I purchased a Big Deal for 3 hours of handyman services and was able to schedule quickly. Raymond arrived on time and replaced the bathroom vanity light fixtures in 2 bathrooms and replaced 3 sink faucets as well. He also helped remove a broken bulb from a high ceiling fan. Both Raymond and Ray are great with communication, so overall I have no complaints.

Ray Ralls was very professional and courteous. Our front door has been very hard to open and close. He did a great job repairing it.

Every time I talked to him, he raised his fee by a couple of dollars. He lied to me that metal skirting was the same price and vinyl skirting. He's a nice guy but he was expensive for what he did. My father and I installed the door the first and had no problem doing it. He did come back a month or two later to fix the door installation problem. I don't know if he did it right or not but the door works. At least he didn't charge for that. I thought his professionalism was very poor.

We were quite pleased with the work. We will definitely use them again. They were very professional and cleaned up well when job completed.

This service visit could not have gone better. Ray showed up when he said he would. I needed the caulking around the outside of my garage door and the outside of my chimney replaced as well as about 20 fence boards. I was worried about him having enough time to do the work and not only did he do it in the time frame, it looks awesome and I feel he went above and beyond my requests. He was nice and friendly and kept me up to date with what he was doing as well as suggestions to make the projects better I will use him again in the future without hesitation.

The $99.00 price was a special deal I signed up for. Was contacted right away and an appointment set up. Crew was right on time and very professional. I'm very satisfied with the completed work, and would use this company again.

Ray came out to provide bid. He was on time and reviewed the project. A couple days later he provided a quote via text message. We agreed on the price and he was to let me know when the work would be completed. I contacted him a couple of times to get a date scheduled. On the appropriate date, the painter, whom I had not spoken to, arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. The organizational part of the job was a little more casual than I prefer, but in all fairness I do not know Ray's workload and how many customers he is handling. The work however, was outstanding! Everything was completed as agreed and Ray called to confirm that I was satisfied with the job. Would define hire again for additional work.

Removal of the wood deck was completed within 2 days. Underneath the deck was the original concrete patio which turned out to be twice the size I had remembered. It took 2 men on jackhammers 2 1/2 days to remove the old concrete. Then, new bids had to be requested for pouring of the new concrete after the previous sub-contractor backed out of the job, and the new bid was much higher than the one used for quoting my new covered patio. Throughout the entire process Ray Jackson was very professional and absorbed most of the cost overrun (I agreed to split the increase on the cost of the new concrete). The workers arrived early every day, were cheerful and courteous, and cleaned up all the scrap material after the job was completed. The crew provided service above and beyond my expectations. My new patio looks great and I am very pleased. I would have no hesitation using Ray Jackson Services again on any future projects.

Workers showed up on time and completed the work in a short amount of time. This is a very simple job but requires two people.

Ray did a nice job with fence repair and gate replacement. He furnished bids for installing a porch, replacing a window and sliding patio door with french doors along with handyman services. I called him after the anticipated start date passed. He explained he was very busy and showed me his list of jobs and where I fell. I felt he was being very transparent in communicating his delay. After the next date passed I again contacted him. He assured me he wanted the work and sent an engineer to draw the plans. That was the last I heard from Ray or the engineer. I was rather disappointed as he came highly recommended by my Realtor, and I was very pleased with the fence installation.

Ray Jackson Services Ray Jackson Services, did a very good job. He is excellent, unbelievable ! This is a old house, built in 1934. The porch was falling in, because the wood had not been treated, it had a lot of rain damage. He tore it all out, and rebuilt it out of treated wood. The porch runs all along the front of the house, and it just looks and quot;Fantasticand quot; !! I had someone else that wanted to do the job for more money than Ray Jackson cost but, I am sure that person would not have done near the job that Ray Jackson did. I think he specializes in this, and better than the average person the does this work. I am going to have Ray Jackson, come back to do another job on the back of the house, and from the deck to the ground on the front. He did the greatest, just outstanding, the porch is just beautiful !
