They said via email they would contact me to schedule the service after Thanksgiving..I have not heard from them..I left message on their voicemail to call me last Sat 1/25/2014 and also sent message via Angies List..no reply.. I have seen on your site where people have had service from them as late as last week..so I assume they are still in business..but do not desire to do business with this company.

This company was focused on providing excellent customer service, and it showed. The job went very well and the results was simply terrific.

Paul was extremely professional and fit us into his schedule quickly as we were putting our house on the market. He did a great job and definitely went above and beyond for us.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and removed all the dirt and stains without damaging the rock walls or flagstone deck. I recommend them without reservation!

Service included power washing of house, driveway, patio. They were very responsive, efficient, and cordial. | |Before ordering the deal, I'd suggest you calculate the square footage you want cleaned (house, driveway, patio, porch, garage floor, etc.) ahead of time and multiply by their cost/sqft (in addition to the square footage included in the deal) to avoid "sticker shock". The square footage adds up quickly.

We had power washing and treatment of our cedar-sided house and mansard-type roofing (a Big Deal purchase) done, and a month later had our cedar fence power washed...there was a noticeable difference all around. Paul and his helper went above and beyond each time. They spray washed the concrete next to the house which looked very nice (which they just did without being asked with no extra charge). We needed access to the fence on the neighbors-on-backside which had dogs, and Paul tried to contact the neighbor more than once as did I, to no avail. Paul adjusted the price for that. He also power washed another neighbor's fence which adjoined ours (after getting neighbor's approval) at no extra charge. Paul also gave me guidelines on how much time I had to retreat/stain everything before the cedar would start to discolor again. Additionally, he gave me some advise on how to remove a stain spot on the concrete from a previous stain spill.

They did a good job. They had a high attention to detail and provided a great product. I was happy with their service.

He responded to my purchase within the right time span. He came over first to meet me and take a look at the area. Told me exactly what I could expect and what to prepare for. Arrived as scheduled and did a very nice job. Very personable. I will call him again.

He was supposed to look at the project. He never showed up for the appointment. I am no longer interested in him doing the work.

Paul made an appointment and came by before the job to see what needed to be done and then scheduled the date for the work. All went well. I found Paul to be a very personable and knowledgeable young entrerpreneur.

They told me that their process could get out the stains using several applications of a cleaner and power washing. It did not work as well as he thought it would at getting up the stains (although the rest of the job went well). He said he would do some research and get back with me; I wasn't sure I would hear from him again. A week later he called and said that after doing research he had found a product that would get up the stains. The owner came out and applied it himself and it worked great! I really appreciated his staying with the job until the result was the way we both wanted. I would recommend Precision Power Washing to friends and family.

Paul is such a sweet, positive guy. A+++ customer service. He contacted me right away and was out to my house the very next day. His prices are way less than what I had expected. He is a perfectionist in that he pressure washed areas beyond what I had paid for. My patio, driveway and brick looks beautiful!! Thank you Paul. Will certainly have you back out again sometime. Highly recommend!! Wish I had taken before pics so y'all could see the drastic difference!

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal with Precision Power Washing in August 2013. I scheduled a meeting with Paul Cook (owner) in September to get the estimate on the job. Paul was very punctual when he arrived to provide an estimate for power washing the patio and surrounding siding. Estimate was very good and he explained all the steps and processes used to remove the large rust stain created by the drip from the overflow pipe from the air conditioner. He returned on 10-1-2013 to complete the job. He power washed the patio and the surrounding siding and the window screens removing bird droppings and black spots. He removed the 2 bird nests on the siding. He completely removed the large rust stain that started under the overflow pipe and drained down to the end of the patio. The 15 year old patio looks amazing...almost like new. Paul was a consummate professional and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him for any power washing jobs. I will be using him when I get ready to clean my garage floor.

Two guys worked diligently and efficiently, from sweeping the area clean before the wash process, to pushing all the water out afterward. They were well organized in their process and went back over some areas to achieve the best results possible. I had an older car that leaked oil for years and wanted to start with a clean slate. All the oil came up. Some rust spots remained. I asked about other options and there was another process and chemical that could be used on these spots. They did not feel it was that noticeable and I agreed but would do it if I found it necessary. I decided against it as I was very happy with the results.

I planned to re-coat the floor in my garage, and I wanted to resurface the patio. They came out and cleaned, washed and prepped the area so that I could transform it. Great service and Great price. They are awesome!!!!

It was wonderful. Paul provided great customer service by explaining everything he was going to do and what the outcome would be. I had forgotten what my patio looked like before he power washed it. Very pleased with his services and would recommend him to all of my friends.

Paul did great work stripping our fence to prepare it to be stained. You will not beat his price or quality. He would do himself well to communicate more frequently with customers about his schedule however. But I would use him again for sure.

Paul contacted us immediately after our purchase of his Angie's List deal. He came to our home and looked at what needed to be done, and we set up an appointment. He arrived right on time and he did an excellent job. Our patio concrete was very dirty and had all kinds of stains on it. After he finished, it looked clean and white again. I don't know why we had not done it before. The difference is remarkable. He is very nice, and easy to work with. Will use him again.

The job went very well. The house looks great. We plan to put the house on the market within a couple of weeks so the washing really adds value and curb appeal.
