These guys came out when they said they would and did an excellent job cleaning the mildew of my back walk, all the grime off the porch and the driveway looks brand new. My neighbor came out to ask how much to wash her mailbox and he did that and their front walk for free. This is the company I would recommend anytime.

Barry was efficient, and affordable. I would hire him again, and recommend his work. Very friendly, personable, and gets the job done right.

Great. He had to come back a second day because it took longer than expected. But he came back and finished it up, plus power washed our storage unit that was covered in rust.

Paul came out the same day I called and reviewed our situation, did measurements and gave quoted us a price. He came back a few days later when he had an opening and worked that day plus well into a second day. Our home and surrounding patios and an outbuilding are transformed!

WOW ! Now I know why they call themselves Precision Power Washing ! If you are worried about having your home Power Washed, by these guys, have no fear they use their tools like surgeons. What I mean by this is, if your worried about glass window breakage or delicate trim on your home, don?t. These guys are professionals. And, what a before and after difference. They power washed all the brick around our home and removed black algae stains in places no gutters were installed. The brick on our home now looks like new ! So, if your planning on painting the outside of your home, call these guys first. Mr. Paul Cook, the owner will evaluate your home and tell you step by step on what he is going to do for you. He is very knowledgeable about his business and very courteous, easy guy to work with. We will be calling him back to our home again ! Thanks Paul !

The two technicians, Frances and Brady, did an outstanding job of removing difficult iron stains from the driveway and black fungi discoloration from the patio wall.

Precision did a great job! We originally thought we just needed someone to clean the mold and dirt on the stone on our back patio area. On second inspection, we decided to have them clean the house exterior and driveway. I can't believe the difference! Our house looked amazing when they were done. Paul, the owner, is very knowledgeable and did so much more than just clean, he also treated it to prevent further build up.They were punctual and worked their butts off all day in the summer heat without complaint. I would highly recommend them.

Paul and his crew are exceptional. He is punctual as possible (we had rain, etc), very reasonable compared to competition, respectful, knowledgeable, and has realllllllllllllllly good equipment to do a professional job. We will use him for sure the next time our HOA needs this type of surface cleaning done. KUDOS TO PRECISION POWER WASH TEAM!!!!

Paul was very responsive and was able to come out the day after I called to set an appointment. He did a thorough job cleaning our very grimy pool surround and walkway. Looks brand new! Took less than 2 hours. We would hire again.

Outstanding job! Paul and his team texted me that they were on the way, got there earlier than even planned and immediately went to work. We had just completed a huge home remodel project and the pebble surface driveways were a mess, from all of the sheetrock dust, paint imbedded, rust, and just about anything else you can imagine. I had to leave and when I got back the next day, i could not believe how good it looked, brand new! The price was exactly what he quoted with no surprises. I will definitely recommend Paul to my own customers in the future. Great work!

The entire project from start to finish was nothing short of perfection. The provider was extremely knowledgeable and professional about what needed to be done. Long story short is that I had a latex vinyl concrete on top of my previous concrete areas. This additional layer was added to give the old concrete a new look. Unfortunately it started to deteriorate in some areas, especially after driving on it. The provider (Paul) showed up on time for the pre appointment. He gave me a high and a low cost and what each cost entailed as well as a time frame. He followed through and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend him and would use him in the future.

I was very impressed with how well the house looked after they were done. They got rid of all the black marks and animal nests and it looked like we had a fresh coat of paint. Definitely well worth it!

I contacted the service provider twice by email to schedule my service. I did not hear anything from them. I then left several voice mail messages and still no response. I contacted Angie's to attempt to get a resolution. They contacted the provider by mail and phone and still no response. I have requested a refund from Angie's list because this provider has made no attempts to satisfy the services that I paid for in advance on a Big Deal offer.

Well he has a great voicemail but is not professional enough to follow up. I'm sorry I missed him. I still need the work done.

You took my money ASAP and I never received ANYTHING in return. Apparently, $200 is not even worth a return phone call. I expect Angie's list to deal with this ASAP. If this is not resolved soon, I will definitely be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

When I initially contacted this company I had to leave a message. After not hearing back from them I decided to call again. After a few attempts, I finally spoke with the owner, Paul. An appointment was set up for 3 pm the next day for him to give me an estimate on power washing my house. The following day, I left work early and was at my house by 3pm. Long story short, Paul never showed up or called to explain why he never showed. The following day I called Paul back and asked what happen. He kept saying he got busy. So obviously Paul is too busy with current jobs to gain any new customers. In addition, he double booked his 3pm slot, so he seems to be unorganized too. I wish I had not wasted a week trying to schedule an appointment with this company.

Paul was excellent to work with, was very responsive, polite, professional, cares about doing a good job and was ON TIME!! Our initial date had to be rescheduled due to ice storm and he was out the next possible day. I highly recommend Paul!

It went very well. We are very pleased. I had never had this done in the 20 years I have lived in this house so the was pretty dirty. They were very thorough. The two gentlemen were very polite and professional. Very well spoken. I was very impressed with them. They went above and beyond. I would definitely do business with them again. I was unhappy with my soot covered windows which was not included. They were so nice they went ahead and did them anyway. I was amazed.
