This was our first time to have a roof replaced and Brandon was very patient in guiding us through the process. I really appreciated how he didn't rush the job like I would expect the other roofing companies to. He worked with us at our speed and comfort level and calmly answered numerous small questions.

+ -1 moreThey were quick, efficient and more than fair on the first job. As a result, I asked them to bid on my hail damaged roof. Response was not as great. The same guy who performed service the first time left the firm. Another guy came on and was great but a third guy got involved and was a couple of weeks in getting back to me and then noted that he had trouble in the past with my insurance company. With the delay I had already started shopping other roofers and chose one that was familiar with my insurance provider. Hate to knock these guys cause they were so good, I may have just been the one that fell through the crack.
Description of Work: Repaired loose shingles and dried out gaskets on vents. As a result asked them to bid on hail damaged complete roof repair.

+ -1 moreThis company was the only one that made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a fool. Joe explained what to expect and even took it a step further by finding additional damages that the insurance adjuster did not list on the initial estimate. I felt like family.....they really took care of us. Joe was very professional and punctual. He was always early or on time to every appointment we had scheduled. From getting CLC's estimate, to showing up to collect payment, to following up appointments making sure we were satisifed with the service and product. Joe made sure his crew picked up and hauled every single piece of debris left from the roof replacement job. They made sure there were no nails in my lawn, driveway, or flowerbeds. They used a huge magnet to make sure that no nails were left behind. I will use them all over again!!!! Thanks Joe and CLC roofing!!!
Description of Work: CLC Roofing replaced my roof in 2012. They did the entire job in one day. They removed the old shingles, the felt, and hauled all the debris away. They installed an upgraded felt and replaced the roof with a 30 year shingle. They also installed 4 attic fans. Joe suggested them and said it would make a huge difference in my attic. He was right!!! Thanks Joe. When Joe came out to give us the estimate, he asked to see the insurance adjuster's estimate. Once he reviewed it, he went to work. Took out his ladder and started inspecting the roof. Once complete, he inspected the perimiter of my home including our fence, wooden swingset, shed, He found additional damage and asked the roof to include it in the esitmate. He provdied them with pics to show them the damage he found. I was really impressed. He really took care of me and did everything in his power to get us all money that was due to us. Joe kept saying you make sure that the insurance gets your home to pre-storm condition. It doesn't matter how old things are...if it's not in the same condition...the insurance company needs to take care of their customers.

+ -1 moreOur son referred is to CLC roofing and we were not disappointed. The CLC rep was very professional and had great follow-up. We are very pleased with our roof. It is good to know that there are still good companies still out there.
Description of Work: Roof, felt, and attic fans were removed. They replaced our roof with a very nice thirty year shingle. Our home is a little over 1500 square feet and this CLC crew knocked out the roof in 10 hours. They were quick, professional, and delivered excellent service. They hauled off all debris and even ran a magnet over our entire yard to pick up any nails. This was extra good considering we have pets and little ones that are always play in the backyard.

Description of Work: Paul Baker from CLC provided us with an estimate and had his crews replaced our roof, turbines, metal roofing, and gutters after a major hailstorm. While we were waiting on materials, they made temporary repairs to the roof to keep it watertight, and worked with us to make interior repairs once the roof was complete. The work was done timely and they left our yard and the area clean when they left.

+ 1 moreMy parents roof was a total loss after a bad hail storm in the spring of 08' My mom works 60+ hrs a week as a head nurse at Weatherford Regional, and my Dad is a Fireman and works a second job between his shifts. Because of my former experience in the Insurance business and their lack of time they asked me to oversee the project. Paul Baker from CLC was referred to me through a friend of my husbands, and I was very pleased with his outgoing personality and his knowledge of the Insurance & roofing process. I was thoroughly impressed with how fast the roof was on after receiving our first check from the insurance company. This is a 2 story house with a 11/12 pitch and CLC's crew made it look easy! It only took them two day's from start to finish and they were very careful with falling shingles & felt. They had a guy walking around the whole time making sure the nails were picked up with magnetic roller's & that no one on the roof could pose a threat to passer by's going in and out of the house. There is no question that we will use Paul Baker and CLC Roofing in the future for all of our properties.

+ -1 moreWe had references for CLC from neighbors. Daniel Luza, a CLC consultant, came by the house. He went up on the roof and looked around and then provided us with an estimate. He also came when our insurance appraiser was here to do an inspection. Daniel was a good advocate to have on hand. He made sure the appraiser saw all the damage. Daniel then told us when the job would begin and end. Everything went just the way it was described. The work was good. They cleaned up afterwards and it cost exactly what Daniel said it would. No surprises. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. CLC is a good, dependable company that does reliable work. Daniel Luza was very professional and a joy to work with.

+ 1 moreI contacted CLC because others had had a good experience with CLC. My salesmen were Randy Jenkins and Brandon and the crew chief was Leo. Randy and Brandon immediately contacted me about setting up an appointment to discuss what needed to be done. The chief of the work crew, Leo, contacted me to set up our preferred date to get the work done. We scheduled the dte for the work and CLC was prompt and efficient. All three (Randy, Brandon and Leo) were great to work with and very helpful and responsive. Leo was extremely competent in getting the work done by his crew and making sure everything was done as we requested. The services performed were done at a very high level and everything looked great when the job was finished. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done. CLC worked with our insurance company and only expected payment when the insurance company paid for the claim. CLC is a local company who will be around to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Description of Work: I hired CLC Roofing to replace my roof, gutters, window screens and fix my skylight, all of which were damaged in the April hail storm. My roof was completely replaced, all gutters were replaced and all window screens were replaced. My skylight was broken by the hail and the plastic coated panes (double-pane skylight) were replaced.

Description of Work: Due to extensive roof damage in April we had CLC Roofing replace roof, sky lights and gutters in July. CLC roofing had just completed replacing our roof six months earlier due to hail damage incurred in the prior year. + -1 moreOverall, I'd say it was an excellent experience. We scheduled the roofing job to start and be completed while we were out of town. They showed up when they said and finished the job on time. I trusted they would do the job with quality work and not take short cuts while I was out of town and they did not disappoint. A roof replacement can be messy and very noisy job, but overall they did a good job with the craftmanship and cleaning up. I had them roll our yard twice because I found more nails than I would expect (since we have kids) and they did so very promptly without any hassle. The price for the roof was what we discussed prior to the start of the job and was the final price without any unexpected changes. Daniel Luza was my contractor for CLC and I found him easy to work with and in communication when needed. In addition, CLC is a local company and contributes to the elementary schools and is involved in the community. They have been here for many years so I could rest assured if anything was to go wrong, I could call them up and they would be able to fix it.
Description of Work: CLC replaced our roof when the hail storms hit Coppell in 2012. They replaced our entire roof, sky lights, vents, and gave us options for a higher quality and hail resistant roof that matched our house better than our previous roof. In addition, improvements in ventilation were made to our roof to make it more efficient.

+ -1 moreThe job went very well overall as they were done in one day, but if you work from home as I do, it would probably be best to leave the house for the day due to the noise level of the folks walking around on the roof. They also cleaned up very well in our front yard and our driveway to make sure there were no nails or trash left behind.
Description of Work: We had CLC do a roof repair estimate after the April 2012 Hail Storm in Coppell and they ultimately ended up doing the roof work and replacing our damaged skylight. Daniel and your sales team worked with our insurance company to ensure our out of pocket impact was very minimal. They did all of the work in one day, and then came back to repair the skylight later that week. We chose a new color for the roof that complimented the color of our home and we are very pleased with the asthetics of the roof, quality, and overall job that CLC Roofing did to assist us. They are a good company to work with.

The same day two sales representatives came to my house and went through every detail regarding the work they would perform, including samples of the exact materials that they would be using. Very professional - both dressed in CLC Roofing attire and a nice pickup truck detailed with CLC Roofing stickers etc. I knew right away I was dealing with professionals. Randy and Braydon both proved my assumption. The job was somewhat difficult as my roof is quite steep with many peaks and valleys. The materials arrived 2 days after we came to an agreement and work began the following morning promptly at 7:00 am as promised. The jobs manager Leo went over the details again and said dont worry the A team is here. I agree the A team definately worked on my roof. The crew cheif and crew were very courteous and to the point - they just got to work. It took two days (again...difficult roof) but by 5:00pm the next day, they were finished and cleaned up. Done. Very impressive. I received a follow up visit by Leo who inspected the job. This was last night so I am still awaiting Facia painting and new gutters which will probably be tomorrow. Description of Work: I originally spoke with Greg Niehenke at CLC after the hail storm in April 2012 as one of 3 companies I contacted for bids. For several reasons, we decided to delay the work until the Fall. CLC (Greg) was the only company that stayed in touch with me during that time and he did so in a professional manner. Once we made the decision to move forward, Greg was very responsive. He answered all my questions about the process, assisted me in color selection (providing actual samples) and explained things in detail. Our repairs included not only the roof, but the skylight, chimney caps, gutters, windows and paint. CLC took on the role of general contract and provided quality sub-contractors for all of the work. In addition, Greg referred me to some quality contractors for other work we elected to have done that fell outside of the scope of the hail damage and then coordinated their work with the CLC's jobs. Greg also stayed in touch with my insurance company and negotiated all of the adjustments on the claim, making it an effortless and painless process for me. Once the job was scheduled, CLC's project manager Leo Geier kept me informed of the details of the process and what to expect. He came out to the job for inspection and QC of the work. One of the subs accidentally damaged the new gutters and Leo was quick to respond and had the repairs done the very next day. The management of the entire project, coordinated with my elected work, was very efficient and effective.....I was never waiting around for someone to show up to do a job.
