster Big Deal purchase.Ray worked with me closely to initially schedule my service and showed up on time after one last phone call to make sure he had everything he would need on the truck. He replaced an intermittent functioning toilet fill valve, fixed cabinet hinges and several non-functioning self-closing drawers including a trash bin cabinet; they work like new. He didn't even fuss or blink an eye when I handed him the cleaner and rag to spray out the trash bin cabinet since he had easy access to all the corners and tracks. He did comment it must be a woman thing, which it may be, but he still was compliant and professional dutifully fufilling my request. I will add that on my first Red Rooster Big Deal, Raymond, his employee, offered the same courteous service when one of my needs was someone to help me install allergy and bed bug mattress protectors on a new set of mattresses. Some handimen might think this beneath them, but they take the attitude of helping you with whatever you like. He then changed several recessed ceiling lights in my 14 foot ceilings both via ladder and courteously showed me how to use the bulb changer device that I bought, but had never tried using. After that, we hung several metal art pieces that we had to "devise" a method to hang. I plan to save up my next batch of fix-its and give him a call. He is great to work with and I feel lucky to have found him and his company.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet, adjusted screen door, adjusted ceiling fan, installed bathroom fixtures. Excellent service.

Description of Work: Installed two toilet paper holders, cut new threshhold for door way, fixed garage door opener. tightened screws on curtain rods fixed deadbolt on front door, fixed door knob in bedroom. They were and hour and a half late. I also only had 1 1/2 hours of work for them (yes all of the above in 1 1/2 hours). I paid for 4 hours of work when I bought an Angies list special. I'm not sorry about this though as most handy men companies out there charge about 150.00/hour.

Description of Work: Fence repair, replaced 8 broken wood poles with steel and reattached wood or replaced where necessary. Did some extra work on severely damaged sections and corner infrastructure. Done in a day!
