This company is a trusted advisor and walks the talk with customer service. He drove to Austin and picked up another condensor and installed it the next day. Any future service I need will be done by this company.

Showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. Price quote was somewhat reasonable based on other estimates received. Job was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend for hire to dfriends and neighbors.

Fast, polite, priced competitively (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), thorough. Troy answered my questions without fail, including questions that were not directly related to the job he was doing. He made recommendations that were honest without being arrogant. And so far, everything is working well!

Work was done on a tenant occupied property where neither tenant or owner was provided with a receipt for warrenteed work perform at a cost of $600.

TexAire made a proposal for a 5-Ton 15 SEER unit. Upon installation, we learned that it was only a 14.5 SEER unit, and that it was not possible to enhance it's rating with any add-ons. Because of the mistake, TexAire provided the rebate by check that would otherwise have been provided by the utility company. In addition they provided some additonal warranty services. They did all they could short of tearing out the new unit and installing something else. We didn't want that. TexAire was very competitive, on-time, and did an excellent job.

the job they were going to perform was explained to me in detail and it fixed the problem in my home. However, I wish I had an invoice or receipt about the job when it was done. I asked for it but haven't received the email like they said I would.

Troy was very good with the A/C units, but his electrician was very messy and undenpendaable.

OUTSTANDING WORK -- Troy & his son were courteous, professional and offered excellent service & products at a fair price - and no "sales pressure" as with other contractors. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and options offered for our heat pump. Troy was easy to work with and I would hire him again for any air/heating issues. They are hard workers and spent the proper amount of time during installation (no rush job) - the heat pump works great and we couldnt be happier! We highly recommend TexAire Heating & A/C!

Troy came right out and recharged/checked our AC unit. Big plus...he didn't try to rip us off like another local AC repair company.

Troy was prompt in arriving to check out the situation and discuss solutions, he listened to me and what my needs were. He gave me straight answers and did not bad-mouth or insult his competition (like ALL the 7 others did) and then returned a reasonable quote the next day after checking exact price of parts/repairs. The others all gave quick overblown quotes (35 to 70% higher for the same work) and all were �“open to negotiation�”. The others made me feel like I was buying a car at a cut rate used car lot, and to an extent all were good at mud-slinging. Troy just gave it to me straight, came and performed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and we had a new system installed in less than a day. There was a minor issue with the system and he came and quickly took care of it without any trouble. We are very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend him to anyone!

This guy, Troy, was great! He seemed to be very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I got three second opinions, including him, and he was the cheapest with the most detailed description of the problem. He actually was able to fix my evap coil instead of replacing it. The other A/C companies were going to charge $1700 but Troy charged only $700. Great Job!!!!
