Five Brothers Lawn Care and Chimney Sweep

Called mike and he came out and clean our chimney,he was on time and was very professional. I would use them again for this service.

I emailed 5 Brothers hoping they would return my inquiry for service. I have not received any response from them yet. I'm still interested in them providing a quote for service.

They did not impress me. I never received a phone call, they just showed up at my door.

Very professional and polite. Gave us information on lawn care and future tree work.

I contacted 5 Brothers Lawn Care to do the yard on our rental home before the new tenants moved in. They were prompt with their service and take credit cards on their website which was convenient for us. They did such a good job that our tenants have now continued to use them since moving into the home.

The company politely informed me that they do not service the Temple area, so if you live in that area do not call this company

I actually texted and got an immediate response. They scheduled me for the next day. I came home and the yard was already done to my expectations. Was charged $40. It was easy to pay on their website. Will use again.

Obviously I can't rate the work done because in this case there was no work performed. I think that he could have been more professional and could have at least let me know he was not coming. I would have understood because we all have things that come up and all I was asking for was a heads up. Then when he didn't bother answering my email about rescheduling I decided that if I wasn't worth their time then they didn't need my business.

Called last year, got an estimate then had them to cut grass. they did an excellent job and have been doing this for my home since then. I found a coupon in the paper for chimney sweep. since I had already experience excellent services from this company I used the coupon for the chimney cleaning services. As expected they did an excellent job to include making sure not a drop of ash was in the house - they used protection for the floor area and made sure everything was cleaned up. While talking with one of them I discovered that they also cleaned dryer vents so had that done also. Excellent work.

They are fast and very knowledgeable.

This company was supposed to send me an estimate, but somehow I never got it. I received a call from them while tjey were in the neighborhood and they offered to cut it right away. They then texted a picture of the completed work. I am very satisfied. I scheduled routine service with them.

I have been using Five Brothers Lawn Care since Summer of 2012. When Mr. Mike came to our yard it was brown, grass patches and weeds taking over. Mr. Mike, was honest and up front with us explaining that it would take several treatments to get the grass to grow, the weeds under control and for nourishment to make it green. He treated our yard within the first week. Second week he came to check on it's progress. Third week checked progress laid down grass seeds and made suggestions about watering 2-3 times a week. I explained I did not want a underground sprinkler system due to cost and budget he suggested a on top system that works great for us, it is set to a timer and I can maintain the settings overall the estimated cost for all the treatments and sprinkler building and setting $1,250. Last year my family was actually able to enjoy a picnic in the front yard and my husband was amazed. This year the weeds have started again he did not hesitate to come and treat them they are dead and the yard knows Mr. Mike is back. Whenever I have a concern he is there always. I would recommend Five Brothers Lawn Care to anyone.

I called this business 2 times, I left a detailed message, my name and phone number. They have not returned by call. I called on a Thursday the first time, left a message. Waited until Monday, called back again, left message. Now it is Thursday again. Still have not heard from anyone. If they are over booked, then a courtesy call to let me know that would be appreciated. Then I could move on to someone else.

I called Mike around 8:00 in the morning. He was going to be in my area around noon so we agreed for him to come by. He asked me about the size of my yard and gave me a quote for what I was describing. He also talked with me about how to go about killing the weeds and getting my grass to grow. I agreed to add this to the mowing job. His rates are very reasonable. Apparently he was running a little late so he texted me to let me know and that he was on his way. I appreciated this and he did my yard without me being home, He was doing such a great job that two of my neighbors asked him to do their lawns also. Even though they weren't on his schedule he did their lawns also. We live in a cul-de-sac so our yards are no small feat. When I got home my yard looked great! I got an email telling me what he had done and that he would be back next week for my next yard treatment just as we agreed. After opening up an account on his website, I was able to pay online. I will be using this company again. It is hard to find a reliable person to do your yard who will listen to you, give you advice and follow thourgh on everything agreed upon. This company is reputable and does a great job.

In the winter they drive by and make sure that nothing is needed. They are very informative and they have been very helpful. I cannot say enough good thing's about 5 brothers lawn care. They will explain different things for my lawn and give me ideas how to improve it as well.

The service is great!!! The only complaint I have is that they don't put my sprinkler stakes back when the lawn work is complete. But that's a minor detail

In the weeks since, they have had to come out twice to reapply the stump killer to the tree. That tree has grown better since they took it out (unfortunately). But Mike and his crew will keep at it until the stump stop putting out suckers.

The guy even took pics and sent it via text to let me know that they were finish and that there wasnt any problems. Also left invoice at door, once I paid online through his website I later recieve a receipt of my payment. Great service!

Wonderful service from this home-town company. They immediately responded to my email asking for a quote (within 24 hours) and were flexible in scheduling an appointment for a quote and service. After arriving, the entire team was friendly and worked professionally. The team leader took time to answer all my questions and provided a quality plan for getting rid of and controlling future weed growth. Knowledgeable, polite, and quality service. I will definitely use their service again, and recommend to others.

The three men came fully prepared for the job ahead of them, and this yard is in very sorry condition. My son's wish, while he is overseas, is that the lawn get back in line with the neighbors. Mike knew what needed doing and explained to me, using very funny metaphors, what the problem with the lawn was, how he would deal with it in a step by step methodology. I knew that just mowing the lawn (and I use that word loosely as it is 98% weeds) wouldn't give my son that "golf course green" look my son wanted. After mowing, edging, trimming some of the worst bushes and cutting down a tree, the property is beginning to look civilized! I look forward to the seeding which will begin in the near future. This procedure was also explained to me in understandable terminology. I was treated with respect even though my ignorance was clearly evident. The men knew what to do, how to do it and got it done. I am pleased and am sure that when my son comes home he will be thrilled as well.
