Provider arrived on appointment date and time promptly as scheduled. Power cleaned ares I wanted and also other areas around the eaves he felt necessary at no additional cost. Very friendly and courteous empployees and did an ouytstanding job. Only took about an hour or so and brick and concrete noe looks as clean as new. Extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

I really liked the way these guys work and the results. The owner, Paul, and his helper gave me the bid mid week and were able to schedule the work for Saturday so I got lucky. My garage floor was really in poor shape. A previous owner of this house must have tried to clean the garage floor with some kind of acid but never properly stopped the chemical reaction so it had eaten through some of the concrete and some previously applied acrylic sealant. Paul had his work cut out for him because the acrylic coating started coming off in small strips. This was not a simple job. I asked him to clean the garage to prep it for an epoxy application. Also he power washed my patio which was part flagstone and part concrete with little aggregate stones in it - looks so much better and different! I didn't have high hopes for the patio looking better but it really is night and day different from before. It took these two guys probably 5 hours to do all this work and they were meticulous. Must note that Paul had to solve an equipment issue in the morning and called to say he would be a little bit later. Then he let me know when he was on his way. I appreciated that and i think he is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. I don't say this lightly because I have had many contractors in this old house and he's one of the best. I have learned that it is pretty rare for the person who bids the job to show up when the work is done, and it is a really good sign. Also he seems knowledgeable and will explain what he is doing and why. Good work! Don't doubt, just book him!

He wouldn't wash my windows without washing down the brick on the house. He said so much dirt would come down from the brick. I have never heard anything like that before and I've had people clean my windows, inside and out, and never mentioned anything about that. I feel like he was giving me a sales pitch. No work was actually performed.

Paul, the owner, and his helper arrived at the agreed time and worked diligently all day to pressure wash our house, driveway, patio, and some retaining walls.They performed the work extremely efficiently, and were careful not to damage the siding, nearby plants, or flagstone walkways. At times I didn't think Paul could finish the work in one day, but in fact he worked a total of 10-11 hours and did finish, as promised. Paul wasvery anxious to demonstrate he could do an excellent job, and he did. I will certainly call Precision Power Washing next time I need pressure washing done.

Mr. Cook and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning the outside of our building. We're right on the Airport Freeway in the middle of the North Tarrant Express construction, so the building had gotten extremely nasty with the construction dust and road grime. In addition, we had quite a bit of mineral buildup on the brick and windows from poorly-aimed sprinkler heads. Mr. Cook went the extra mile and carefully used multiple treatments until the stains faded away, all within the original estimate, even though I'm sure it took many more labor hours than anticipated.

Went very well. They were thorough and careful to avoid making a mess. They had all the right equipment.

They were very helpful about what would be done and any of our concerns such as the newly painted walls in garage and other items. The work was done quickly and neatly and we could not be happier. The place looks like new.

From the initial call everything went great. Paul came out and did an estimate. The estimate was higher than a couple of other bids that I got. However, I could tell Paul and his company were going to do a great job for me. And they did!!! He explained everything to me and kept me informed about all the services they were doing for me. My fence, driveway and garage look so much better. To make everything perfect, they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company, and look forward to getting their name out to others.
