Description of Work: Not sure what this refers to. We have used NE Air Conditioning since 2003 for spring and fall servicing original AC unit, replacement of that unit when it died & also for plumbing issues but have dealt with them dirctly, not thru Angie's List. Always very satisfied with the service & the level of professionalism of their technicians. Would highly recommend them |

Description of Work: Plumbing repair work at a house being remodeled. Person first contacted for scheduling was pleasant and responsive and had someone come out on a Saturday. Problem was, they sent a technician who was sick and didn't want to do the work, instead of something that should have been done in a day, it dragged out and took over two weeks and delayed our other work. Was more expensive than we expected and feel it should have been.

[Member Name Removed], I am surprised and sorry to read that you were not satisfied with our service. It is very important to me that my customers receive excellent service at a fair price. Since you feel you received neither, I appreciate the opportunity to address your complaints. The initial call for service was taken as a kitchen sink leak that needed to be repaired. It was only when the technician went out on Saturday that he discovered that there was additional work that needed to be done as part of a kitchen remodel, and that work required a permit from the City of Converse, which of course could not be acquired on a weekend. We were unable to contact Travis for several days to give us the okay to get the permit and start the work. Once we did, the work was done as efficiently as possible. The other delay seems to have been a misunderstanding between our plumber and Travis concerning the city inspection. We were told that Travis would leave the house unlocked for the inspector, but, unknown to us, he actually locked it and left a key on top of the door jamb. Since we were unable to reach him, we rescheduled the inspection for the following day. Concerning the price, we feel that the price was fair for the work done, and in fact, is less than the original bid. I hope that you get some satisfaction from my explanation. I hate that you were left with a negative impression of my company, and I would love the opportunity to work for you again and gain your confidence. Linda McClain

Description of Work: I had my entire upstairs HVAC system replaced. Furnace, A/C compressor, and evaporator.The unit that was installed when the house was built was inadequate for the job and also not done correctly. Northeast's rep came to the house for an estimate. His recommendations through and spot on. The old system was completely removed and a new mated Trane system was installed (job was completed in one day). Included in the job was a partial re-ducting in the attic to increase airflow to some rooms, the air return enclosure was enlarged, and improved, and all lines and drains were pressure cleaned and checked. Outstanding job, and the new system made our upstairs livable again. I have used Northeast since 2006. They are the only A/C Plumbing company I call.Great service, fair price, quality work, and first line parts and systems. Highly reccomend.

I have used North East Air Conditioning Heating for many years to repair my old air conditioner and they are very efficient in their work. This past spring they installed a new system for us that took about two days and we were very pleased with their top quality installation job. The service men were very quick to remove the old system and to get the new one up and running properly the first time.
Description of Work: My old air conditioner was removed from my home by North East Air Conditioner Heating and they installed a new one in its place.

Northeast did a good job of detecting what the problem was and solving it. We've used them before and trust their work and reliability. We've had no problems since their repair.

The two technicians were on time and asked us about the preferred locations of the vents. The whole job took one and half days to complete. The final price was three hundred dollars less than they predicted, because the ductwork went in easier than they thought it would. They were both well mannered, and cleaned up the mess, after the job was done. The new system produces a much more uniform temperature throughout the entire house.
Description of Work: Northeast Air Conditioning and Heating installed a new air conditioning system. They also added seventy five feet of ductwork, and five more vents to the house.

I have used North East Air Conditioning and Heating for a few years now to do our yearly maintenance checks and any other repair work. In October they were here to clean the furnace, replace the filters, the serviceman did a fine job as usual and he always cleans up after himself. I will continue to have this company check my furnace each year before starting it up, as they are a very professional and reasonable in there prices.
Description of Work: North East Air Conditioner Heating was here in October to do our yearly maintenance check of our heating system. They clean everything, check everything over and replace the filters before the system is used each fall.

We've been using North East for more than three years. They originally installed our air conditioning unit. They are courteous and professional, and we've never had any problems in between their visits.
Description of Work: North East comes twice a year for routine inspections. The last time they cleaned the filter, and checked for freon and the burners.

I HAD A CARD FROM NORTH EAST AIR CONDITIONING AND NOTICED THEY ALSO DID PLUMBING. I USED THEM TO REPAIR A SMALL LEAK AND TO CHANGE OUT THE TWO TOILETS IN MY HOME TO THE NEW LOW FLOW TYPE, SO I COULD RECEIVE A REBATE.

OVERALL THIS WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I CALLED IN, AND A REPAIRMAN WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY, AND ASSESSED THE PROBLEM.
