Excellent, Yoli had some minor delays getting to the house, but once there she did a super job in fast order. Very well done, I would hire again in a "New York Minute".

Scheduled to clean 12/12/2016. The team never showed up as I was told they would. I phoned Yolie this evening, evidently she was driving in traffic and told me they could schedule us for Thursday. That will not work due to medical appointments in Houston. She was to call me back; however, she has not done so. It has been my understanding that these companies work for the customer, not the customer having to wait for the company to decide if they will do the work or not. I would think it would be at the convenience of the customer, not the other way around. Evidently, now we need to find another cleaning service, and to think I gave them a very good rating.

This company borders on EXCELLENT! I was very pleased overall with the job the ladies did. However, I do wish they had dusted the shelves in the family room, along with the blind on the door, for which I imagine was just an oversight on their part. I highly recommend this group to anyone wishing their homes cleaned. You will not regret it.

Yoli and her team was great and jumped right in as soon as they got to the house. I was not completely moved out which made it more difficult for them but they worked around stuff. House looked spotless when they finished. Best price and service as I had shopped around. Very pleased with the results. 2900 sq ft.

I called Yoli on a Friday evening and asked if she could send a team the next morning (Saturday) because my regular housecleaner was out of the country and I was holding an open house Saturday afternoon. She was very understanding and helpful and scheduled my cleaning the next morning. She arrived with another person and they did a very thorough and meticulous job throughout the townhouse. They were there for four hours. I was extremely pleased and will definitely call them again.

It went well. Originally it was supposed to be a one ninety nine clean but when they came, they saw that I had already cleaned up. They called it a move out clean. She said they normally don't do a move out clean since it's a different rating and all that but they went ahead and cleaned for me since I didn't know.

Very impressed with attention to detail. Arrived on time with 4 individuals that did not need any supplies. I had to leave the home twice for extended periods of time during the clean which only took about an hour, but I came back to a sparkling clean house. Loose pet hair from all the corners was gone. Team was courteous and professional. Team Lets Clean also cleaned out the refrigerator and the blinds! Overall, very satisfied, and would most certainly use again.

I have had numerous cleaners over the years and Team Let's Clean is without competition! Deep and total clean of everything they could find is name of their game. Top and bottom of all blinds, window sills and frames, microwave, sinks, bath tubs/showers & surrounds, counter tops, base boards, carpets, linoleum floors were all cleaned to like new condition. I would highly recommend them to any of my closest friends and family!

They got all the little things that two other services either overlooked or considered outside of the scope of their services. They vacuumed fabric furniture and bathroom rugs, cleaned all cabinet fronts, hand washed my to-be-hand-washed dishes, properly swept then mopped my floors instead of "stream cleaning" the floor and whatever was already on the floor or leaving a residue behind, dusted a hard to reach window ledge in the kitchen, and everything else in between. Three ladies showed up to work and they worked their butts off for two straight hours! I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again!

This was a gift for my daughter. She was extremely pleased with the quality of the work, and the care they took. I talked with them to set it up ahead of time, and they were very responsive.

The fist lady came on time and the others came shortly after. They did a good job with the general cleaning.

I requested deep cleaning ahead of a house event, and the provider responded very quickly?That was the best part. My request was very specific -" house cleaning needed that will include cleaning interior of oven and refrigerator; all cabinets faces and appliances; thoroughly mopping tiled floors; vacuuming all floors/rugs, cleaning and disinfecting all showers, tubs, toilet, sinks, mirrors, cleaning all light switches, doors & door trims; cleaning the blinds, base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, etc" I was told the provider would come with 3 people, to assure the cleaning went fast. My house is ~6000 square feet and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I and my husband had to go to work, so we left them in the house. The provider later called to inform me they spent 7hrs doing my house cleaning!! I have a regular weekly cleaner who'd cleaned just a few days prior. Team Let's Clean was specifically contracted to get to the deep cleaning my regular house cleaner doesn't get to?.. I can't imagine why it would take 3 people all of 7 hrs to clean a house that I just cleaned a few days prior! On getting home, I found that they neglected to clean the pantry, the fridge, the ovens, and while counter tops were dusted, there was no attempt to put things in order?.. I walked into a house that did smell fresher (at least I could smell the cleaning fluid)?.However, it didn't look as neat as you'd expect for the time spent, and the cost I was made to pay as a result. I had planned to contract them for my weekly service if the work was better than my current cleaner's?..unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be and it cost a lot more!!

The staff arrived as scheduled and began immediately to do their work, started work in the Master Bedroom and and Bathroom and proceeded to move methodically throughout the house. They cleaned from the baseboards and up wiped the doors, did it all as expected.. We believe they did an excellent job, spent about 3 hours. Best endorsement I can give is I will use them again.
