I challenged them openly versus other contractors’ claims and services, and they answered all my concerns easily due to their vast roofing expertise and industry knowledge. During the insurance process Brandon and Pops provided excellent advice and assistance to work through my insurance claim, and at times educated my insurance adjuster on current roofing practices, materials, and pricing to ensure I did not have to compromise on receiving the best roofing system installed for my home. From start to finish a quick and easy process. Any issues we had were minor, and resolved without debate.

We recently had to replace one of our 3 skylights. We decided that we wanted to upgrade to Velux brand for all three which is hail resistant. A neighbor had Velux installed by CLC Roofing at the time of Coppell?s last hail storm. They were pleased with both the installation by CLC Roofing, a local Coppell company, and the quality of Velux. Because our skylights are a ?unique? size, they had to be custom made. As a result they needed a frame around the openings on which to mount the skylights. However, the when the installer indicated that his job was done, we were not happy with the interior unpainted appearance. After a conversation with the owner, Chad Cross, he asked us to get an estimate for the finishing. The additional cost was $325 by the painter we have used over the years, Steve at Dalco Painting. Chad agreed to pay for the additional cost. Once completed we sent a copy of Steve?s bill to Chad which he promptly paid. We would not hesitated to use CLC Roofing again if needed for any roofing needs in the future.

In the 16 years since we built this house, we have had four roofs on it due to severe North Texas hailstorms. We started using CLC on roof number 2 and were completely satisfied then. After roof number 4, we were really impressed with how easy CLC made re-roofing. CLC showed us roofing material samples and guided us toward a good decision on color and quality--we know because we did our research and agreed with what CLC said. They worked with our insurance company to satisfy their documentation requirements. In fact, when the insurance company made a HUGE mistake, CLC was patient and worked through the problem with Allstate--and the problem happened while they were already putting the new roof on the house. CLC took care of the details. But how CLC stood out: We had a looooong dry spell in North Texas so we didn't have any strong combinations of wind and rain. Two years after the most recent re-roof, we discovered a leak. CLC was quick to respond and fix the leak. (Frankly, I expected to have to pay something, but they said it was how they treat their customers.) If you need a new roof, CLC is the way to go.

The process was quick and easy - a 'WOW' experience for me as a customer. Edwin came out at a convenient time and completed repairs on the spot...... I was impressed not only with Edwin and his professionalism, but especially with Brendon taking an interest in my situation, following through and ensuring that I was satisfied as quickly and as reasonably priced as possible.

Our roof was damaged by a hail storm earlier this year. Our insurance company adjuster agreed that it needed full replacement. Our neighbors had recommended CLC as they had recently used them and were really satisfied. We also liked how they had communicated with us during our neighbors construction and kept the area very clean with all errant trash removed from our yard quickly. Chad came by the same day we called him to give us a complete estimate. He also gave us some recommendations on adding the insulation and radiant barrier as part of the project to help with some heating/cooling issues we were having in an upstairs bedroom. He seemed knowledgable in working with insurance claims and told us what to expect during the process. They provided all the documentation requested from our mortgage company to approve the work. Once the project was scheduled, the crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in the time estimated. Everything was taken care of in a few days. The project manager was on site regularly and was great at communicating timing and expectations. We were very pleased with the work performed and the insulation work we added has really helped keep my daughters bedroom more comfortable. One thing I did learn in this process, is that while our insurance company was great and paid the claim right away, our mortgage company was more difficult to work with. They held the insurance funds way longer than they needed to and seemed to keep needing more documents or information to release our funds. Heather, at CLC was very helpful in this regard to make sure we had what we needed and helped us finally get all the funds released to them. We will definitely use them on our next roofing project.

Every part of the transaction was solid - from requesting a quote to the time the crew pulled away from my drive after the job was complete. Everyone was professional, informed, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend calling the folks at CLC Roofing for any of your roofing needs. I received an estimate from another company for $900. in repairs. Mr. Nichols showed me the problem and told me what he thought it was and that it was an easy fix that I could do. His instructions worked! I am deeply appreciative of his honesty, integrity, vast knowledge and his money saving idea.

Chad at CLC helped me wade through the insurance adjuster swamp. After first being denied the claim he worked with the insurance adjuster to initiate another inspection, then met with the adjuster and mitigated the issues. Once the claim was approved, Chad then set in motion the repair activity necessary to complete the work. He ordered the materials and scheduled his me. His crew arrived at my home 30 minutes before the scheduled time, immediately began to work. Worked around my flower gardens and had the crew on the roof. The job foreman was courteous. The workers stayed busy and the roof was finished on time. They in fact took delivery of the materials and completed the work on the same day before 3:00 pm. I have seen other roofers in the area usually take more than a day to complete the work. Chad and his crews are very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend their work or use them again.

'His supervisor Jeff had complete control of the situation and knew what was going on at all times. The ball was never dropped. The crew foreman, Marvin, and his team were incredibly respectful, talented and hard working. They arrived at my home at 7:00am and proceded to protect my air conditioner by covering with a sheet of plywood. They used tarps on my driveway and patio to collect loose shingles, nails and staples. It was evident this crew knew what they were doing, highly proficient. The thing that impressed the most, other than the professional job they did, was their clean-up after the roof was done. I did a walk thru, covering every square inch of my property, and didn't find a nail, staple or even a small piece of paper. All my patio furniture was put back where it belonged. It actually looked like no one had been there all day, that's how clean it was. By the way, they were completely done by 5:30pm. Very, very impressed. If anyone in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is in need of a new roof,these are the go-to guys. I give them the highest recommendation possible. CLC provided me with everything they promised and then some.

Estimate was correct. Worked with Insurance adjuster from Travelers well. Arrived promptly and on time, cleaned up after themselves. All paperwork was submitted to me and to my insurance agent correctly and efficiently. All workers and owner pleasant to work with. Would recommend them highly and use them again. Cost of service is that which was over and above what insurance reimbursed due to upgrades made.

It was a very easy and quick process. We were worried about how difficult it would be to have our roof repaired/replaced after the storm ruined ours. CLC was there, fixing our roof and making it look better than before, within two weeks of the initial damage. They communicated with the insurance company and explained everything clearly that needed to be fixed. We ended up with a roof that looks better than the original one we had even though our house is only five years old, and it was sooooo easy. We are very, very happy with the results!

Joe from CLC roofing handled and supervised all the work from the estimate all the way upto the completion. He was very professional, punctual and thorough. They did a great job and were fair on the price. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Still have not received an estimate for gutter installation and I was told by Joe that he could not continue the measurements for my estimate because he had to go to another clients house which in his words was more important than obtaining my business.

Professionalism and oversight to details of the process and roofing were outstanding.

It was an excellent experience. I paid them around $12,000 to $13,000. They were punctual and honest. I wanted the quality of their work and their price. Their price was fine. I would certainly use them again in the future and I would refer them.

I told her that if they couldn't have someone call me without going through the 20 questions, some of which I thought were immaterial or optional, then I would use someone else. Since they have several recent negative reviews, I figured the way we were starting, ti wasn't going to get any better. Between my house, barn and a rental property, I have total RCV of more than $34,000 already authorized by my insurance company. I suspect there are some a little easier to work with and a little more eager to earn my business.

Mike Pleau was the representative / project manager. He was a delight to work with and extremely professional. The work was completed in three days except for the windows, all workmen were professional and did an amazing job. The work was started and completed a week faster than originally quoted and followup by Mike (not Mice) was fantastic. If I ever need another roof in the future, SPC will be the first firm I call. I called CLC Roofing and asked about getting an estimate on my skylight to be repaired and also to inquire if they came out this far.... The receptionist said someone would get back to me. So I waited for approximately 5-6 days before I received a call from one of their representative. He said he would come over the next week on Thursday and that he would give me a call before his arrival. That was on May 2nd - and he never called or showed up for the appointment. So, I never got an estimate and the representative just never showed up. I have now called someone else for my project. They had such a good rating I was so surprised by their actions. MBBaker

Prompt arrival for estimate - later the same day work was completed. Cleanup was excellent.

Asked CLC for a re-shingle roof estimate. They never sent an estimate - not sure if they even looked at the roof since they were supposed to stop by while I was at work? No follow up calls or anything - absolutely horrible!!! I asked them for an estimate because their location is within 5 miles of us. Would never bother with them ever again!
