Description of Work: I'm writing this review since we selected Parrot Head (and switched from our our normal provider) due to the discount and Angie's List reviews. |We purchased a filter clean through Angie's List and requested one month of service due to our travel. Regarding weekly service, when they came the pool looked great. However, the second week, we returned from travel to a pool that was cloudy with a "no flow" issue on the chlorinator due to debris in the filters. I did the cleaning myself so the system would run. When I contacted Parrot Head, I learned that all technicians had been out with the flu. Unfortunately I was not contacted about the delay so I could arrange for other service. When I received the invoice for the month of cleaning, it was incorrect and included a filter clean agreement, which we had already purchased from Angie's List. This was corrected. As for the filter clean, this was done one week after our monthly cleaning service had ended, so I was back to doing weekly cleaning. When I went to empty the pump basket, I noticed the filter was now leaking in several places. I contacted Parrot Head and a technician came out the next day to fix the issue. The team at Parrot Head was always responsive to my concerns, thus my "C" rating versus worse, but unfortunately my experience doesn't allow me recommend them or use them again until I'm convinced that quality and reliability issues are addressed.
