Description of Work: He contacted us promptly and set a day and time to be here. He called the morning of the appointment to say he was on his way. He arrived on time and got to work power washing the house including the gutters and under the eaves. The house is a combination brick and Austin stone with white trim. He was able to make the stone look better and get most of the "dirt dobber" stain off of the white trim. We paid an extra $279 to have him power wash the patio and sidewalk. He moved everything off of the patio. He was able to remove some rust stains and hard water deposits from the textured patio and walk. The only thing we found lacking was that, in a rush to leave, he failed to put 2 item back on the patio and one of those was an iron shelf.

Description of Work: I called precision and two other companies to give me an estimate for pressure washing my fence, driveway, deck, and the brick on the bottom of my house. From our first meeting I was confident that this company would do the work to my satisfaction. Paul was very knoligable and professional. He walked me through the process step by step. In the end he did everything he said he was going to do and kleaned everything up when he was done. I will be using there services again.
