Had to call and request the quote several days after the visit to review the project request

The work was good. Sometimes it took a while to get things scheduled and they were not always prompt. I believe it was because they had a lot of work going on.

Immediately after purchasing the offer, the company emailed me saying the would not honor the deal because it is their busy season. They claim that they didn't authorize the offer on Angie's List. I have contacted Angie's List for assistance. I've used this company before in the past, and they're usually really good.

I hard time getting it scheduled, they were so busy. They cancelled a couple times but when the guy got here he was awesome, great work. I think they just took too many of these offers and they couldn't do them all at once. It was just one guy that came out and it was for 4 hours.

Excellent. Service representative was outstanding, courteous, informative. Cleaned up and hauled old ladder away. Recommend.

The new wood under the sink is nice after years of yucky wood. The garbage disposal works well.

Repairman lied about what he did. I would never hire this company again.

It went very well. He was so efficient that he didn't have to spend four hours and he did an excellent job and I was very satisfied and I was a handyman so I know how things get done he did exactly right. It was an excellent job. He did everything he was suppose to do he was punctual he was very knowledgeable, he was just a nice person to have work done on my house.

The technician did a great job and took care of everything that I needed. He was also efficient and courteous.

Raymond was very nice, but it did take from 7/28 until 9/16 for the appt. He did a nice job on all items on my list, except changing out A/C filters, which after going into the attic told me an HVAC person had to do that. This was an AL BD.

Wanted me to buy all supplies and have available when they arrived. I am 82 and have no way to haul posts to my house. I was able to hire independent handy man to do job for same price and he brought material with him. This seems to be a theme all too often with Angie's list suppliers

They didn't show up. I waited two months and asked for my money back. These guys are just to busy.

It went very well. Raymond, the technician, was great, professional, and on time. He was able to accomplish all of my critical to do's in the allotted amount of time. I will be requesting his services again to update my master bath.

Mr Jackson gave me a very timely estimate especially with all of the storm damage in the area. Very courteous and timely follow-ups with any information I requested. Crew showed up and did their work efficiently without disturbing me. Everyone I dealt with were pleasant and knew what they were doing. Great experience.

Great! The guys did a good job digging out the rotted wood posts, replacing them with steel posts, and using metal brackets to re-attach the existing fence panels. They re-worked a wood gate by adding a treated 2x4 diagonal brace, re-hung it, and re-worked the hinges and latch to get the perfect swing. I'm very satisfied. They arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves when finished. $100 per post + $75 to rework the gate = $575.

First of all, it was a very competitive bid. I relied on Angie's List to select companies from which to obtain bids. The entire 30 year old deck including the support structure had to be replaced. The large deck also surrounded a pool with a curved design. We wanted new fencing, and a pool enclosure. The crew worked tirelessly. They used cedar on the fence and pressure treated lumber on the deck. They demonstrated their excellent carpentry skills when they were able to almost flawlessly match the curve of the pool. The fence is beautiful. It is capped and beautifully blended into the deck. The design and construction of the pool equipment enclosure was even better than expected. The house now has a new coat of paint and we were hard pressed to find any missed spots. The front door was also stained. Considering rain delays, the project was concluded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Red Rooster Fence and Home Repair. Their work is of the highest quality, and the entire crew were a pleasure to be around. They will be the first I will call in the future whenever I need a project done.

I didnt get a courtesy call until an hour after they showed up to let me know that they are not going to show up. The first time they gave an excuse that they couldnt come 15 mins before they were supposed to come because he had to go to the hospital for his neck and I said that was okay and scheduled for another time. I think it's a bad way to do business. I was really wanting to get this done. I have been late to work twice now because he couldnt call me in enough.

It went good. I had an emergency repair on my front door and window. I called Red Rooster and explained that I had an emergency repair that I needed completed that day. The owner said he would send someone over that same day. Raymond, from Red Rooster, To do the repairs. Raymond came over to my house and repaired the door and window. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you Red Rooster and Raymond!

I hired this company a few months back for babyproofing and needed additional cabinets locked now that my toddler is getting taller and craftier! The handyman was fantastic. He finished all the cabinets before the 3 hours were up, so I had him measure our fence, hang up some hooks so I can hang the broom, etc. inside a closet, and we generally chatted about some other house-related projects. In fact I had mentioned my family's allergies and he took a look at my vents and showed me where there was dust I hadn't been aware of -- plus showed me how to remove and clean the vent cover and vaccuum all the dust out. What a great handyman and person, to listen to even small comments I made and think of ways I could improve my home to help! He wanted me to get my money's worth for the full 3 hours and he also showed me how to clean my vents myself. I'll definitely hire them again since he also told me they can do gutter cleaning!
