Later that day he wrote up the specs for the job and asked for a price quote from his preferred door provider. Total time to complete the project from the first day I called Ryon to the time that the doors were installed was about 2 weeks including the doors being custom built to my specification. Just amazing. The actual installation of the door and window had to be delayed due to bad weather but Ryon was very cooperative in rescheduling the work. His installers were very polite and they did great work. Overall the experience was outstanding.

Ryon came out, gave me a bid and suggested and explained things as they did the work, I bought some stock items and special ordered the others. Ryon installed the doors in stock and came back later to install the others. He picked up everything need delivered to my home. A very good job and would use them again. No extra charge for the split job.

Ryon returned all phone calls and emails promptly, gave me a detailed supplies list, gave me updates on the installers' arrival date and time (had to adjust for rain!). They installed my doors quickly but carefully. They cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the work they did for me.

Called Ryon in the morning to get an estimate and he was able to do the job the same day. He came by 2 hours later and installed the prehung door. He did a great job, cleaned up the area afterward. Overall good service, I would definitely call Ryon again the next time I need a door installed

The first time Ryon came out to do the back door install he informed me the replacement door was the wrong size. He took plenty of time to explain what size door I would need and we discussed a multitude of options for a back door, outswing vs inswing, fiberglass vs steel, etc. It took me another 7 months until I finally decided to a 2nd attempt to replace the door, and he had a very good recall of my situation. I provided the requested photos of the doorway to be replaced, bought the right size of door with frame, and we scheduled the appointment for 8:30 am the next week. He was able to salvage the trim for reinstall, replace the frame and old door, adjust the shoddy framing for the front door to close the problematic gap. He also hauled away the old door, as I was glad he believed in the reduce/recycle/reuse of perfectly good materials. It would not be a contribute to a landfill but be used elsewhere. There was little mess while working, and they cleaned after themselves. It took less than 2.5 hours, good for me as I was able to go to work right after. I am very satisfied with the high quality of work and professionalism. Ryon is a friendly person who knows doors, and I was always comfortable talking to him and asking a lot of questions. And he was very patient answering the questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time or that I was a total ignoramous.

Excellent service and communication skills. Ryon is a rare find. He helped with every facet of the project, from finding and selecting a pet door to finding a supplier for the door who would preinstall the pet door. Additionally, I had been out ill and was trying to get the door installed before I returned to work and Ryon made sure that happened by installing it over the weekend! If there was an A+ category....I would give it to Ryon and the Door Guys.

Ryon gave me great advise when I originally called him regarding removing my back door and installing the new one. I already had the door/frame on order. He let me know the company only did installations, and I also needed to get the door trim at Lowe's, and told me the specific size and kind. Max, the installer, arrived right on time. He did a great job removing the old door, installing the new one and installing the new door knobs and deadbolts. He also cleaned up throughout the installation and after the work was done. If I ever need another door installed, I'll definitely call Ryon and The Door Guys again!

The Door Guys were prompt at responding to my estimate request and arrived on time. Unfortunately the door that was to be installed had been damaged in delivery and they where not able to assist me at that time. I would use The Door Guys for my next door installation.

I was extremely pleased with The Door Guys. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I first contacted Ryon by phone to inquire about having our damaged back door replaced. He took the time right then to explain the information he needed to give me an estimate by email. When I provided this information, he promptly provided a competitive bid and a full explanation of the process we would go through to complete my new door purchase and installation. He guided me through the process of purchasing the correct type of pre-hung door so the installation would go smoothly. When I needed further information from him he was available to answer my questions by phone. On the day of installation, our installer arrived promptly and cheerfully. He was very professional and skillful. I was impressed and relieved that he worked with great attention to detail and accuracy throughout the removal of the original door and the installation of the new one. He carefully and neatly removed the old jamb and door making sure not to damage any wallboard around it. He was courteous and graciously answered all of my questions and concerns as the project advanced. When installing the new door he measured and leveled with the care and precision that I would use and like used in my home but that is so often missing. What a pleasure to see such care and professionalism!! As he worked he shared helpful hints and tips for caring for the door, the threshold, and the weatherstripping. My husband and I were very impressed with The Door Guys' quality of work at a very reasonable price. This was an excellent experience. Ryon was very helpful and informative prior to the installation. Max, our installer, was prompt, polite, friendly, and receptive to our needs and concerns. Most importantly, he did a very thorough and careful installation. Everything is level, true and well fitted. He took the time and care that I would take if I knew how to install a door. I could not be happier with the whole experience. We will recommend them to our friends and use them again in the future.

Moved to a new house and needed to replace the back door in order to have a dog door. Ryon explained he only does installation, but works with Tri-Supply to order the door. Made it clear that I needed door installed once I moved in and before returning to work (no later than Sept 7). Ryon felt like I messed up on the door measurements (which I had) so there was some delay on my part in getting in the correct measurements, but definitely provided in plenty of time to hear back from Tri-Supply before the Labor Day weekend. Didn't hear back from Tri-Supply until after the long weekend, which delayed things. Finally got the door purchased (directly from Tri-Supply), but didn't appear at though it would be ready by my Sept 7 deadline, so I took a day off from work to be home Monday, Sept 9. Received a call from Tri-State late on THE DAY the door was to be installed to inform me that they didn't have something in stock and the door wouldn't be ready. Was VERY, VERY upset with Tri-State. They finally agreed to give me a $100 credit and ultimately delivered the door. During all of this, Ryon was apologetic, although was out of his control. Once the door was finally available, Ryon worked to schedule a time with me shortly thereafter. Ryon was timely, did a great installation, and cleaned up.

Ryon provided two fabricators for the doors and i visited the fabrication shop. I paid for the doors directly. The doors were delivered to our house in three or four days by the fabricator. I called Ryon after the doors were delivered and we selected a date the next week to install the doors. He arrived on time and completed the job in a couple of hours and we are very pleased with the doors and the installation. I was present during the installation and watched the whole job. In my opinion and experience Ryon did an excellent job. I recommend Ryon, The Door Guy, unreservedly.

Ryon and the Door Guys were great from the start. I was able to contact Ryon via email with a picture of our current doors and a desciption of what we were looking for. He replied shortly after with photo examples of some options to choose from. We were able to pick one that worked for us, and his team was out to measure shortly afterwards. The doors were ready to be delivered two weeks later. Our daughter was born a week early so the install had to be postponed - Ryon was great about it and was even kind enough to schedule install on a holiday (Labor Day) when we knew we would be home. Install took a couple of hours and looked great. After we painted the trim, it was complete. I'd recommend The Door Guys to anyone!

Ryon came out and measure for some doors to isolate game room noise from the downstairs 'open concept' home. Working together we came up with a solution and I am incredibly pleased with the outcome. He precisely measured the opening and put me in touch with a custom door maker that made doors to fit the odd openings. His crew removed the trim and placed the new doors in the openings and did a great job. I'm a very particular person and am very impressed. Highly recommend these guys. update: we had some settling where the doors wouldn't close, Ryon came out, cheerful as ever and made adjustments such that they work perfectly again.

Ryon was extremely responsive from the first contact through the entire process. He provided guidance on how and where our special order door would be available. He provided suggestions by phone on how to secured the old, damaged door so it would be secured until the new door was available. He was interested in providing us with the best service and gave us ideas on how to save money and increase security. The guy from his team who came to do the install was great. He also provided some additional tips on how to increase security for our exterior doors generally and how we could go about doing this ourselves. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ryon and his team. They provide excellent service, professionalism, quality, and a competitive price.

It went great! Ryon was courtesious and professional. His communication prior to the installation was great. He was responsive and very patient in answering all my questions (I am not very handy.) He arrived on time and completed the job perfectly. He took the time to even install the lock and door knob that I got keyed for the door. He also replace the trim around the door. I could not be happier with the work he did. I plan to use him again when I replace the front door! Excellent work!!!

The project went perfectly. Ryon arrived on time, went through the details of the project with me, and asked me if I had any questions.
