They have been doing checkups in the spring and fall for about 10 years. They are very dependable and do a good job. They are very thorough. They are always on time.

On Sunday I discovered the outside portion of my AC unit was not working. On Monday I called Northeast AC company, and they agreed to come out that same afternoon. Carlos arrived promptly on time and went directly to the outside area to check it out. He quickly found the problem, and had everything he needed with him to repair it. He is a very professional, courteous and pleasant young man. I will certainly used this company for all my AC needs in the future.

They were prompt and efficient. We have had two different guys out here in the past at different times; they were both friendly and very knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.

.They did the whole install in one day. They had to come back and teach me ho to use the thermostat. I had to call them and they were very happy to help me again with the thermostat.

They were on time, polite, brought all the parts they needed and made the repair quickly. We had already identified the location of the break, cleared the area, turned off the water the night before and drained what we could. They had to dig down another two feet to get under the break. We agreed to leave the site open to allow extra time for the glue to set.

Rick was our technician and he was prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. He did a great job of informing me of what he was looking at as he systematically evaluated various possibilities for our problem. Finding that the compressor was stuck, he then and lt;took the initiative to determine that our unit was still under warrantyand gt;, (thus eligible for a replacement part, which saved us a -LOT- of money.) :)))) Rick discussed options with me and was very up front in advising about the labor cost, which was exactly on target when the job was finished. He was able to return with his assistant half a day sooner than expected with the part to fix it, and they quickly got the job done. Both men were friendly, respectful, and efficient in their manner. The repair that I needed is charged by the job, not by the hour. This allowed our technician to be able to let us know the price up front, regardless of how much time it might take to fix it. In our case, thankfully they were able to repair our unit very quickly, and we were back in the business of cool air once again. On a final note, Shaun at the office was very helpful when I called with questions. This is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1968. It is clear that they take pride in doing good and honest work. Highly recommended!

The first thing I did was ask for a quote. Mike came out to do the quote and during the inspection clearly explained what was going to be accomplished. My unit was installed back in late 1995 and was on life support. His quote was better than those they I received from Home Depot and GVEC. He showed up on time to perform the installation and everything went well. It's now a couple months later and the AC is working as I expected--well. One last note--I found the people at Northeast to be very friendly and helpful whenever I called their office.

I have used them twice. I had a good experience with them. The guy came out. He was prompt and he fixed the problem. He did not linger around. The second time they came out, I felt like they gave me a wrong diagnosis. It would have been a costly job. I spoke to a senior member in the company and he thought that it was not the problem either. So, I did not use them for the job the second time. The first guy was fine, but the second guy did not do the correct diagnosis. I will consider them in the future.

Water line to frig--had a leak so it hadn't even been hooked up, but the guy showed up and said I could look and find the leak and then he could come back, or he could start removing sheet rock. Obviously I wanted him to do it, so he reluctantly did and it didn't take long at all. On the water heater--it was my emergency but it seemed like it took them a while to get there. It was a pin-hole leak so it was just a mist. The guy fixed the flex duct on both hoses even though only one was leaking. He was in and out and the price is right. I think they charge a reasonable rate and have used them again for a heater check up.

They had to come back a second time because they didn’t do it right the first time. We were selling our house and they were supposed to service the air conditioning but they didn’t clean the A-coil correctly. The buyer did another inspection so I had to call them back out again and, of course, they charged me.

I like the company overall, but I didn’t particularly like the person who came out to do the plumbing work. I don’t like it when workers come out and complain saying that the space is too tight or too small. I like the air conditioning people of the company, though. They are great. They come out and provide good service. They are honest and give us an honest estimate. They also tell us if at all it’s going to take any extra work. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced too.

I was very happy with them. The one reason I stopped using them was because they did not have 24 hour service and I had an emergency. I used them for plumbing and air-conditioning at one time or the other. Their prices were pretty reasonable.

Did a one day install-had air at 5:00pm. Super job--great crew. Considerably cheaper than other bids for a 16 SEER 4 ton Trane.

Wonderful. Very professional, honest. This is the second home in which they have performed this service for us. We had other estimates...came back to them and were not sorry. We are residents of Windcrest. Windcrest inspector has extremely high opinion of their work.

Excellent, called that morning and was informed someone could come later that day, My mother was without air and then she said someone would be able to come sooner. They came within an hour of my call. Herman was very professional my sister stated, fixed the problem and was gone.She said he was very professional and my mother now has air. Price was reasonable. We will use them again and will ask for Herman.

They were very responsive and I was able to get an appointment quickly. They took their time to explain everything to me and answered any questions that I had.

It went very well. They came exactly when they said they would which was good because I had to take off work and couldn't wait around all day. They also finished on time. They were very friendly, polite and courteous to my home. It was an all day job to install the central air. I didn't like the placement of the wires so they came back the next morning and did everything according to my satisfaction and it looks really good now. There were rebates on the central air unit and they took care of the application for me and all I had to do was sign it and mail it in.

They did very well. They have been working on my house for about seventeen years and they have always been good for me. They are honest and trustworthy and that is why I still use them.

I decided to go with Northeast A.C. based on reports that I read on Angie's List. Roy made this service call. He was on time, very professional and very personable. As he was leaving, he even gave some advice and input on flooring I was getting ready to install.

They did very well. They gave me a time range and arrived at the earliest time given. They were very professional and did their work very thoroughly.

I called Northeast on July 3 and Charles arrived on time early that same afternoon. He was courteous and efficient, and although my central unit is quite old, Charles did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. He graciously repaired the problem and serviced the unit as well.

They were here in 45 minutes. Fast courteous service.

I have very positive results over the past 15 years with this Co. They have done sewer and A\C installation and service. Employees knowledgeable and helpful. Prices competitive.

I have trusted my heating and air conditioning service work to North East for many years now. They are usually here twice a year to check our heat in the fall and our air conditioner in the spring. The men are very efficient in getting things cleaned up around the work area before leaving. I have called them for repair work over the years, we are always pleased with their work, and their prices are fair as well.
