Work Was Well Done

The service was performed within 24 hours of our call. Tom called and got all the details and advised what to do until they could come out. Now the pool water is sparkling and the pump is working fine.

Tommy was courteous, professional, and prompt. I won't use Leslie's pool service again now that I have found Parrot Head!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. These guys are the absolute best, they had diagnose each problem. My spa is 15 plus years old, then they gave me options, the fantasic this is that now it is running like new again. We never realized how bad that old pump had become till now we can't here the new one run and what a difference in the cost to run it also. Anyway, these folks will continue to take care of our spa for us going forward.

Service was prompt and very high in quality. These guys know they're an Angie's List favorite, and they seem to pride themselves on having the customer service to match. Our particular tech, Mark, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Plus, Parrothead went out of their way to visit my home outside their service area. A+.

I found Parrot Head on Angie's list and, because of its high rating, I called them to ask about pool pump replacement and pool service. Tom returned my call promptly and made an appointment with me to see the pool. Tom arrived at our house right on time and gave us a professional evaulation of our pool and pool pump situation. We agreed to his plan and he arranged to start work in two days. Two days later, Tom and a staff member were here installing the pump and draining and power and acid washing our pool. Tom did our work quickly and professionally, and we could not be more satisified with his work. We also signed a contract with Parrot Head for monthly pool maintenance. Like clockwork, every Thursday a Parrot Head staff member arrives to clean our pool, test the water and add chemicals. When he finishes his work, he always leaves a door tag our backdoor explaining what he did to the pool. Our pool looks beautiful, the new pump works well and is quieter than the old pump and we have found a wonderful pool service.

I love them. After they finished the work then called me to tell me how to maintain my pool and not let in freeze. I had called many other people in the past and none of them could find out what the problem was. Parrot Head Pool Service & Repair not only found out the problem but fixed it as well. They were the nicest people. I highly recommend them. Their price is very reasonable compared to the work they did. They are very punctual. They came the same day that I called. I will definitely use them again in the future. I have used 5 different pool companies before, and they were the best. They were prompt, accurate, affordable, professional, and genuinely concerned. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with them.

They worked miracles. I decided to sign up as a weekly customer and the pool has NEVER looked so good. I cannot say enough wonderful things. They have taken the drudgery out of pool ownership!!! Now all I have to do is enjoy it.

Tommy, the owner, was very professional and provided us with good value for money. Parrot Head Pools replaced a 14 year old pool heater and the job went well. Called and Mark took the extra time to refer us to someone who was better suited for the job, since he felt we needed a landscaper/pool expert both in one company. What a great thing for him to do!

Mark, technician, came out saw the heater and describe what was wrong with the heater and the repairs it needed in a way most people can understand. Tom was on the mark with giving prompt and courteous service from start to finish with a pool heater replacement quote that was appropriate. Addendum: We have experience with another pool company and the owner of that company felt he could repair the header and replace the ignition before the expense of a new heater. Tom and Mark felt the heater was too far gone and needed replacement. We went with the cheaper option and hope it works for us.

- Called to see if they could come out - within hr owner came out and evaluated prob (no charge). Said he could get someone over to replace main pool pump within the next 1-1.5 hrs and that he would bring over the replacement pump - owner called back within 10 min and said repair tech would be here in 30 min - actually earlier than initially quoted - repair tech arrived in 30 min - job completed with no problems - Additionaly we recv'd 10% disc on repair because we used angies list!!!!! - owner called a couple days latter to make sure we were satisfied with service - told him we were quite happy - extremely happy with service and quality of work. Have recommended Parrot Head to friends

They came promptly after I called about a faulty pool heater. The serviceman quickly determined the problem and after he had me call the gas company to upgrade the gas meter he returned and got the heater working great. Excellent service and price. Highly recommended.

Tom Rayburn is very professional and responsive. He typically answers his phone right away, which means I don't have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return phone call. He keeps you updated on when repairs will be performed and does a great job. His employees are reliable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him for any pool or spa service.

We found them on Angie's list. They were professional and informative on the phone. We agreed quickly on a price and service day. There was no pressure or contract, just good service. They come weekly and we are very pleased.

I called and got Tom--the owner of the company--on the line; he was on vacation with his family and promised to follow up when he returned since one of our pool issues was not a standard one. He followed up as promised, and scheduled a time to inspect our pool. He showed up on time and followed up with a call. One of the problems was schedule to be repaired and Mark showed up on time to do the repair. Mark was on time and made sure the pool was working properly before he left. Tom called a couple of days later to see if we were happy with the work and to let me know the other repair was outside of his arena. I appreciated the honesty, but more importantly, he referred me to 2 other companies that should be able to help with my other pool problem. Additionally, Tom gave suggestions on better ways to manage our pool water chemistry to help prevent future problems.

I have used other pool services that I was not happy with, but these guys did a great job. They clean the pool using their own equipment so it does not go through my filtering system and makes it that the filter has to be cleaned a lot less. They take care of putting in the chemicals and keep me informed, take my approval if any of the equipment needs to be fixed or replaced and charge me on my next bill. They are always on time, take care of everything and their pricing is very fair.

We have been very pleased with Parrot Head Pool Service. He is very professional and he will always leave a list of everything he has done to our pool. He does great work and he is very easy to work with.
