Excellent communication, thorough and quick cleaning of my house. The ladies were right on time!

Overall I was very pleased with the service. Our house was a disaster, because we have very little time to clean. They arrived a couple of hours late from their expected time, but they were very thorough and really did a great job.

They cleaned quite well. I wish they would have prioritized.better according to my instructions but that might be as much my own fault. My advice is to have a list ready in the order you want it performed. They did a fantastic job (above and beyond)

I called Yoli for a quote and she came to my house the same day. I accepted the quote and two of her employees came the next morning! They arrived on time and worked for almost 6 hours deep cleaning our 3000sqft home. They were by far the best company that I've used. Their attention to detail was great. Our home has never been so clean!

She came the same day to provide a quote for housecleaning service. She suggested to come by so that she could evaluate what I wanted in terms of service. She did charge us a bit more for her first service but said she would adjust the cost when she began regular bi-weekly service. So happened that her 2-person team was able to come that day. They had all their own equipment and cleaners. She did ask if I had a preference. They came as promised and did a good job cleaning our house. The team doesn't speak much English but she said if we have a concern to call her immediately. We didn't have any problems. She called to follow up afterwards. Yoli is very nice and we will use her again.

I was not immediately ready for the cleaning service when I purchased the Big Deal and Yoli worked with me to schedule the service when I was ready. When the day came Yoli's team showed up on time and cleaned my house exceptionally well in two hours. They were very detailed. They even cleaned our blinds, on top of the refrigerator, etc. I highly recommend Let's Clean Services.

My house had become more like a toxic waste dump than a residence. I regret not taking before and after pictures. Over a period of 2 days, the owner and her husband and some additional helpers cleaned out the mess. Words just can't express how much I appreciate what they've done for me. When they heard I was about to start chemotherapy, they even brought me some home made meals! Really good soup! I'm using them for weekly cleaning now and am very satisfied.

We bought a 2 person / 2 hour deal. The mission was to deep clean all the areas our normal cleaning never seems to reach: door frames, base boards, ceiling/wall edges, banisters, etc. plus all the standard areas: kitchen, bath, stairs. They even cleaned the vinyl tile floor in the laundry room. As the time went on, the work was so good, we asked to pay for a third hour to give them time to do it completely. The cost was totally fair. Most important to me was the friendly, professional attitude. They worked diligently the whole time and did a great job. You could tell they took pride in doing it right and weren't just going through the motions. I highly recommend these folks, and plan to call them again as needed.

We were initially told that this company would contact us the next day after we purchased their services. They didn't. I don't think they called until after a week or more later. When the owner finally called to schedule the appointment it was difficult to understand her due to an obvious language issue. However, we managed to set the appointment for the first Friday in December at 8:30am which meant the appointment was made several weeks in advance. The night before the appointment I got a call from the owner asking me if I could change my appointment time to Saturday morning. I told her no, that this appointment had been made several weeks earlier and I had arranged to take time off work, etc. to be at my home for the scheduled cleaning. She asked me if I was going to be at home then entire time her crew was there and I told her yes. I asked her if her crew spoke and understood English and she said they understood, but did not speak English so she would drive her crew to my home and I could tell her what I wanted done and she would then explain it to her crew and they would do the work. I said that would be fine. She then said that she would see me at 8:30 am on our scheduled appointment time. I stayed home from work that morning and waited over an hour and a half for her and her team to show up. I never heard from her during that time, so I called her and left a voice mail asking if she was even coming or not or should I request a refund. She sent me a text saying to request a refund from Angie's List with no explanation or apology for inconveniencing me for my time I had taken off work, etc. I sent her another text asking her why she didn't inform me she wasn't coming and I'm yet to get a response. It is beyond me why someone who is an owner of a business can't be honest and say what the problem is instead of making promises they obviously didn't plan on keeping in the first place. I would NEVER recommend this woman and/or her company. If you intend to use this service I would do so with extreme caution. They are obviously unreliable and unprofessional. Everything happens for a reason they say so I'm glad I didn't even let them into my home.

Perfect! Had to reschedule, but kept me informed every step of the way. Punctual- arrived on time on the agreed upon day. I am very pleased with the level of cleaning and thoroughness. Everything is shiny clean- she even cleaned the glass on my french doors to my office which most services do not do. The lady sent by the service was an extremely hard worker and did not stop the entire time. Unlike other cleaning agencies I have used where the ladies take many cell phone calls when they are supposed to be working, this service did NOT. Very hard working, excellent results. Highly recommend this service.

First of all, they work they did was fantastic! The ladies worked their butts off. I was impressed that they even cleaned the baseboards (previous cleaners had skipped this step) and top of the medicine cabinets. I have no complaints with the work they did. I did have some issues with communication and losing a week's worth of two prescription medicines. Yoli came by in the morning to discuss what I wanted done. Since I have out of town guests coming and I was on a limited budget, I was pretty specific about leaving the office, master bedroom and master bath until the last in case they ran out of time. However this was not communicated to the ladies who did the actual cleaning. I attempted to explain it to them, but my grasp of Spanish is poor and their ability to speak English was limited. Despite my attempts, they went from the guest bath straight to the master bath and bedroom. Later that night as I was getting ready to take my night time medicine, I couldn't find my pill caddies. I have two, one for AM and one for PM. I didn't see either on the bathroom counter. To be fair, I have a crap load of stuff on my counter. Mostly stuff from my husband who couldn't seem to put anything away if you paid him. He died 2 weeks ago and I just haven't had time to clean up after him and put it all away. Anyway, I searched the counter, pulled everything apart that was on top, looked in the medicine cabinet, on top of the cabinet and then started with the drawer, and under counter storage. I found one of the caddies in the center drawer, but could not find the second one. I called Yoli to see if maybe they had taken it home with their stuff by mistake. She searched through everything and called the 2 ladies that came to clean. No one had it. My guess is that it got dumped in the trash and picked up early this morning. I do not think it was intentional. However, it was a mistake that cost me a bit of money as now I will have to renew 2 prescriptions a week early. Was the mistake theirs for being in a hurry or was it mine for having too much crap? At this point, who cares. They will do a great job, but make sure you put your crap away before they come. ;-) As for the language barrier issue, that's something I will have to figure out a way to overcome.

Yoli came to look at my house and gave me an estimate between $175-$200 to clean our house after we moved out. On the scheduled day, I came back to the house to let them in then left to run errands. Yoli was to call me approximately 30 minutes prior to them finishing. She called, we came back, but it ended up being over an hour before they were finished. I had a problem with the way they had done the laminate floor, but they corrected it. Unfortunately, the two ladies that actually did the work knew very little English so I had to communicate with them through Yoli by phone. That was very frustrating. If you are going to work in the United States, I believe that people should learn English. Period. Another situation that I was surprised about was after they were finished, Yoli called me to say that it would cost $225. I asked what happened to the $200 maximum and she said ok, $200. I don't know why there was a difference because she didn't give me a reason. There was nothing left in the house and no trash around, and she did have an opportunity to look at the space before giving me an estimate. So not clear on why the amount was different at the end. Overall, they did a very good job and I would use them again.

Yoli and her 2 associates cleaned the entire house in a very efficient way and I was very pleased with the results. They were punctual and detail oriented. I have no complaints and definitely recommend their services.

The service provided was excellent! The ladies were fast and thorough. They were also very pleasant to be around!! We have a large home and had been away on business for several months. The team made sure to clean everything from top to bottom. They were even kind enough to finish the nursery before eating their lunch so I could put the baby down for a nap. I really appreciated their work ethic and kind demeanor, would absolutely use them in the future!

Let's Clean maids are always prompt and do their best to meet any special requests. However, if you don't speak Spanish very well, you will likely have to talk to the owner to interpret. The owner, Yoli, is just wonderful, kind and anxious to please her customers. Her prices are very fair.

The ladies did a fantastic job cleaning our home. I will definitely use them again. We did need to reschedule the service as of the night before on their end, which was disappointing. But they came 2 days later and did a fantastic job.

They would not honor the deal. They wasted a lot of my time.

Arrived late. Worked hard but slowly, and made a big difference in making the place look better. Quality of work was okay--not good enough for us to want to rehire. They cleaned around some things, rather than move them, didn't put those things moved back where they were, and didn't get some things clean (e.g., breakfast room glass table top was smeary). The two people spent a lot of time (most of the time) talking to each other and to others on the phone while working. I think it is difficult to do efficient, quality work while--for example--mopping while talking on the phone. Very pleasant workers who needed some supervision.

I hired them to clean my daughters house, as she just had a baby two months ago. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs your house deep cleaned.

This my first time using their services and I am very pleased with their work. They did a thorough job with no supervision. Pleasant to work with and I will be using their services again. I am also pleased that they are flexible and that they can accommodate to my schedule.
