The job was done by a superbly professional team, working in excruciating heat (104 degrees!), and they were polite and explained what they were doing throughout the installation. They had to work around problems with a 70-year old house, old wiring, and apparently sub-standard original installation issues. The city inspector said it was impeccably done.

We had a pleasant experience with everyone we dealt with at the company. The team installed a great system at a fair price, and the work was all completed in one day with everything cleaned up to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend North East.

A+++. From initial phone call through repair...100% professional, customer svc tops the list. Ralph was our repair tech. Never seen better, more professional in my 30 years of home ownership. Another company in town wanted to charge $1500 for a repair that wasn't necessary, or even clost to the right fix. Ralph quickly realized the situation. Fixed our unit for $350...way less than other company's idea. Really impressed by the service and honesty of this company.

Our 16 year old ac had a slow leak. We asked around and North East Air Conditioning had a good reputation. We scheduled a repair. Figuring it was only a matter of time before the unit would croak, we also ask for an estimate on a new unit. Gregg came to do the repair and Mike came to work up an estimate on a new system. Gregg checked the ac and found the leak. He gave us a rough estimate on two different repair options. Mike gave us a ballpark on a new system, but let us know, it would take a day to give us a firm price. He was very thorough, even noticing and pointing out that a couple of small modifications in the ac closet, could be done inexpensively now, but would be considerably higher to change after the new unit was installed. As the old unit was 16 years old and a 10 SEER, we decide on the cheap repair, and replace the unit with a new ac, if the final price was close to the ballpark estimate. Mike emailed the proposal the next morning and we schedule the install. David came out with a small crew to install. The install was very professional, neat and clean. Needless to say, we were very pleased. I would highly recommend North East for your ac needs.

They can usually get to us quickly, within a day or two. Their technicians are very good in repairing our A/C which over 15 years old. They have offered to price us a new unit, but have never pressured us to buy one. When we need a new A/C, they will be the company we call to do it.

They were prompt. Their prices are fair. They didn't try to upsell us on anything.

They wanted to try to most cost effective approach first. It did take 2 calls out, but we finally figured out the electrical panel breaker was bad. Cost was under $100. Other company wanted between $1200-$2000 for repairs!! Insanity.

Technician added freon to the system and let me know my options if the unit stops cooling in the near future.

It was a lof of work and they went up the attic for that.

They are thorough. They check the whole unit; they clean anything that needs to be cleaned, check the filters, vacuum outside and they check the out outside. I used them exclusively I usually set the day and they come. They call before they arrive to let me know there’re on their way and if I have a problem with the unit they will come in a matter of hours.

Inspected for a Freon leak. After finding the leak in copper tubing and its cause. Got assistance within 15 minutes. Welded the leak. Put in 14 lbs of refrigerant. Finished in 2 hours. The AMAZING aspect, was that the technician, Rick, described my problem just after I answered the door. He bee lined it to a closet in my house and found a tell tale stain in the wall, nailing where the leak was. You see, unbeknowst to him, another company was here the day before. Their analysis was way off. My costs were $1100 more. So, this is one happy camper. Highly recommended

Mike was very honest and experienced. Large crew showed up on time and were professional and did a high quality job for us! Love our new system and it works amazingly better than our old units that were 18 years old. They were not the lowest price I got but that company would not call me back or answer any of my questions from their bid. North East was quick and installed my two systems in one day! They cleaned up and hauled off everything and we were impressed. I would hire them again!

They were professional and courteous and very affordable. They used the auger and got the tree roots out of the sewer pipe. NE Plumbing is very affordable as well.

They were able to clear them at the time but now they are clogged again.

It went really well! They were prompt and professional. I also used them the previous Spring to do the maintenace on my air conditioning unit and that went just as well! I am going to use them again next Spring too!

I just felt comfortable with dealing with them and they installed my unit an had to replace my air vents.

Well, first there were scheduling issues. I made an appt. (I thought) with the plumber, but they sent out someone to service my heater. I've used them a number of times, and really like the company, so I just rolled my eyes and rescheduled for the following Monday. Well, on Friday, the plumber called to say he was on his way to my house! I called again to remind them of the scheduled date and the appropriate service, and they got it right on the third time. Once at my house, Cory was efficient, courteous, and professional. He did the work quickly, and even took the time to look at a couple of other things for which I wanted estimates. As usual, the job was done well. Except for the issues with the office, I am pleased with the work, as usual. I'm certain that they will attempt to be more efficient in the customer service department, and I should note that this has never happened before.
