Excellent. My new roof was installed on time, at the quoted price, and my home and landscaping look great.

Wow CLC Roofing was able to turn a stressfull situation into a smooth and easy home repair. These guys were extremely professional and courteous to us throughout the process. Finally a company that "underpromises" and "overdelivers"! They worked directly with Allstate (which was awesome) and were able to get supplemental damage covered. In my mind I expected the process to take months but took only a few weeks from start to finish. My wife and I feel like our home built in 2001 is brand new again. Since we had such a pleasant experience I've recommended CLC Roofing to several friends and neighbors.

This was our first time that we had to ask for service after being in a bad storm. We were kinda scarred to because of the unknown. So when we heard about CLC Roofing we decided to give them a try. Sure enough when we called we immediately got a call to setup an appointment. We were provided an excellent person. Joe Hernandez was very patient and was very good at explaining our options and what needed to be fixed. He fought with the insurance company to make sure that we did not get ripped off. Joe was very helpful and did not let the insurance estimator to take advantage of us. He was there when the roof was being done and was there after all the work was done. Joe made sure that our family was happy with the work that was done. This was the perfect work and help that we wish everyone would provide. It makes one feel comfortable and relaxed knowing that there is someone out there to help and not try to rip you off.

When I contacted CLC Roofing to get a quote on a new roof my call was returned promptly. Randy Jenkins was very patient and took time to answer all of my questions. They were able to schedule the roof replacement at a time that was convenient for me. The crew members who were working on the house arrived on time an were very professional. Leo supervised the job. He made sure that everything was ready to go in the morning and stopped by several times during the day to check on progress. Randy stopped by as well during the day to see if I had any additional questions. They did a great job getting the yard cleaned up.I am very satisfied with the job CLC did and would recommend them to my friends.

After golf-ball size hail damaged our roof in April, we contacted about a dozen roofing companies for repair estimates. I know, I know, a dozen seems like a lot, but, you can?t be too careful ? right? We chose CLC Roofing because they were by far the most knowledgeable and professional during the bidding process. They are a local company, not one that just got into the roofing business after the hailstorm hit. And, our research paid off ? BIG TIME! Randy & Brandon of CLC used their expertise to advocate for us with the insurance company. They were able to point out deficiencies in the adjuster?s original estimate and maximize the reimbursement amount for repair. They scheduled our work as soon as possible, showed up when they said they would, quickly completed work in the time frame given and when all was said and done you?d never even know work crews had been at the house. CLC did fantastic work -- our new roof, gutters and skylight look great. We recommend CLC to neighbors and friends (especially the picky ones) because we know they?ll be as impressed with them as we were. How often can you say that these days?

The insurance company reviewed the submitted photos and written review of my roof and agreed that the best course of actions was to replace the entire roof. This would not have happened without Chad's input. It was installed on time and the next day there was no trace of the repair. The work area wasjust as clean as when they started. Chad gets my highest recommendation.

This was our second time to use CLC. Scott Benzman was excellent to work with. He went over and above to make sure that our attic ventilation efficiency was maximized. His team was professional and very tidy. We had a complete unrelated water leak in our attic that he found when a plumber could not. We are completely satisfied with the work and we will certainly use CLC roofing again if the need arises.

CLC did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They provided a complete inspection of roof damages caused by storm, estimated the replacement costs, consulted us on the specifics of the job, and then completed the roof replacement. The owner, Chad, was personally involved and his staff/project management team were exceptional. The office staff was also very courteous and professional throughout the process. I would definitely use them again if I incur roof damage in the future.

CLC roofing showed up on time, worked steadily all day and finished earlier than expected. They found some rotting wood under the old roof, so they replaced it for just $60.00 more than the estimate. I was very appreciative of them taking care of my roof. The workers were polite and cleaned up the mess that they made. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again if I ever need a roof!!They also sent a 2 year guarantee for workmanship....very impressive!

I have been through several roofers in the last 7 years with all the storm activity and was prepared to have to supervise every move to make sure work was done correctly and completely finished off. I was considering going with a smaller, less expensive company, but was leery because of the lack of references, and some of the issues I had experienced in the past. Then I noticed my next door neighbors roof going up and looking spectacular. little details I hadn't seen anyone get before like stronger gutters, and customized chimney caps really made the job look good. Most importantly I noticed the company's supervisors were there constantly checking out the work and how well everything was cleaned up. I got a bid and although it wasn't the lowest price, it was fair and I wanted my roof to look as great as my neighbors so i went with CLC. Throughout the job the foreman and company reps were there making sure all was well. The job looks terrific and the paint and gutter work looks the best it has since I have been here. Very happy with CLC, what makes them different in my opinion is they supervised their crews carefully and if a detail wasn't quite right they had them redo it. I could trust completely that all the work was being checked over. The supervisor, Leo, was one of the most helpful and trustworthy I have ever met in my 25 years as a homeowner. He went the extra mile on every single thing I wanted him to do.

We had an exceptional experience with CLC Roofing. They were referred to me by a couple of people that I work with who had both used CLC for roof replacements. The sales rep Randy Jenkins was amazing. He was so helpful! He immediately answered any questions we had, and went over the insurance report with us to make sure we understood everything clearly. He made sure to keep our out of pocket expenses minimal on the upgrades we chose to get, and all of the workers he sent for repairs were very professional and did an excellent job. We feel very blessed and fortunate that we chose CLC Roofing because they did an outstanding job on everything.

We love CLC, especially the team of Brandon and Randy! We have worked with them for two roof replacements due to two hail storms. We referred them to all of our friends who had hail damage in the last storm, and they are now also big fans. Very responsive, they give you all the time you need to ask questions and figure everything out, they work with your insurance company to make the most of your payments, etc. Because they are general contractors too, they have a really great set of subcontractors for things like painting and AC repairs.

CLC has been very easy to work with. From the president, the inspector, the office staff - everyone has been courteous, and professional.They kept me up to date through out the process, explaining the steps.The crew replacing the roof was polite and the cleanup was better than I expected.Great service

Chad Cross was amazing. His crews were timely and clean. They completed the work quickly and were very thorough with the details even down to getting the nails and small trash picked up in my yard. They were professional at all times. It's not every day that the owner of the company personally gets involved in the day to day service with such a large company. Chad did just that. I am grateful for CLC, the work performed and the products used. In todays culture of construction one usually has to ask to be customer served! Not the case with Chad and CLC roofing. They even blew in some insulation for me and reduced my electric bills by HALF! Thanks for the suggestion Chad! DYNOMITE!!! Thanks Guys.

The owner, Chad Cross, personally walked my roof with the claims adjuster and maximized the amount of claim paid by my insurance. They responded quickly and scheduled my work which was completed in two days. They sent a gutter repairman out to repair damage and even reworked some of my gutters to provided better drainage. They handled inside work from water that leaked into interior ceilings including repairing damage and repainting. All work was completed on time and at the agreed upon price......no surprises or upcharges!!! His crews were fast and clean-up was complete with minimal residual pickup (nails scraps etc). CLC used high quality materials, replacing my roof with hail resistant shingles which have already survived another storm. They replaced my attic fans with solar powered fans saving me utility costs and creating a tax credit. This company did what they said they would do without conflict or intervention from me. Chad and his superintendent kept me informed of the schedule and let me know exactly what would happen and when and what to expect while his crew was at my home. Very satisfied with his work and have recommended him to many friends and neighbors

The overall process was a long one but I had anticipated this due to me wanting tiles that were not able to be located in Texas. My salesman RandyJenkins was patient and eventually found tiles that I liked. We had to have decking added to our house because the codes have changed since our original roof was installed. This was all done in a timely manner and the workers were very competent, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend using CLC for your roofing needs

Having had a bad experience with a roofer some 15 years ago who left my property covered in debris and nails, I was quite apprehensive about have my roof replaced. Randy, Brandon and Leo addressed all my concerns upfront and put me at ease. They were professional, accessible, courteous and completely reliable. They always did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The most recent hail storm was baseball sized and did significant damage including breaking out windows and skylights. CLC was at my house tarping damage and protecting my property at 11 PM the night of the storm - now that's SERVICE. They worked directly with my insurance carrier, were onsite with the adjuster and worked on my behalf to maximize my reimbursement. They performed the work on schedule, constantly monitored the job for quality and did an extraordinary job of cleaning up all debris. They left my property in better shape then when they began and even returned several times to comb the yard for any stray nails and shingle debris that may have been missed. All and all they were a pleasure to deal with, were competitively priced, made the process painless and performed quality work far beyond my expectations - and believe me I'm very picky. Our experience with CLC Roofing was excellent. The need for roof replacement was due to damage from a major hail storm that hit the area. CLC had people available to take our call and had a representative at the house the next day. CLC's representative, Paul Baker, was a compassionate, knowledgable professional who helped make a distressing situation much more tolerable. His experience in the roofing business was instrumental in working with us, the adjustor and the insurance company to get the roof replaced and damage repaired in a timely, orderly fashion. It was clear from the beginning that CLC sent crews who knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done well and done efficiently. The workers were polite and professional. Finally, when the crews were gone there was hardly a nail or scrap of debris to be found. If we find ourselves needing to replace a roof again, we are definitely calling CLC.

Worked with Paul Baker as salesmen. Easy to work with and very experienced with getting us through dealing with insurance adjusters, mortgage holder, and finally the actual work. Overall CLC worked well to get us the most for our insurance money and helped us select hail resistent shingles that reduced our insurance premium several hundred dollars. Overall, the quality of roofing work was excellent and they were honest and above board during the whole process. Everything Paul said they would do, they did. The only downside is that it took longer than expected to finish up all the non roof related repairs, which CLC also took on for us.

Within a day of requesting a quote I had an appointment with a sales advisor. Randy and Brandon arrived and as Randy began explaining the process, Brandon did a walk-through of the roof to assess the damage. Later, a comparison of his findings to the insurance adjuster's report revealed that the adjuster had overlooked some damage and therefore the cost hadn't been included in the insurance report. Randy assured me that CLC would bring that to the notice of the insurance company and make sure that insurance covered it. Brandon and Randy explained that CLC's foreman, Leo, would oversee the roof replacement as well as arrange contractors to replace damaged window screens, gutter guards and skylights. It was such a relief to not have to take the time to call contractors, arrange quotes, compare prices and manage timetables for everyone to complete their jobs. CLC took care of all the hassle! The workers arrived promptly on the scheduled day and made quick work of the roof replacement.They were courteous and didn't leave a trace of debris behind! Leo did a great job managing the job - keeping me informed of the progress as well as what/when to expect replacement of the non-roof items. Randy followed up with me several times throughout the process to assure that everything was progressing as expected and to answer any questions. Once the job was completed CLC submitted the insurance claim and followed up with the insurance agency until the claim was paid. The entire process was amazingly simple and hassle-free. This is a GREAT, GREAT company with EXCELLENT customer service!! I will use them for every roof replacement in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone!

In January, we received the first significant rainfall. After 12 hours of steady rain, I watched as a water stain spread across the bathroom ceiling near the skylight. I called the main office and was told to contact the rep directly. I had to call the rep twice, he sent his roofer out twice, and insisted that he could find and repair the source of the leak from the outside, that I did not need to be home, and he did not need to see the interior damage. When he told me the roofer caulked "a small little hole in the upper right corner of the skylight", I insisted that the rep come over when I could be home, so he could see that the interior damage was in fact two feet below the lower left corner of the skylight. When he saw that, he had the roofer come back to install flashing around the skylight and could not explain why the crew did not replace the flashing they took off when the shingles were installed in August. The contractor he hired to repair the interior damage was excellent. I have had no more leaks in that area of the roof. In April, we received the next significant storm. This time, a water stain in the ceiling below the attic appeared. I looked in the attic and found that water had been leaking from a hole at the base of one of the new 'whirlybird' attic fans! Again I called the rep. He did not return my call. I had to finally call the main office and insist to speak to the owner. He called me back, I explained what happened, then he told me I was on speakerphone. He sent out his "right hand man" to take care of me. That man showed up on time, looked inside the house and the attic, then told me he would send out another roofer to caulk around that whirlybird. The next day, he called me to report that job had been done. I had to ask him to come back and caulk around ALL the other whirlybirds and pipe jacks. Again, he could not explain why that had not been done at the time the shingles were installed. Again, the contractor he used to fix the interior damage did a good job. I learned a lot during this experience, since it was my first time to deal with this kind of repair on a house.

CLC is an awesome company to work with! Due to the crazy weather in North Texas, I have had to replace my roof & gutters 2 times in the last year. CLC has been so helpful and professional. They came out right after the storm hit and secured my roof and skylights to prevent further damage. I have had the pleasure of working with Joe H. both times and can't express how grateful I am with his help. He made sure the job was done correctly and quickly. CLC is on my speed dial and I highly recommend them to anyone having to replace or repair their roof.
