Team Let's Clean

It was okay. They didn't clean everything but it was okay. It did go a little bit above the Big Deal price because they said the house was a little dirtier than normal. The price was good.

They did an awesome job. The price went over because we had some extra work done.

We have employed this provider once a month for seven months after our initial deep cleaning. During those seven months we rescheduled once due to serious illness. Team Let's Clean: !. called ahead to reschedule two times ( which was fine with us) ; 2. did not show up three times and did not call us. We called them to to ask why they hadn't come and to reschedule their services. The reasons given for not coming were vehicle breakdown, car accident, and meeting to discuss new industrial cleaning job; 3. called today, the morning they were to come to say they weren't coming and wanted to reschedule to next week. They had rescheduled to today (with our OK) from their scheduled work day which was yesterday because an employee was closing on a house. We have guests coming Sunday and are unable to reschedule again as requested. They offered to come Saturday evening but because we can not depend on their actually coming we said "no thank you." When they actually came they were very professional and did a very good job of cleaning. The problem is we COULD NOT depend on their showing up when they said they would. If you can not count on a service provider to actually show up to do the job as scheduled or to consistantly call ahead to reschedule or to immediately let you know they have had a problem and can't come ---it is impossible for you to make any plans and it doesn't matter how well they clean.

I recently purchased a home in Tomball. The seller provided Let's Clean Services to clean the house before we moved in. We arrived yesterday morning slightly before Let's Clean arrived, and as with most move outs, there was quite the mess to clean up. However, this crew cleaned the house for hours and the house looks AMAZING! They cleaned the house from the top to bottom, everything from appliances to windows and blinds, baseboards, doors, etc. If the house isn't as clean as it was when it was brand new, it's darn close. I will use this company from here on out anytime we need their service.A+++++ in my book! Thank you! TD

I have been using this service for over six months. I found it on Angie's List. First I had a deep clean (don't remember the cost) and now they come every other week. Of all the times they have come, only twice have they rescheduled or ask to come a little late, but that was in the beginning. When that happens I get a text or call from Yoli, the owner of the business and she explains what the problem is. There are always two women, usually the same two, and they are very professional. We have all laminate floors, which are hard to clean and all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. I have allergies to dust and they always clean the blinds and dust everything thoroughly. I couldn't be happier!

We had a hard time getting started because we scheduled and the provider cancelled at the last minute due to employee issues. She asked to be able to come out the next day, I said okay and then she cancelled at the last minute again. However, I do admire Yoli because she has built this business from just herself cleaning homes to having cleaning teams that she employs and she does have the highest satisfaction award from Angie's List. I also believe strongly in supporting entrepreneurship, so gave her another chance and they did show up promptly on time. It is hard to give a single rating because the results were mixed. I have been sick for a while and I really needed the help cleaning. There was a lot of dust everywhere and the floors, especially the corners, truly needed a deep cleaning. I told Yoli this at the beginning. She came out with the two ladies on her team and did a walk through with me, so I could tell her which areas I really needed help in and what areas that I would clean later myself. The team was polite, neat, and personable. Our home is in the middle of a major reorganization, so there were a lot of stacks of items that were being sorted. I asked her to have her team to lift each up, dust or vacuum underneath, and then put it back. For the most part, that happened. The main problem that we ran into was that it took them a lot more time than had been anticipated. Some of that had to do with the level of cleaning needed as it was a first clean. One example was the windows. I really was just thinking dust the window, wipe the top ledge where the locks are, quickly clean any obvious marks and clean the bottom ledge and the windowsill. For most of the windows, they did a full cleaning. On the plus side, my windows look a lot better; on the down, they went into unnecessary detail and it took more time. I know this was frustrating for all involved. Since it was a large cleaning job, some items were overlooked, but the team was willing to professionally correct anything they had missed. For the most part, the cleaning was well done. Plus, it is really nice to have "House cleaned" checked off my Christmas To Do list. So I am giving the team an overall score of B, because even though there were a few rough patches, everything worked out well.

They were very willing to accommodate my request at short notice. They arrived on time and did a fairly thorough job of cleaning, including the inside of my oven. I realized after they left that they did not do my light fixtures. The three ladies who came were very pleasant and hard working, and I would use them again. To their credit, the house was a mess because we had recently completed a major remodel, so they had their work cut out for them.

We trust her to come in over the weekend and clean our office, including the restroom and kitchen area for us. They have been working for us for over 3 months now with no negative incidents whatsoever. She does an excellent job, and even washes any dishes that may have been left in the sink on Friday afternoon. If we ever have special requests, we just leave a note on the receptionist's desk for her. When she leaves an invoice on the desk, we leave a check there the next week. No problems, no drama, just excellent service. Thank you.

Two ladies did a deep clean of my Icehouse (Bar, kitchen, bathroom) and upstairs, 2 Bedrooms, Office and another bath. Downstairs (the bar area), the kitchen is clean, the bathroom, the bar, they polished the wooden cabinets and even the wooden sills. The concrete floor was swept, the mopped and scrubbed to get the stains up. Upstairs, they cleaned the widows, floor, walls, shelves, the stains in the toilet that I thought were permanent are gone, the shower, the bathroom floor is spotless. In the office, they worked around all my computers and equipment without damaging anything. I don't think it's been this clean since I built the place. <grin>

The deal didn't say I had to be in a certain area. They listed all of the things they couldn't do but still honored the deal. We scheduled the appointment for today and she never showed up. I called them and they said they didn't have transportation to come out and tried to reschedule. She is very unprofessional. Be very aware. I don’t think she knows what she is doing.

We are senior citizens. It is hard for us to do deep cleaning so we depend on cleaning services for this. Miss Yoli was great. She sent out 2 of her ladies to clean our house. We have a problem with cat hair as we have 2 long haired cats. They are very good and thorough. They cleaned from the top to the bottom. We will always use Let's Clean Services and we will always recommend them to everyone who needs home cleaners. Thank You Mrs. Zelaya!!!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about their work, their demeanor or the price. Having the house 'deep cleaned' was worth every penny. They moved furniture away from walls, used extension poles to get the corners on the high ceilings and were absolutely great. I have never had a house cleaner before and would most definitely recommend this company.

A team of three women arrived with an oreck, an armful of stick dusters, buckets, bags, etc. I walked them around the house and pointed out my specific requirments as well as what was generally expected. They started at the top and worked their way down. Ceiling fans dusted, entryway hanging lights dusted, blinds and sills dusted. They wiped down the ouside of all my kitchen cupboards, cleaned the inside of the microwave. The bathrooms were spotless and smelled clean. Swept, vacuumed, mopped floors. Even the stainless steel appliances are sparkling. I have just had surgery and am unable to do anything while my family has carried on making messes as normal. They did such a great job that I am going to use the surgery excuse to have them come again!

The initial cleaning was excellent. I haven't had a maid service in over 10 years, so the place was a mess. Not only did they clean up but helped with organizing my storage closet and kitchen. The maintenance cleaning every two weeks has been very good and the price is excellent. They use their own supplies. The only minor problem I can mention is that we haven't settled on a regular cleaning day. For whatever reason, my cleaning day keeps moving around a bit as they look for a place to put me in the regular schedule. I'm confident they'll find a slot for me and this should not be a problem going forward. I can recommend Let's Clean for anyone in the southern Montgomery County area. Update on 8/13: After having Yoli and her crew work with me for the last few months, I have to say they're work is beyond my expectations. Not only have they done my regular house cleaning, when needed they recommended and provided cleaning on various parts of the house that needed extra work. They cleaned the floors and went above and beyond with my hideous refrigerator. I highly recommend Let's Clean in this part of The Woodlands.

Scheduled dates with the company to come clean, but no one showed up.

They did a great job. Showed up on time, worked very hard & the place looks wonderful. They were very professional and we were very impressed with the results. We will be using them again for our move-out of our old house. Would recommend them to anyone.

They do very good work. I had two issues with the job - first, I spoke to the manager before the cleaning people arrived and gave her instructions which included using NO water on our brand new wood floors. Instead, I would provide a spray wood cleaner and dry mop. During the two hours, I came back into the room they were cleaning, they were saturating the wood floor with a water/cleaning chemical mix. We then had to spend about 15 minutes on the phone (part of my 2 hours of paid cleaning) to tell the manager again how to clean my wood floors and then let her explain to the cleaners. I'm frustrated at the lack of communication from the beginning. My second frustration was paying by the hour and not by the job. I won't do that again. Every time I walked back into the room, the cleaners were not cleaning, they were talking on their phone or to each other. I have a regular cleaning person and I know how long it takes to clean my house. They certainly did not work very quickly and I feel like I got little work for what I paid due to the amount of time they spent talking instead of cleaning. In the end, I would not use them again because of these issues. But they do clean well - if you could pay per job and not per hour, you might have a better experience with this company.

Two women came with all the supplies and an Oreck vacuum cleaner. They went to work immediately and were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They could not speak much English but Yoli Zelaya let us call her if we needed to translate something to them. The biggest problem we have is cat hair since we have 2 long haired cats. They did a great job, after they vacuumed with their Oreck vacuum cleaner, we had them vacuum again with our Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner and there was quite a bit of cat hair left by the Oreck. We recommend that Ms.Yoli purchase a Dyson Animal Vacuum cleaner since so many people do have dogs and cats. They cleaned everything and our house is sparkling again. Thank you Yoli Zelaya!!! We will use them again and we highly recommend them!!!

Holy Cow! I don't think my house has ever been so clean. Two women came in and worked quickly and quietly to make my house sparkle and smell wonderful.

Great interface. Searched for cleaning services. Found one I liked. Made purchase. Husband disagreed with purchase. Requested refund.

Summary (service on 4/26/14): 1) crew showed up 4 hours after initially scheduled time 2) crew did not consist of the same people who initially cleaned my home, per my agreement with the owner 3) owner tried to increase the agreed-upon price of the cleaning 30 minutes before the crew arrived 4) the crew did not do as good of a job as the first time I was very pleased after Let's Clean Services performed a thorough spring cleaning on 4/10/14. Cecilia and Christina did a wonderful job. I scheduled an appointment with the owner, Yoli, to come to my home to give me an estimate for a biweekly cleaning of the 1st floor only. She was actually supposed to come during the initial cleaning, but she didn't make it. There are two of us in the home, plus our dog that sheds quite a bit. Besides her fur balls, our house is stays relatively clean between cleanings. Yoli came to my home and quoted me a total of $75 for a biweekly cleaning. That price sounded very reasonable to me. I asked two things of Yoli: 1) that it be the same two women who cleaned the house the first time and 2) could they clean on Saturday mornings? She said yes to both requests. We agreed that Cecilia and Christina would come to my home on Saturday 4/26/14 at 9 am and clean the 1st floor. On Friday 4/25/14 at 1:30 pm, I texted Yoli to confirm that Cecilia and Christina would be over at 9 am. Yoli called me back to tell me that Cecilia was no longer working for her, but Christina would be here with other women and she knew what to do. Then she told me that the crew would be there around noon because they scheduled another job before mine. We left it at Christina plus 2 others at noon. I?m glad that I contacted Yoli since I have a feeling that none of this information would have been conveyed to me until the housekeeping crew actually showed up at my home. At 9:20 pm Friday night I received a text from Yoli saying "the ladies will be before 1 pm may say after 11 or so" What I interpreted that to mean is that her crew would be at my home between 11 am and 1 pm. Probably closer to 1 pm. On Saturday 4/26, at 11 am, Yoli called to tell me that the crew would be at my home by 1 pm. Then, at 12:16 pm, I received the following text from Yoli: ?Mrs H ladies are on their way to your home so they will be there before 1 pm and about cleaning fee $75 plus $10 cleaning supplies that I forgot to mention.? At this point I had had enough with Yoli?s unprofessional behavior. I called her and explained to her that since she had seen my house, she really had no right to change the previously agreed-upon price. I told her that I had no problem renegotiating the price of the biweekly cleanings after this cleaning if she felt that it was too low. The crew came at around 1 pm. None of them spoke English. They parked in our driveway. My husband could not get into the garage when he came home. They did a pretty good job cleaning, but not as good as the first time with only two people in the crew. There was still some dirt on the floor after they washed it. They took about 2 hours to finish. When they were finishing up, Yoli showed up and told me that they would not be able to clean our home because it ?takes too long.? I told her that was fine, we would find someone else. They ran over our lawn and our neighbor?s lawn on their way out. I'm so disappointed with my experience with this company, specifically the behavior of the owner. I had really high expectations because of the positive Angie's List reviews. Service on 4/10/14 They did a fantastic job! They showed up on time. One of the women was fluent in English so I could clearly explain to her what needed to be done. They were very thorough. They used an industrial strength vacuum so all the dog hair was sucked up. I scheduled a biweekly cleaning for $75. Will post later with update.

The ladies did a good job but the original estimate was off by 40%. I can't dispute the cost as it's been years since I've used a house cleaner but it would have been nice to get a better up front estimate. They cleaned all the bathrooms, kitchen (including stove and oven) as well as dusting ceiling fans and other places with heavy dust accumulation. They not only cleaned but helped with some organization. They were able to accommodate my schedule by working on the weekend before Easter. They were very trustworthy and pleasant to work with. I was pleased with the work and I will ask them to return for regular house cleaning on an ongoing basis.

Yoli's team is excellent. We had a little hiccup with the initial scheduling, but once we worked that out and they arrived everything was great. I'm so happy with their service I've been setup for every other week - they are cleaning angels! Loving my clean home.

The ladies came in and did an excellent job of cleaning the entire house, which is over 4600 square feet. They where very professional and did quality cleaning in every room. They did such an excellent job I now have them coming every other week. I no longer have to clean 5 bathrooms (thank goodness).

Cleaning crew arrived on time, went immediately to work and worked steadily for 4 hours. The work done was high quality, through and excellent quality. Crew brought their own equipment and did an amazing job of cleaning. I would definately recommend this company.
