 + 0 moreScheduling was a problem. Better Built made a tentative date, then forgot to call us back to confirm it, and then did not call us on the morning we expected them. They were held up by a previous job, and we had to re-schedule for two weeks later, which was the only time we were available to be at home during the day. Installation itself went well, though they had to call in a second crew because our old windows proved very hard to remove, and they wanted to get done in one day. They had to go out and get touch-up paint for some of the wood siding that was scraped in the process of removing the old windows. They returned the next business day with touch-up paint to get at a few scratches on the siding that they missed. The work crews were very clean and left no debris outside the house, and only a little dust inside.
Description of Work: We had all 8 windows in our house replaced with double-paned aluminum-framed windows. Two windows were converted from sliders to double-hung sashes.
