Gage Johnson was our Project Manager, and he did an excellent job of bringing us the design, walking us through the process and stayed engaged throughout with communications and onsite during key activities. The crews were incredible in their skills, and ensuring everything was taken care of. The owner of the company came out on several visits to check on how things were progressing and provided drone photos from above. A cool feature to see from above how things look and the transformation that took place. Not sure you see many owners actively engaged but the attention and time taken was greatly appreciated. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

Tech came out said parts were needed as there was leak around pump. He tighten everything while waiting for parts approval and order. Pump ran best it has in a very long while. Customer service explained what was happening. Parts were approved, ordered and tech came out to replace. (work order 2027210)"
